This paper puts forward a way of aiding the algorithm study of image feature extraction by CAD technology. The image reconstruction for ECT is an inverse problem to find the permittivity distribution of an object by measuring the electrical capacitances between sets of electrodes placed around its periphery. The conjugate gradient (CG) method is one of the most popular methods applied for image reconstruction, although its convergence rate is low. In this paper, an advanced version of the CG method, i.e. the projected CG method, is proposed to solve the inverse problem for ECT. The solution space is projected onto the Krylov subspace and the ill-posed problem is solved by the CG method in a low-dimensional specific subspace. The present study aimed to evaluate the antibiotic resistance profiles of Enterobacter cloacae isolated from the First Bethune Hospital. Disk diffusion method was used to study the antimicrobial resistance. The data were analyzed by WHONET 5 software according to Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI). The majority of 683 strains of Enterobacter cloacae were collected from sputum (410, 60.0%), secretions and pus (105, 15.4%), urine (69, 10.1%). All the Enterobacter cloacae isolates were sensitive to imipenem and meropenem. Enterobacter cloacae strains were frequently resistant to multiple antibiotics. In this method, the Enhanced Objective Cluster Analysis including the Dipole Partition, the Relative Dissimilarity Measure and the Enhanced Consistency Criterion are incorporated with the Fuzzy - Means algorithm for the robust and compact fuzzy partition in the input space. For improving accuracy of the model, iterative learning strategy with Covering Measure is adopted to repartition the dissatisfying fuzzy subspaces according to the user's requirement. By the Stable Kalman Filter algorithm, the consequent parameters are efficiently estimated. Simulation analysis shows that the method reduces the system chattering. Install a fiber Bragg grating as the sensor to get the temperature and pressure signal of the tank. When it changes, the central wavelength of optical signal picked up by the fiber Bragg grating will also change, so we can calculate the changing situation of the temperature and pressure in the tanks.
