However, not all projects in progress are going according to the targeted plan. For example, the construction of the Multipurpose Building in the Takawa Buton office complex which was built from 2016 until now has not been realized. Apart from that, there are also other projects such as the road connecting Gonda and Lapodi Village in Pasarwajo Subdistrict, the road connecting Siontapina and Sangiarano Villages in South Lasalimu Subdistrict, Kamaru Capital Road in Lasalimu Subdistrict, Bonetiro Village road in Kapontori Subdistrict, etc. are still pending. in the process. This type of research is a quantitative research, where the data is processed and tested with a statistical approach. Descriptive research that provides an overview of a situation where every problem and subject will be taught systematically, actually and accurately with a deductive discussion technique where the discussion starts from general things to more specific things. There are two methods used, namely validation test and reliability test. The solution to the factors that cause delays in construction projects in the Buton Regency area is that the unavailability of equipment can hinder the project's progress. The solution is not to rely on just one vendor. Make a list of vendors who can provide the necessary tools during the project. Make sure the vendors can provide everything on time","PeriodicalId":367796,"journal":{"name":"SAINSMAT: Journal of Applied Sciences, Mathematics, and Its Education","volume":"741 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129585545","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Complex variable courses require a strong understanding, high concentration, good learning readiness, reasoning power and higher order logic in understanding direct objects. The direct objects referred to are Facts, Concepts, Skills, and Principles. In addition to direct objects in obtaining maximum results, indirect objects are needed. Indirect objects that are meant are tools used in the form of media, support and encouragement from others in obtaining good results. The results of the mid-semester grades for the 2014/2015 academic year were about 13% of students who got good grades and the rest were not good. In fact, this complex variable course is the main course of several courses. Another fact is that in the 2019/2020 semester VII, there are 35% in the poor category and 50% sufficient and the rest are good and very good. From 35% of students with poor learning outcomes took remedial, 1 person graduated with sufficient marks, while the rest did not pass. The specific objectives of the research are 1) to determine the mastery in complex variable courses, 2) the location of the difficulty and difficulty factors of complex variables, 3) to know the mastery and difficulty of indirect objects. This type of research approach is descriptive qualitative. Research wants to describe and describe how the actual event. The research was conducted in the Complex Variable Analysis course, Semester VII, implementation October-January and a total of 12 subjects. Techniques for obtaining data from observations, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique, presenting data, reducing and drawing conclusions. Conclusion,The difficulty of students lies in the facts and concepts that exist in the direct object. In the interview session, 71.42% said that the difficulty factor was the mastery of facts and concepts. In online implementation, students experience percentage difficulties when writing symbols and operating the media used. This is a new problem for mathematics students in achieving good learning outcomes with objective assessment standards.","PeriodicalId":367796,"journal":{"name":"SAINSMAT: Journal of Applied Sciences, Mathematics, and Its Education","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125685648","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is the motive of most people are interested in cultivating such fish; beside the selling price is relatively high, it also has increasing ramp of demand every year. In order to meet the increasing demand, the fish farms are in need of appropriate feed aiming for upgrading cat fish growing rate. Around Lhokseumawe region, despite of numerous tofu industries the dregs are still not well utilized. The waste of tofu industries, which is tofu dregs, functions as cat fish feed. Tofu dregs made cat fish feed has numbers of advantages, such as accelerating the fish growth until 17-18%. This is due to the coarse fiber protein contain to be 7.11%, fat 4.93% and BETN 44.50%. Beside its nutritional advantages as alternative cat fish feed raw material, tofu dregs as cat fish feed material should be examined in technical and financial aspects so that it is guaranteed to be implemented. Hence, in this research the feasibility study was conducted on technical aspects of processing solid tofu dregs to be cat fish feed by using BEP and PP analysis methods. According to Payback Period (PP) value, the business has three months and six days period of time in order to return the initial investment capital. The production rate in one months must be above 542 kg in order to avoid from being lost. With the existing production capacity (1.092 kg/month), the cat fish feed price must be above IDR 6.116/kg in order to cover all expenditure in the time period.","PeriodicalId":367796,"journal":{"name":"SAINSMAT: Journal of Applied Sciences, Mathematics, and Its Education","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114448249","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Unfortunately, societal dynamics emerged with different value systems and new orientations, paving the way for a \"jet age\" characterized by deviance, conflict and immediate gratification. Nigerian contemporary society is characterized by an identified crisis with common features of destructive, confrontational and violent dimensions, which has led to the loss of lives and property worth millions of naira. Most rural communities have been characterized by unhealthy conflictual situations, which has eventually turned the settlements into theatres of blood and fire emanating from various communal conflicts. The energy of communal violence has assumed a centre stage in our day-to-day interactions. Despite numerous attempts at stemming the tide of such violence, all concerted efforts have proved abortive. The issue is on the ascendency and has also defied remedial measures to curb such negativing phenomenon. This has a lasting and deleterious effect on the social development of rural communities. Social development means investing in people, which requires the removal of barriers so that all citizens can journey toward their dreams with confidence and dignity. The study adopted a cross-sectional research survey method using a structured questionnaire as an instrument for data collection to examine the impact of the communal crisis on people’s livelihood sources. Data was collected from 800 samples selected from 4 political wards in Akamkpa Local Government Area of Cross River State, Nigeria Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data. The result from the descriptive analysis was subjected to parametric statistics at 0.05 confidence level. The findings revealed a significant effect of the communal crisis on people’s sources of livelihood in Akamkpa local government area of cross river state, Nigeria. Based on this finding, the study calls for government intervention in the way of policy change and social intervention in the affected area and other parts of Nigeria Affected by communal conflict.","PeriodicalId":367796,"journal":{"name":"SAINSMAT: Journal of Applied Sciences, Mathematics, and Its Education","volume":"82 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132429283","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
