摘要

针织物的针脚变形是织物检测的一个重要参数,目前都是人工测量。本文讨论了如何利用图像处理技术对针织物图像进行处理,自动获取针织物的针脚变形角。根据傅里叶变换的旋转性质,即如果图像的一个函数f(x, e)在空间域中转动一个角度e,则该函数的傅里叶变换在变换频域内也会转动一个角度e,即如果针织物图像中针线与线的夹角为e,则它们的特征点在变换频域内的直线夹角也相同;建立了一套自动检测系统,自动获得了针脚畸变角。经检验验证,检测结果可靠,实现了对针脚变形的自动检测。
