Based on Tangshan, analyzed the present situation of Regional information resource distribution and service, factors hindering the regional information resource sharing including strict separation in management system, fund shortage, wasteful resource repetition slow process of standardization process. We discussed the Regional information sharing mode based on Cloud Computing. The mode provides an information services platform, which can update resources at any time, realize the elasticity expansion. It will cut the cost of information acquisition of users, and increase operation rate of information resources. Body surface is constituted by a number of curved surfaces and convex and concave characteristic of these surfaces can be quantified with angle value. Convex and concave characteristic of front, side and back body can obtain angle expression by quantifying. Based on wind turbine aerodynamics, the basic law of pitch control is deduced, and a design of hydraulic pressure system of individual pitch control is introduced. The correlative theoretical calculation results are also analyzed. Using neural networks, a control strategy of individual pitch control based on inflow angle prediction is proposed. With the Compute Unified Device Architecture (CUDA) technology, the parallel data structure is defined, and the mechanism of computing tasks mapping to CUDA is described. From the optimization experiments results of 4 benchmark functions it shows that the CUDA-based parallel algorithm can greatly save computing time and improve computing accuracy. The modulation instability growth rate can be obtained provided that E0 is positive quantity, where E0 is the field constant correlated with terms in the space-charge field .Our analysis indicates that the growth rates depend on E0 and the ratio of the optical beam's intensity to that of the dark irradiance, and the maximum modulation instability gain as well as the corresponding spatial-frequency increase with increasing E0 and the ratio of the optical beam's intensity to that of the dark irradiance.
