This research has been carried out in Talang Betutu Village, Sukarami District, Palembang City from November to December 2021. The research method used is a case study. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, where in the study 1 straw mushroom farmer who had an edible mushroom farm in Sukamulia Village, Talang Betutu Village, Sukarami District, was because only the respondent was working on straw mushroom farming. The data collection method used in this study was direct observation and interviews with respondents by using tools in the form of a list of questions that had been prepared in advance and data obtained from related institutions that were related to this research. The data processing and analysis method used was editing, coding, and tabulation, then to calculate the profit the profit formula and the profit level were used. The results showed that: 1) The production subsystem carried out by mushroom farmers started from the procurement subsystem of agricultural production facilities starting from the manufacture of kumbung, equipment preparation, seed selection, and preparation of planting media, the farming production subsystem starting from planting, maintaining, and harvesting, and marketing subsystem, 2) Based on the value of R/C on mushroom farming with a profit level of 1.86 which means the farming is profitable because the revenue earned is greater than the costs incurred. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui sistem agribisnis jamur merang dan mengetahui berapa tingkat keuntungan dari usahatani jamur merang di Desa Sukamulia Kelurahan Talang Betutu Kecamatan Sukarami Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Talang Betutu Kecamatan Sukarami Kota Palembang pada bulan November sampai dengan Desember 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus (case study). Metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan adalah dengan cara sengaja (purposive sampling), dimana dalam penelitian 1 petani jamur merang yang mempunyai usahatani jamur merang yang ada di Desa Sukamulia Kelurahan Talang Betutu Kecamatan Sukarami dikarenakan hanya responden tersebut yang mengusahakan usahatani jamur merang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara langsung kepada responden dengan menggunakan alat bantu berupa daftar pertanyaan yang telah dipersiapkan sebelumnya serta data-data yang didapat dari lembaga-lembaga terkait yang ada hubungannya dengan penelitian ini. It was carried out in Rejodadi Village, Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency from December 2021 to January 2022. The research method used was qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Sampling method used is Non Probablity Sampling. The selected informants were agricultural extension workers, heads of farmer groups and farmers in Rejodadi Village, Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency. Data collection methods used were in-depth interviews, participatory observation and documentation. The data processing method used was carried out in 3 stages, namely data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the agricultural extension communication strategy used during the Covid-19 pandemic was to maximize non-verbal mass communication provided through social media and try not to carry out direct agricultural extension communication whether it was carried out in masses, groups or individuals except for reasons certain. Meanwhile, communication barriers to agricultural counseling occur in agricultural extension which is carried out through social media. The communication barrier is due to technical and ecological barriers. Technically, the obstacles are farmers' lack of understanding of agricultural extension materials, farmers who do not have android cellphones and the slow response of agricultural extension workers when conducting question and answer sessions regarding agricultural extension materials. Meanwhile, ecological obstacles are the internet network which is less stable and experiences disturbances at certain times.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi penyuluhan pertanian dan untuk mengetahui hambatan komunikasi penyuluhan pertanian pada masa pandemi covid-19. Dilaksanakan di Desa Rejodadi Kecamatan Sembawa Kabupaten Banyuasin pada bulan Desember 2021 sampai dengan Januari 2022. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan adalah Non Probablity Sampling. Narasumber yang dipilih adalah penyuluh pertanian, ketua kelompok tani dan petani yang ada di Desa Rejodadi Kecamatan Sembawa Kabupaten Banyuasin. {"title":"ANALISIS PENDAPATAN DAN KELAYAKAN USAHATANI PENANGKARAN BENIH PADI DI DESA SAKO KECAMATAN RAMBUTAN KABUPATEN BANYUASIN","authors":"Ursula Damayanti, Gusti Fitriyana, Ruarita Rk","doi":"10.32502/jsct.v11i2.5576","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.32502/jsct.v11i2.5576","url":null,"abstract":"ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine income and feasibility of rice seed breeding in Sako Village, Rambutan District, Banyuasin District.  The survey was conducted from July to August 2022.  The study locations were carefully selected.  The sampling method for this study was carried out in a simple random manner, where the population of seed-sizing farmers was 170 farmers, the sample taken was 15% (26 farmers) of the seed-sizing farmers population.  According to the results of this study , the avarage cost of seed breeding is Rp 6,588,551 per hectare, the avarage revenue of seed-dosing farming is Rp 28,562,000 per hectare, whilanyuasin of Rp 21,966,293 per hectare per planting season.  The results of the feasibility anaysis showed that the R/C obtained was 4.33, which means that for every Rp 1,  the costs incurred  by rice seed breeders will receive revenue of Rp 4.33.  Rice seed breeding farming in Sako, Village, Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency is feasible to cultivate.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan, dan kelayakan usahatani penangkaran benih padi di Desa Sako Kecamatan Rambutan Kabupaten Banyuasin. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2022. Penentuan lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara sengaja (purposive). Metode pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dilakukan secara acak sederhana dimana populasi petani penakar benih sebanyak 170 petani, sampel yang diambil sebesar 15% (26 orang petani) dari populasi petani penakar benih. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata biaya usahatani penakaran benih sebesar Rp. 6.588.551 per hektar, rata-rata penerimaan usahatani petani penakaran benih Rp. 28. 562.000 per hektar, sedangkan pendapatan usahatan penangkaran benih padi untuk satu kali musim tanam di Desa sako Kecamatan Rambutan Kabupaten Banyuasin  sebesar Rp. 21.966.293 per hektar per musim tanam. Hasil analisis kelayakan menunjukkan R/C  yang diperoleh sebesar  4,33 yang artinya bahwa setiap Rp. 1 biaya yang dikeluarkan petani penangkar benih padi akan mendapatkan penerimaan sebesar Rp. 4.33. This research was conducted in Sidomulyo Village, Gunung Megang District, Muara Enim Regency from November 2021 to January 2022. The research method used was qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The sampling method used was accidental sampling, where in this study there were 2 samples that became the sampling unit, namely is miniaturized tree producers, totaling 4 people and miniaturized tree consumers totaling 2 people. The data collection methods used in this study were in-depth interviews by inviting resource persons to discuss, observing participation by participating in the daily life of the informants and documenting related to this research. The data processing method used in this study was carried out in 3 stages, namely data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the social media used for marketing miniaturized tree during the covid-19 pandemic were Facebook and WhatsApp by utilizing the available features and the intensity of unscheduled use. Then the perception of producers in marketing bonsai ornamental plants through social media during the covid-19 pandemic is that they can reach a wider target consumer, then the perception of consumers is that they can find out more diverse marketing of bonsai ornamental plants through social media during the covid-19 pandemic. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui media sosial yang digunakan untuk pemasaran tanaman hias bonsai pada masa pandemi covid-19 dan untuk mengetahui persepsi produsen dan konsumen dalam pemasaran tanaman hias bonsai melalui media sosial pada masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sidomulyo Kecamatan Gunung Megang Kabupaten Muara Enim pada bulan November 2021 sampai dengan Januari 2022. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. This research was carried out in Bumi Agung Village, Lemembu Subdistrict, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency from December 2021 to February 2022. The research method used was a survey. There were two sampling methods used, namely saturated sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, documentation and direct interviews with respondents, besides that the types of data collected were primary data and secondary data. Furthermore, data processing and analysis in this study are editing, coding and tabulating. The data analysis used is a qualitative method with Margin and Farmer's Share analysis tools. Furthermore, to find out the Hybrid Corn Marketing Channel (Zea mays) in Bumi Agung Village, Lemembu Subdistrict, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency and the Efficiency of Hybrid Corn (Zea mays) Marketing Channels in Bumi Agung Village, Lempembe Subdistrict, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research was conducted in Burai Tourism Village, Tanjung Batu District, Ogan Ilir Regency from March to May 2022. The research method was a survey method. Sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data collection methods used in this study were in-depth interviews (In Depth Interview), documentation, participatory observation and FGD (focus group discussion). The data management methods in this study are editing, coding, and tabulating and the data analysis used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that there are 3 prospects that can be developed for a Tourism Village in Burai Village, namely a floating hall, a flower garden and a lebak lebung. The contribution made by tourist villages to farmers' income is an average of 17.2%. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini untuk mengetahui prospek pengembangan desa wisata sebagai upaya peningkatan pendapatan petani terlibat dengan adanya pengembangan desa wisata. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Wisata Burai Kecamatan Tanjung Batu Kabupaten Ogan Ilir pada Bulan Maret sampai dengan Bulan Mei 2022. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan ialah Purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara mendalam (In Depth Interview), dokumentasi, partisipatori observasi dan FGD (focus grub discission). Metode pengelolaan data dalam penelitian ini ialah editing, coding, dan tabulating dan analisis data yang digunakan ialah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 3 prospek yang dapat dikembangkan untuk Desa Wisata di Desa Burai yaitu balai apung, taman bunga dan lebak lebung. The results showed that the marketing margin in each channel was due to differences in marketing costs incurred with the marketing margin obtained in this study, which was Rp. 5,000 on channel I, Rp. 6,000 on channel II and Rp. 4,500 on channel III. The amount obtained in channel I at the auction market level is Rp. Rp1,950/Kg, and in channel III at village retailers it is Rp3,250/Kg. Economically, channel III is more efficient than channel I and II because the economic value is greater than that of other channels, which is 3.87. On the other hand, technically channel I is more efficient than channel II and III because the technical value of channel I is smaller than the technical value of other channels, which is 11.76. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar keuntungan pemasaran yang diperoleh oleh masing-masing lembaga pemasaran yang ada di Desa Muara Burnai I Kecamatan Lempuing Jaya Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir dan untuk mengetahui efisiensi pemasaran cabai merah yang ada di Desa Muara Burnai I Kecamatan Lempuing Jaya Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Muara Burnai I Kecamatan Lempuing Jaya pada bulan November 2021-Januari 2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei, sedangkan metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah proporsional random sampling dan snowball sampling, metode pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa margin pemasaran pada tiap-tiap saluran disebabkan adanya perbedaan biaya pemasaran yang dikeluarkan dengan margin pemasaran yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini yaitu sebesar Rp5.000 pada saluran I, Rp6.000 pada saluran II dan Rp4.500 pada saluran III, keuntungan yang didapatkan pada saluran I ditingkat pasar lelang sebesar Rp420/Kg, pedagang besar sebesar Rp1.034/Kg pedagang pengecer kota sebesar Rp2.275/Kg, pada Saluran II ditingkat pedagang tengkulak sebesar Rp660/Kg pedagang besar Rp834/Kg pedagang pengecer kota sebesar Rp1.950/Kg, dan pada saluran III di pedagang pengecer desa sebesar Rp3.250/Kg. This research was conducted in Muara Burnai I Village, Lempuing Jaya District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency in August-October 2021. The research method used is a survey method. While the sampling method usedin this research is purposive sampling method and simple random sampling (simple random). The method of data processing and data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study note that the chili commodity auction system at the Auction Market of Muara Burnai I Village uses a closed auction system with prices sent via cellular short message (SMS) and the auction process is carried out four times a week, and in payment transactions in the auction market there is a discount for farmers of Rp. 500/Kg, for cash. The benefits felt by farmers with the existence of an auction market are the ease of marketing chili, high selling prices and being able to borrow capital and agricultural facilities, these benefits can have a good impact in increasing income for farmers.
