Mikoriza merupakan biostabilizer yang dapat ditambahkan untuk tanaman bertahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh serta ada tidaknya interaksi pemberian mikoriza dan Trichoderma sp., terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman bawang merah varietas Crok Kuning (Allium cepa L. Aggregatum group) pada berbagai variasi frekuensi penyiraman. Jenis penelitian merupakan eksperimen dengan model Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan dua faktor yaitu pemberian mikoriza (tanpa mikoriza, mikoriza, Trichoderma sp., kombinasi mikoriza + Trichoderma sp.) dan variasi frekuensi penyiraman (setiap hari, 3 hari sekali, dan 6 hari sekali). Parameter pertumbuhan yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang akar berat segar dan kering daun, umbi, akar, dan persentase infeksi mikoriza. Analisis data menggunakan uji Two-Way ANOVA varian faktorial dilanjut uji Duncan apabila perlakuan mikoriza, frekuensi penyiraman, dan interaksi keduanya signifikan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tanpa pemberian Trichoderma sp., mampu meningkatkan berat segar daun, umbi, akar, dan berat kering akar, sedangkan perlakuan frekuensi penyiraman memberikan pengaruh terhadap berat segar dan berat kering akar. To achieve stability, free radical molecules will react with surrounding molecules. Free radical molecules in the body take place continuously and are difficult to stop, this can cause diseases such as premature aging and cancer. Therefore, the required compound has antioxidant activity to stop it. One of the antioxidant compounds can be obtained by utilizing secondary metabolites of Soursop leaf endophytic bacteria (Annona muricata). Soursop leaf endophytic bacteria isolates have been obtained which have the form of diplobacillus and include gram-positive bacteria. The activity was carried out using the DPPH method and obtained IC50 of 278.27 ppm at the 22nd hour and 61.942 ppm at the 24th hour. The total phenolic obtained at the 22nd hour was 79 mgek of gallic acid/g while at the 24th hour it was 34 mgek of gallic acid/g. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode coating. Perbandingan konsentrasi gliserol dan minyak kayu manis yang digunakan dalam pembuatan film selulosa adalah 3:1; 5;1; 7:1; dan 10:1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan gliserol dan minyak kayu manis berpengaruh terhadap sifat mekanik yang dihasilkan. Flavonoid dan fenolik pada daun jambu biji dipengaruhi oleh lokasi dan lingkungan tumbuhnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang kandungan metabolit sekunder, kadar total flavonoid, kadar total fenolik, dan aktivitas antioksidan daun jambu biji yang berasal dari daerah kabupaten Asahan, Sumatera Utara menggunakan pelarut air, etil asetat, dan n-heksana. Kadar total flavonoid ditentukan dengan Kolorimetri AlCl3, kadar total fenolik ditentukan dengan Folin-Ciocalteu, aktivitas antioksidan ditentukan dengan metode DPPH. Hasil uji skrining fitokimia menunjukkan daun jambu biji mengandung saponin, tanin, kuinon, steroid, triterpenoid, dan flavonoid. Kadar total flavonoid ekstrak etil asetat dan air masing-masing 28,7055 mg QE/g dan 10,6624 mg QE/g. Kadar total fenolik ekstrak etil asetat dan air masing-masing 160,4550 mg GAE/g dan 179,8201 mg GAE/g. Ekstrak etil asetat daun jambu biji memiliki nilai IC50 sebesar 66,23 ppm dan ekstrak air memiliki nilai IC50 sebesar 46,81 ppm. Penanaman di Laboratorium Kultur Terkendali, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Padjadjaran dengan ketinggian ± 782 meter di atas permukaan laut (mdpl). Benih tomat yang digunakan yaitu kultivar ‘Valoasis’, dan kultivar ‘Momotaro’ sedangkan zat pengatur tumbuh (ZPT) yang digunakan yaitu giberelin (GA3), dan auksin (IAA). Pengamatan yang dilakukan terdiri atas tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah bunga per tanaman, dan jumlah buah per tanaman. Therefore, the study aims to examine; (1) the effect of variations in the kind and refugia placement on the insects abundance in rice cultivation; and (2) the treatment which has most potential in natural pest control based on the natural enemiy diversity. The refugia used were marigold (Tagetes erecta L.) and long bean (Vigna unguiculata (L.) Walp.), while variations of the refugia placement were on the edges and in the middle of the rice planting. Each treatment consisted of 3 replicate plots. Observations of insects were carried out every 3 weeks in one planting season. The results showed that variations in the kind and refugia placement had a significant effect on insect abundance. Tinea unguium merupakan infeksi mikosis superfisialis dengan insidensi 30% dan merupakan penyebab 50% kelainan kuku. Desa Mekarluyu Kabupaten Garut merupakan daerah dengan mayoritas penduduk bekerja sebagai petani. Keadaan lingkungan kerja yang basah, lembab dan suhu yang hangat meningkatkan risiko penyakit tinea unguium pada petani. Tinea unguium disebabkan oleh jamur dermatofita dengan penyebab utama yaitu jamur Trichophyton sp. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi Trichophyton sp. penyebab tinea unguium pada kuku kaki petani Desa Mekarluyu Kabupaten Garut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross-sectional dengan responden sebanyak 30 orang yang diketahui menunjukkan gejala tinea unguium. Sampel kerokan kuku yang telah diambil kemudian ditumbuhkan pada media Saboraud Dextrose Agar untuk diamati koloninya. Pengamatan mikroskopis hasil biakan dilakukan dengan pewarnaan Lactophenol Cotton Blue. Salah satu Teknik pengolahan alternatif yaitu menggunakan metode biosorpsi dengan biosorben ampas daun teh. Namun hasil penyerapan itu tergantung oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya yaitu waktu kontak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui waktu kontak optimum terhadap proses biosorpsi Cr(VI) dengan menggunakan biosorben ampas daun teh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan air Sungai Citarum yang diambil dari empat titik yaitu di Desa Pangauban, Desa Cilampeni, Desa Nanjung dan Desa Lagadar. Pengukuran kadar dilakukan menggunakan Spektrofotometer UV-Vis pada panjang gelombang 540 nm. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diperoleh waktu kontak optimum yaitu 45 menit dengan presentase penurunan kadar dari masing-masing sampel yaitu 73,25% (Desa Pangauban), 75,94% (Desa Cilampeni), 71,88%, (Desa Nanjung) dan 74,31% (Desa Lagadar). This research process was carried out by analyzing the measurement results of each CVT component and comparing the results. The research method used is an experimental method by holding the throttle at 3,250 rpm; after it is stable, the throttle is rotated up to 10,000 rpm. The results of troubleshooting analysis and measurement of drive belt wear and tear are from the standard size of 19.50 mm to 18.00 mm, and the tolerance limit for use is 18.60 mm. As for the roller variation test results, using a lighter weight roller, for example, 8 grams and 9 grams, get maximum results at low and medium rotational speeds, compared to using an 11-gram roller (standard). The downside of this 8-gram and 9-gram roller is that it only gets good acceleration and torque at low rotational speeds. While at a high rotational speed less than the maximum. Saat ini, banyak penyelenggara air minum isi ulang mendapatkan ijin operasi untuk memproduksi air minum bagi masyarakat. Untuk menjaga kualitas air minum yang dikonsumsi masyarakat, dilakukan pengawasan secara berkala baik secara internal maupun eksternal. Uji mikrobiologis dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pada air minum isi ulang “KHAIRA” Yogyakarta yang memberikan pelayanan air minum isi ulang dengan kualitas terjamin yang telah mendapatkan sertifikat laik higienis dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota Yogyakarta. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan pengawasan eksternal melalui penelitian ini, sehingga dapat dilakukan pengkajian kualitas air minum isi ulang Khaira melalui uji mikrobiologis. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan identifikasi Escherichia coli pada air minum isi ulang. Data diperoleh melalui pemeriksaan air isi ulang menggunakan metode Most Probable Number (MPN). Hasil uji MPN menunjukkan tidak terdeteksi Escherichia coli pada semua sampel air.
