The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of population growth of Daphnia magna and the best dose of Spirulina sp. flour on population growth of D. magna. This research used an experiment, with a one-factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 3 replications. With treatment, namely Control, P 0.02 g/L, P 0.04 g/L, P 0.06 g/L, P 0.08 gr/L. Experiment was carried out for 16 days and the population was observed every two days. 摘要
这项研究于2021年2月至3月在廖内大学渔业和海洋科学学院水产养殖系鱼类孵化场和育种实验室进行。研究了螺旋藻粉对水蚤种群生长的影响及螺旋藻粉对水蚤种群生长的最佳剂量。本研究采用单因素完全随机设计(CRD), 5个处理,3个重复。分别为对照组,P 0.02 g/L, P 0.04 g/L, P 0.06 g/L, P 0.08 g/L。试验为期16 d,每隔2天对种群进行观察。研究的结果表明,螺旋藻sp.面粉有显著的剂量效应(P0.05),最高的结果发现P 0.06 g / L共有1165印第安纳州/ L 12天,然后紧接着P 0.04 g / L是953年印第安纳州/ L 10天,在那之后P 0.02 g / L是716年印第安纳州/ L 8天,和最低的是控制共有655印第安纳州/ L 8天,温度范围从28日1至29,4°C pH范围从7.1 - -7.3,范围从4.5 - -5.3 mg / L,氨范围从0.00458 - -0.00741 mg / L。关键词:水蚤;螺旋藻;剂量
