This study uses the PAM (Partial Adjustment Model) or Nerlove's Model approach, while to analyze the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable, the analysis tool of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) is used and the partial test uses the t-statistic test and the test together uses the F test. -statistics where all of the above tests use the calculations of the Eviews 12 program. Sample from this study were 87 respondents who were employees of Bank Nagari Bukittinggi Branch. Based on the partial t test, it can be seen that the job satisfaction variable has a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, the conclusion is that the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The organizational commitment variable has a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, the conclusion is that the organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the simultaneous f test, it is obtained a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, the conclusion is that job satisfaction and organizational commitment as a whole have a significant effect on employee performance. This type of research is known as R&D. Using a 4-D development model with four stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. The feasibility of expert validators who are knowledgeable in their fields was taken into consideration when testing this research on class XI IPS students at SMAN 3 Pariaman. These are the conclusions reached by the research: First, the material experts' validation scored 93.6% in the very feasible category. In the meantime, the media experts' validation received a score of 97.1%, placing it in the very feasible category. So, in general, based on the assessment of the media and material validators, it can be stated that it is very feasible to be used in learning economics on employment materials. Second, the teacher's assessment received a score of 97.5%, while the student's assessment received a score of 88.5%, placing them both in the very practical category. A questionnaire is the technique employed for data collection. The collected data was examined using descriptive analysis. Analysis of multiple regression in research. This type of research is class action research (CAR). The research design used consisted of several cycle stages starting from the Pretest, Cycle I, Cycle II, and Posttest. This research was conducted on 19 students of class X OTKP 2 SMK Nusatama Padang. The instruments used are observation sheets and assessment sheets. Data collection techniques use observation, tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The criterion for success in this research was the total number of students who passed the specified typing target, namely 70%, or as many as 14 students graduated from a total of 19 students with a speed of 80 cpm and 90% accuracy. Based on the results of each cycle there was an average increase in the number of students who reached the target, namely in Cycle I 73.68%, Cycle II 68.42%, Cycle III 73.68%, and Posttest 78.94%. This irregularity reaped a polemic which ended with a sanction from the OJK in the form of a fine and the need to restate financial statements. The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of PT Garuda Indonesia, Tbk after the restatement using the Du Pont System analysis so that the causes of the ups and downs of the ROE, ROI, NPM and TATO variables as components of the analysis are known, so that the company can prepare the type of strategy taken to avoid severity. This study's population consisted of 216 students enrolled in Economics Education at Padang State University's Faculty of Economics in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. This study employed Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling as its sampling method. The data used are both primary and secondary. The data gathering tool used is a questionnaire. Descriptive analysis, analysis precondition test, multiple regression, T test, F test, and determinant coefficient were employed in data analysis.
