There was a definition that the ratio of the scattering light( at 90°scattering angles, relative to the incident beam direction) intensity to the transmitted light intensity, which was called scattered transmitted ratio(STR). Using the STR theory, we constructed a sensing system to measure the protein content. The sensing system contains a laser beam of 658nm wavelength, sample reservoir and two photodiodes which measure the scattered light and transmitted light respectively. Through data analysis, the relationship model was established between the protein content and the STR. The paper discusses how to process knitted fabric image and obtain the stitch distortion angle automatically using image processing technology. By rotational property of Fourier transform, i.e. if a function f(x, e) of the image turns an angle e in the space domain, the Fourier transform of the function would turn a same angle in the transform frequency domain, that is, if the angle between stitch row and course in a knitted fabric image is e, the angle between the lines of their feature points in their transform frequency domain is also the same, an automatic detecting system was established and the angle of stitch distortion was been obtained automatically. Piezoelectric equation of PVDF was studied and simplified for data analysis. The algorithm of power frequency elimination was detailed studied. 4-times sampling was adopted during A/D transformation and the noise induced by 50Hz power frequency was minimized. Butterworth low-pass filter and trap filter was used for noise filtering. The measuring system consisted of PVDF sensor, charge amplifier, signal filter, A/D, MCU and LCD. The data acquisition and processing program was also written. And there are outliers in the measurements because of the clutter environment. To solve this problem, this paper present a new Kalman filter based on outliers for sound source localization. By adaptively adjusting the measurement noise covariance based on the two results of Kalman filter with the different steps, the presented filter can detect the outliers and reduce the their influence.
