This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques, namely starting from data collection, data presentation and drawing conclusions on the data obtained. While the technique of checking the validity of the data is through triangulation which consists of triangulation of time, sources and methods. From the results of the discussion that the efforts made by the school in fostering student behavior through PAI learning activities have been carried out well, the activities carried out include learning activities in PAI lessons and other activities namely reading the Koran, reading asmaul husna, praying dzuhur together, Commemoration of Islamic Holidays (PHBI), and Friday alms. Terdapat beberapa kasus konflik yang menyangkut mahasiswa dan tentunya diperlukan mata kuliah Manajemen Konflik sehingga mereka memiliki kemampuan menyelesaikan konflik secara konstruktif. Jurnal ini bertujuan menganalisis Persepsi Mahasiswa Terhadap Konflik Dalam Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah Manajemen Konflik di Prodi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam di Universitas Islam Negeri Kyai Haji Ahmad Shiddiq Jember. Persepsi yang dianalisis terkait dengan aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. Data yang didapat berasal dari observasi dan angket kepada 26 mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam. Hasil sebelum pembelajaran Manajemen konflik diperoleh data bahwa 73,1% responden memiliki persepsi negatif terhadap konflik, 88,5% responden membutuhkan orang lain untuk menyelesaikan konflik, 61,5% kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan konfilik, dan 65,4% sering mengalah dalam menyelesaikan konflik. Terdapat perubahan persepsi setelah pembelajaran manajemen Konflik yang mengarah pada peningkatan positif yaitu 63% responden memiliki persepsi positif terhadap konflik, 77,8% responden membutuhkan orang lain dalam menyelesaikan konflik, 48,1% kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan konflik, dan 77,8% menghadapi konflik dengan mengalah. Saran bagi permasalahan tersebut yaitu metode pembelajaran Manajemen Konflik lebih menitik beratkan pada aspek afektif seperti bagaimana mengontrol emosi, menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri dalam menyelesaikan konflik, dan berlatih menggunakan metode problem solving. The research approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approachThe data collection techniques used in this study were literature techniques and note-taking techniques in the form of words, phrases, lines, and poetry stanzas. The results of this study indicate that there are rhetorical and figurative language styles from the 10 poems that the researcher took. The style of language that often appears or is dominantly used in the collection of poetry Perjamuan Khong Guan by Joko Pinurbo is a figurative language style. The style of language, diction, figure of speech, and the imagery of a literary work are born from one's thoughts through the steps of contemplation and appreciation of something. In literary works, aesthetic value is a value based on the beauty that previous visitors have made with the work. This is because most teenagers use slang in their daily activities, including in the learning process activities. This study aimed to describe the phenomenon of the influence and impact of the use of slang on the use of Indonesian among adolescents. This research used was literature review method with literature study. The literature search method used was the keywords “Slang”, “Alay Language”, “Impact”, “Indonesian”, “Teenagers”. The data base used for reference in this research is Google Scholar and Portal Garuda.The analysis used was a narrative presented in the form of a description. The use of slang among teenagers has become commonplace and the majority of teenagers use slang in doing their daily activities. The existence of this had an impact on the existence of the decline in the use of Indonesian, difficulty in communicating, affects the way of learning and the learning process. The discussion of this article focuses on the aspects of connotative diction and the use of figure of speech in the lyrics. The research method used to analyze the lyrics of the song is a qualitative descriptive method. The data analysis techniques used in this study are (1) selecting data; (2) code; (3) classifying data; (4) data description; and (5) data interpretation. The object of this research is the lyrics of the song \"Asmalibrasi\" by Soegi Bornean. From the analysis carried out, it shows that the diction contained in the lyrics of the song is mostly connotative. The connotative diction that is widely used in the lyrics of the song is a manifestation of the songwriter's creativity when creating the lyrics to his songs.
