However this cooperation increasingly causes discrepant appraisements from both specialists and viewership. They even offer opinions about unnatural character of alliance of ballet and literature as completely heterogeneous phenomena. Literature sources in their softer variant refer to be only a distant primary push for completely self consistent and autonomous choreographer’s creativity. Such affirmations seem to be not enough convincing. Bearing in mind inevitability of organic relations between various phenomena, belonging to one and the same cultural sphere, while interacting, each one reproduces definite features of the other. This is all the more characteristic in the situation of intersemiotic translation of the text content into a language common to a phenomenon of another indicative nature. In this case basis of adequate translation is built from common significant patterns characteristic of the both texts. For literature and ballet such patterns are visually entertaining aspects of a work, embodying narrative, conceptual and emotional aspects of the content. They are internally enclosed into the literature text, they are perceived by a choreographer, and they form basis for the creative conception. Specification of a scenic image is an aspect of a complex of actual socio-cultural contexts of the historic epoch, in which the act of transferring of literature into a ballet action takes place","PeriodicalId":37201,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Siberian Federal University - Humanities and Social Sciences","volume":"38 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"77794227","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is through the musical component and the sounding word that the main attributes of the mystical direction in Islam are given, becoming a powerful sacred instrument in comprehending the truth. Sufism is a philosophical, aesthetic, religious, ethical doctrine and lifestyle. In the past, it had embraced all spheres of social life, influenced, and often determined the creative thinking of poets, musicians, architects, artisans, and other creators. Nowadays Sufism is an active practice of religious life in an unorthodox Islam. It is becoming a source of inspiration for contemporary composers and poets. Many ideas of Sufism were in conflict and opposition with the official line of the orthodox faith. Among these ideas was music, for which the Sufis use the term «sama» (literally «listening»). In Sufism, music as one of the ways to comprehend God, had special power. This study presents the theoretical aspect of the music and poetry influence on the aesthetic side of Sufism. Based on the research of Islamic scholars, and most importantly on the literary, philosophical works of the Sufis, previously not used with scientific intentions; Let us present a picture of the vision and understanding of the musical and aesthetic side of unorthodox Islam. The relevance of the study is that, on the one hand, the composer’s creative heritage has not yet received a comprehensive understanding in musicology, many compositions are waiting for their researcher. On the other hand, the performance of G. Banshchikov presents an original interpretation of the semantic ideas laid down by the genius of the word in the story. The analysis of the ballet revealed the specifics of the author’s reading, which consists in the implementation at all levels of drama of the card atmosphere, the generation of which was Pushkin’s «Queen of Spades». The results of the study make it possible to attribute the ballet of G. Banshchikov to one of the bright artistic peaks in the history of musical and stage incarnations of the story. Its text, containing nine Evangelical Beatitudes, borrowed from the Orthodox Typicon, conveys the most important Christian values, which observance helps to achieve the Heavenly Kingdom. The features of musical style of the psalm (composition, scale, intonation, rhythmic) are characteristic also of other samples of a genre. The musical stanzas are of considerable length. The composition is characterized by the complexity of the principles of coordination of poetic text and melody. The wide chant of syllables is one of the genre and style features. In the development of the tune, the trichord musical phrase (a-c1-d1) plays a leading role, which varies and repeats many times. The question of the origin of the Dukhobor psalm genre is still open, but its links with Orthodox culture at the level of texts and of principles of inclusion in ritual, at the level of tune with narrative genres of musical folklore are obvious","PeriodicalId":37201,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Siberian Federal University - Humanities and Social Sciences","volume":"62 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87575154","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Meremkulov. To understand the artistic aspirations and originality of O. Meremkulov’s works, his Symphony Concerto for Cello, Piano, String Orchestra, Percussion and Wind Ensemble (2015) is an illustrative piece of art. The concerto genre was conceived by the composer as a composition showing the essential problems of human existence, preserving the modus of a personal statement «in the first person». This has led to the introduction of epigraphs and programme titles of parts that not only tune the listener in a certain way, but are elements of concept and means of realising the author’s intentions. The musical analysis regarding the main intonational characteristics of all parts of the concerto, their relations, aspects and orientation of the development of musical thematism are correlated with possible interpretations of titles and epigraphs. This made it possible to come to the conclusion about the original programme music of the concerto. It is revealed by a combination of means functioning at various levels, addressing the sensations of different modalities, individual experience, cultural memory, as well as activating associative thinking and figurative representations. Not only part titles and epigraphs work in this respect, but also the author’s remarks introduced into the musical score and audio records with natural sounds during the performance. Programme music is also recognised in the process of thematic transformations that reflect the orientation of the Hero’s emotional experiences clarifying the essence of a certain image or reproducing a chain of events related to a certain plot. It has been suggested that this plot bizarrely refracts in the composer’s mind the real events experienced by him during different periods of life, sprouted into the subjective perception and understanding of artistic images of world culture. In his dialogue with the authors of past centuries, the composer reached a new level of generalisation, thereby capturing his ideas and feelings in an intonational form. In this regard, within the framework of this study, an attempt was made to identify indicators that can describe a «smart city», to determine the relationship of these indicators with each other, as well as to build a correlation matrix of links between indicators of a smart and sustainable city. The study was carried out using correlation-regression analysis using a linear correlation coefficient. The simulation results are presented for the regions of the Southern Federal District of the Russian Federation and allow us to draw conclusions about the use of the identified relationships in the management of the development of these regions. To determine the level of entry of a particular region into the digital space, indicators were identified that act as control nodes that allow you to manage the process of transition to the «smart» category and regulate the pace of the transition process itself. A comparative analysis of correlation matrices revealed a tendency towards a weakening of the dependence of the indicators of a «smart city» on indicators of a «sustainable city», which indicates a gradual transition of a territorial entity to the concept of a «smart city» and a gradual penetration of the results of scientific and technological progress and high technologies into various spheres of human life","PeriodicalId":37201,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Siberian Federal University - Humanities and Social Sciences","volume":"89 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74229886","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The classification of regions is based on the authors’ two-factor classification model using the share of the extractive sector in the GRP and the ratio of the extractive sector to the manufacturing industry. Exploiting the method of fuzzy classification and calculating a comprehensive assessment of resource dependence, the classification regions are classified on a scale of continuous values, which makes it possible to assess the level of resource dependence of the regions of the Russian Federation and their grouping. The dynamics of the level of resource dependence is monitored and the regions that have made transitions from one selected group to another are distinguished. The results obtained indicate that in the period under consideration there was an increase in the level of resource dependence. For most of the resource-type regions, the level of resource dependence has increased, the number of resource-type regions has grown from 22 to 27. An analysis of the case studies of individual regions shows that the policy of the federal center and the largest Russian companies, often state-owned, was in most cases more significant than the policy of regional authorities. The case of Russia, therefore, corresponds to the patterns described in the literature investigating the influence of geography and institutions on development at the subnational level: geographic factors play a decisive role in the development of regions, the role of subnational institutions is small. Differences at the subnational level in such institutional factors as the protection of property rights or regulatory efficiency are not decisive in attracting investment; priorities formed at the national level play a decisive role. The ability of regional authorities to influence the development of the region comes down mainly to the effective integration of the federal center into the projects","PeriodicalId":37201,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Siberian Federal University - Humanities and Social Sciences","volume":"21 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"91078430","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Russian Federation is one of the largest exporters of grain. Taking into account the development of biotechnology in the world, this type of resource claims to be a «new oil.» In the light of this, the Government of the Russian Federation set the task of doubling the export of agricultural products and raw materials until 2024. At the same time, the most promising areas of export are determined – India and China. Speaking of the latter, wheat exports to China began in 2014 and by the end of 2020 accounts for less than 1 % of the total Russian wheat exports. It is assumed that export growth in the Asian direction should be due to the regions of Siberia (Krasnoyarsk Territory, Novosibirsk Region, Omsk Region and Altai Territory), which have never been the main exporters of wheat. In this regard, it becomes necessary to update the scientific provisions of the logistics doctrine based on the results of empirical studies of wheat export factors from Russian regions. The debate on this issue rests on different approaches to determining the significance of export factors. The article provides an overview of key modern approaches, including theories of export and production potential. Based on the integrated approach, as well as machine training methods, the study proposes an analysis of the array of monthly data by 72 regions from 2007 to 2021 years, which includes a set of parameters of export and production potential. As a result, a linear classifier model is proposed, which allows guessing the export status of the region with an accuracy of 96 % based on a set of factors. It is determined that market factors increase the probability of export, while factors of production potential (with the exception of flour production) reduce this probability. This conclusion supports the idea of an integral approach, according to which with the development of primary and deep grain processing in the regions, exports are expected to decrease, while the development of the «free» grain market and an increase in wheat reserves on elevators leads to an increase in Russian grain exports. Thus, taking into account these circumstances, proposals have been formed to increase wheat exports from Siberian regions, which make it possible to offset the negative impact of exports not on the price situation within the regions and to comply with the interests of domestic processors and grain traders","PeriodicalId":37201,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Siberian Federal University - Humanities and Social Sciences","volume":"9 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"77237873","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
