随着现代物流信息化进程的加快发展,物流保障决策的需求越来越大,然而现实中的库存决策往往存在着许多不确定的问题。本文对库存管理的理论和方法进行了研究,并运用模糊数学、灰色系统等理论改进了库存管理的分类和实施过程,从而改进了传统的库存管理技术方法。
