The data collection was carried out by reviewing the literature using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) through the PRISMA rules systematically. The conclusions of this study indicate that the perspective of subject teachers (subjects) regarding the profile of the counseling teacher profession from the affective and cognitive aspects has a positive response of 70%, and the conative aspect has a positive response of 66%. Judging from the BK ethical principles, the BK teacher has complied with several of them: respecting students' decisions, notifying the boundaries of the relationship between himself and students, not discriminatory, not imposing values, not divulging students' secrets, and not establishing a double relationship. This research is applying a qualitative descriptive method with the type of research used, namely the study of literature from various sources such as books and journals. The research findings show that the management of the duties and functions of educators and education staff is carried out in accordance with statutory regulations with the aim of increasing national education standards, advancing science, technology and the arts, as well as providing physical education for the local population. Six elements make up the implementation of the responsibilities and functions of educators and education management: planning, recruitment, placement, coaching, employment and evaluation. Management functions and tasks are useful for schools in overcoming the shortage of teachers and education personnel through recruitment. Based on the results of student learning in the previous school year, it was seen that the learning outcomes were low, especially in rosette material. Therefore the authors conducted classroom action research using learning media based on the Android application \"Inheritance Calculator\". Mawaris learning is fiqh science material that requires accuracy and numeracy skills, so that students are able to apply each part of the heir according to predetermined rules. This study uses action research which consists of two cycles with four steps: planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were students of class 9A for the 2022/2023 school year. The research data were obtained from the results of formative tests and observation sheets. From the analysis of student learning outcomes about rose material, it was obtained an increase in learning outcomes from before, namely 62.50% in cycle 1 to 100% in cycle 2 of students who had exceeded the minimum completeness score (KKM) or increased 37.50% with an average learning outcome 73.63 in cycle 1 to 88.17 in cycle 2 or an increase of 14.53 points. The background of this research is the students' low memory for class VIII SKI material at MTsN 3 Pasaman, which the researchers can see from the low UTS scores and the way students learn during the SKI learning process. In learning the teacher still uses the lecture method so that students tend to feel bored and not focus on following the learning process. One effort that is thought to be able to overcome this is by applying mind maps to the SKI subject for class VIII students at MTsN 3 Pasaman. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an effect of applying mind maps to students' memory in class VIII SKI material at MTsN 3 Pasaman. This research is a quasi-experimental quantitative research with a true experimental research design. The population in this study were all students of class VIII at MTsN 3 Pasaman. Sampling was done randomly or Random Sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 68 students. Students of class VIII 3 as the experimental class and students of class VIII 6 as the control class. The instrument used by the researcher was the results of the students' SKI posttest in the form of multiple choice of 25 questions with the material on the Intellectual Glory of Muslim and Ulama Sciences during the Abbasid Daulah period. The results showed that the proportion of mastery of the experimental class students was higher than the proportion of mastery of the control class students. In the experimental class, the number of students who completed there were 27 people with a proportion of 79% and those who did not complete were 7 people with a proportion of 21% of the number of students in the experimental class, namely 34 students. Whereas in the control class, 1 person completed with a proportion of 3% and students did not complete 33 students with a proportion of 97% of 34 students. so that there is a 35.5% effect of applying the mind map on students' memory in grade VIII SKI material at MTsN 3 Pasaman. From the results of the hypothesis test tcount = 8.762 and ttable 1.6909. Because tcount > ttable means that H0 is rejected at the significant level α = 0.05. The subjects in this study were 26 grade IV students of SD Inpres Talaborong, west Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. The results of study showed that in the first cycle, out of 26 students, only 17 students or around 65,4% met the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). Meanwhile, in cycle II, there were 23 students or around 88,5% who completed it. Some students who had critical thinking but their reading ability was low. It can be proved by the teacher given as test reading some students with critical thinking are able to understand a reading text well, but some students who do not think critically do not understand the reading text. Some students had good reading ability but critical thinking was low. It can be proved when students are given a reading test, there are some students who are able to read the reading text well, but their critical thinking is low so they can not do the exercises well. The design of this research was correlational research. The researcher was use the quantitative approach. The population of this research was all at the tenth grade of PPTQ Muallimin Pakan Sinayan which consist of 113. The sample was 23 students taken by class X IPA Pi. The research was carried out in May 2022. The instruments of this research were questionnaire and test for measuring students critical thinking and students reading ability at the tenth grade. To find out that the students critical thinking and students reading ability correlate or not, the researcher used the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. There were two finding of this research. The first finding was a positive and significant correlation between students critical thinking and students reading ability at the tenth grade in PPTQ Muallimin Pakan Sinayan. It means that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Second finding was a enough direction correlation between students’ critical thinking and students’ reading ability at the tenth grade of PPTQ Muallimin Pakan Sinayan. The researcher found that the coefficient of correlation between students critical thinking and students reading ability at the tenth grade of PPTQ Muallimin Pakan Sinayan was 0.603. Berbagai kemajuan yang terjadi menyangkup berbagai aspek itu dinamakan modernisasi. Modernisasi yang muncul di bidang industri dinamakan industrialisasi. Tentu banyak efek positif yang dapat diambil dari proses industrialisasi itu. Namun, dilain sisi tentu juga menyebabkan dampak negatif ataupun meningkatnya risiko yang muncul didalam masyarakat. Risiko yang muncul didalam lingkungan masyarakat merupakan konsekuensi yang harus diterima oleh masyarakat sekitar baik yang terlibat maupun tidak sebagai bentuk dari dampak dari adanya industri. Pada kasus ini teori masyarakat risiko digunakan sebagai acuan yang digunakan didalam eb sebagai bentuk dari pencegahan dari dampak yang mungkin saja timbul. Sebab dalam suatu kegiatan atau aktivitas tentu ada yang namanya risiko walau sekecil apapun pasti terkandung unsur risiko didalamnya. Mengapa risiko sangat penting untuk diminimalisir sebab risiko merupakan suatu bentuk ketidakpastian yang muncul didalam suatu hal dan memiliki unsur bahaya didalamnya.
