So to support the achievement of the educational goals listed in the law it is necessary to have good collaboration from various elements of education including educators and students as actors in realizing educational goals. the existence of an independent curriculum is also an effort by the government to overcome the setback in education which is the impact of the existence of covid. In the Independent Curriculum, principals and educators are given the freedom to develop lesson plans, implement learning and develop curricula based on the needs of students. assessment is the initial step for evaluating and planning further learning, in general the purpose of the assessment is to see the learning outcomes of students. Assessment in the independent curriculum is completely left to educators in which the form of assessment is divided into two, namely formative and summative assessment. English is a tool for communicating orally and in writing. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. While the type of research used in this research is descriptive by using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method includes three stages, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, to test the validity of using source triangulation and technique triangulation. Learning Islamic Religious Education is one means to disseminate the importance of understanding religious tolerance to students.The focus of research in this thesis are: (1) How to Study Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in developing student humanist value in State Junior High School 1Rambipuji and Catholic Junior High School St. Petrus Jember?; (2) How to study Islamic Education (PAI) in developing pluralist values of students at State Junior High School 1Rambipuji and Catholic Junior High School St. Petrus Jember?; (3) How to study Islamic Education (PAI) in developing the democratic value of students at State Junior High School 1Rambipuji and Catholic Junior High School St. Petrus Jember? \u0000This thesis uses descriptive qualitative approach with case study type research with multi case design. Data collection techniques through observation, interview and documentation. Researchers analyzed data with multi-case analysis of individual and cross site case analysis. Data validity using source triangulation. \u0000The findings show: First, PAI learning in the development of democratic, humanist and pluralist values at Rambipuji 1 Junior High School is the development in the classroom with PAI learning materials. From Class VII material as in the 2013 curriculum syllabus, class VIII is in the curriculum syllabus of KTSP, class IX as in the curriculum of the KTSP curriculum. While in St. Petrus Jember Middle School uses 18 character guidelines. The development of democratic values is also realized by bringing in teachers in accordance with the students 'religion, the activity of choosing class leaders and the student council leader in a democratic manner regardless of students' backgrounds, so that each student has the right to be chosen, besides that students are entitled to follow the talents and interests they want as self-development. The development of humanist values is also realized through social service activities, darling and scouts. The main conclusion from the description of the different levels of representation that has been presented both at the lexical level, semantic level, and syntactic level is that bilingual speakers always experience different languages as long as their use continues. Both bilingual speakers and speech partners benefit from the universal characteristics of the languages they master in an integrated manner. By speaking, they can convey thoughts, feelings, arguments, and ideas as well as emotions and other mental states. Yet, there are many problems faced by students in learning speaking. Due to those problems, choosing an appropriate media for teaching learning is an ability that every teacher must have. One of the entertaining and intriguing games that may be used to teach speaking is snake and ladder game. \u0000This study reports the advantages and the disadvantages of snake and ladder game in teaching speaking. While, the outcome can be summed up as follows: The Snake and Ladder game's design has both advantages and disadvantages. The advantages of the Snake and Ladder game is that it encourages students to practice speaking since it creates an enjoyable and relaxed learning environment. By forcing students to practice speaking since they must do so while playing, the snake and ladder game may help students indirectly enhance their English-speaking abilities. Many languages influence the vocabulary of the Bawean language. At least, there are Madurese, Javanese, Malay, Buginese, etc. However, most of Bawean vocabulary are from Madurese. In its distribution to surroundings areas, Madurese is a language that is not easy to change its grammar. Even, it tends to influence the native local language of the people, as the Pandalungan Javanese that is used by the people in the north coast areas of East Java. There, the Grammar of Madurese influences much the Javanese, that is the native language of Javanese people. In other case, it occurs differently in Bawean language. Here, the language that most of the vocabulary comes from Madurese is influenced by the Javanese grammar. It makes the Bawean language different from the Madurese. By doing qualitative descriptive study that compares the significant grammar features of Madurese and Javanese that influence Bawean language, this study is conducted. The data are collected by using observation and interview method. Then, they are analyzed by the identity methods. The study finds that the Madurese Bawean is different from the native Madurese in terms of reduplication and affixation. Although most of the Bawean vocabulary come from Madurese, not all of the Madurese reduplication and affixation Javanese involve the Bawean ones. This purpose of this study are (1) To know the intrinsic elements of Khalil Gibran’s Poetry (2)To know the romantic meaning in Khalil Gibran’s Poetry. This research would give the scope and limitation only in the Khalil Gibran Poetry all Romantic words and meanings that could be used as the data. The Khalil Gibran poetry is poetry exist in this thesis. The hermeneutic approach requires interpretation, so that the meaning of poetry is definitely influenced by the perceptions of knowledge and experience of each reader, the reader environment factor, the perspective or dimension of the reader's interest, and other things derived from the extrinsic factor. There are seven poetry that would be researched. From the first till seventh poetry show that Khalil Gibran oftenly using word love that is related toward the romantic meaning. It is also based on the Khalil Gibran biography during his life.
