Apart from being the implementer of education, Malik Fadjar is also a policy maker in the field of education. This study aims to examine Abdul Malik Fadjar's thoughts on children's character building, to explore Abdul Malik Fadjar's policies in the field of character building, and to find out strategies for implementing Abdul Malik Fadjar's thoughts in building children's character. This research is a type of library research with data analysis techniques in this study using the method of content analysis (content analysis). The results show that according to Malik's character, there are two dimensions of human life that must be done well, namely the divine dimension (with Islamic values, faith, ihsan and taqwa), and the Human dimension (with the values of friendship, brotherhood, equality and kindness). thought). The method of character building according to Malik is a method of exemplary, habituation and da'wah methods. Malik's thoughts are modernist-religious and according to the flow of educational philosophy, it is included in the convergence flow. The strategy for implementing Malik's character development in character building is to apply additional hours in learning Islamic religious education in schools. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of character development through religious extracurricular activities and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of character development through religious extracurricular activities in Banda Aceh City Senior High School. This research was conducted with a field study using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and documentation. From the research conducted by the researcher, the results obtained are that the implementation of character development through religious extracurricular activities held by the Banda Aceh City Senior High School is praying together and reading yasin, zuhur prayer obligatory in congregation, reading and writing program of the Qur'an, activities Islamic holidays, sharing Friday programs. This study is a qualitative approach that collects the data through interviews observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the postgraduate PAI study program at UIN Ar-Raniry has made efforts and set two strategic programs in improving its educational quality. First, external strategic programs include cooperation with other universities, student exchanges, cooperation in research and publication of scientific papers, and the development of assisted villages. In KHI Article 173 stated that the trial of assassination were prevented from inheriting, but in fiqh did not mention this, because that was the result of ijtihad by Indonesian Islamic law experts. Based on this, this research attempted to explain the provisions of the KHI regarding the trial of assassination as mawani' al-irth, and the provisions of KHI regarding the trial of assasination as mawani‘ al-irth seen in the motivations behind it. Both of these will be studied using the perspective of maqașid al-syari'ah. The type of research used in this thesis is library research (qualitative research). Sources of data from this study come from the book al-Muwafaqat, Tasyri 'al-Jinaai al-Islami, Al-Fatawa al-Fiqhiyyah al-Kubra, Al-Tahzib fi Fiqh Imam Al-Syafi'i and the book Compilation of Islamic Law by Cik Hasan Bisri, as well as books and journals relating to maqașid al-syari'ah and mawani' al-irth. Data collection method is carried out in documentation and data analysis method in the form of qualitative descriptive. The results of the study indicate that the provisions of the KHI Article 173 concerning trial of assassination that’s hindered from inheriting is not suitable to be applied. Because the trial of assassination does not cause a person to die. Then in KHI also do not recognize the term forgiveness, even though the opportunity to be forgiven by the own heir is very large. Furthermore, in KHI, it does not consider the background of doing this action, even though between one person and another person has different intentions and objectives. Although the trial of assassination is a case that violates the existence of maqașid al-syari‘ah from the needs of the dharuriyyah, which is guarding the soul (hifz al-nafs), the benefit here is to apply a law according to the conditions that it wants. The study used a library research design, employing the primary data from Ali Hasjmy’s writings and the secondary data from two figures who had lived with and were close to Ali Hasjmy. The data were analyzed by using a descriptive analysis method. The results of the study revealed that Ali Hasjmy founded KOPELMA Darussalam as a manifestation of his educational, cultural, and political thoughts. This, in turn, gave birth to a big concept to Aceh’s development towards modernization, equipped with Islamic sharia, Acehnese culture and traditions, and science, after Aceh was hit by prolonged social conflict. The concept of KOPELMA Darussalam proposed by Ali Hasjmy intended to create KOPELMA Darussalam as a symbol of peace and love, a place to produce faithful and devoted humans to the religion and the nation, a place to establish science for humanity, a place to build \"Pancasila\"-instilled citizens, a symbol for the collapse of educational secularism and dichotomy of science in Aceh, a source of the realization of the Acehnese aspirations (i.e., of the ideals of justice and prosperity), an oasis of knowledge, and a manufacturer of people with devoted souls and spirit to the religion and the nation. This study aims to improve the competence of teachers in Sabang 2 Public Middle School in preparing syllabus and lesson plans. The subjects of this study were teachers of Sabang 2 Public Middle School in the 2016/2017 academic year, totaling 13 teachers, consisting of 10 PNS teachers and 3 non PNS teachers. The method used is the school action research method. Data collection is done by test and observation techniques. The study was conducted in 2 cycles. In the first cycle 31% of teachers obtained the appropriate syllabus and lesson plan and were considered good and in cycle 2 there were 100% of teachers who had syllabus and lesson plans that were appropriate and considered good. This research is included in qualitative research by pointing to field research. That is research which focuses more on the results of data collection to informants who have been determined, the data sources used are primary and secondary data using qualitative data analysis. The results of the study show that divorce practices have taken place in Kuala Baru Subdistrict only through the village government, and rarely come to court. Then, the understanding of the Kuala Baru people about the giving of iddah is still very minimal, so they think that if they are divorced there are no rights and obligations of husband and wife. The formulation of the problem in this paper is: How is the concept and application of Islamic Good Corporate Governance (IGCG) in Islamic Financial Institutions; and How the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in BPRS Hikmah Wakilah Banda Aceh. The purpose of writing is: To find out the concepts and application of Islamic Good Corporate Governance (IGCG) in Islamic financial institutions and also analyze the implementation of the concept of Islamic Good Corporate Governance (IGCG) in BPRS Hikmah Wakilah Banda Aceh. This study uses qualitative research methods, the approach taken is descriptive, namely to know and describe the reality of the events studied or research conducted on independent or single variables. Islamic Good Corporate Governance (IGCG) in Islamic Financial Institutions is very different as applied in conventional financial institutions. Islamic financial institutions always pay attention to aspects of legal sources, namely the Qur'an and the hadith, the principle of adherence to Islamic law is used as a basis in bermuamalah which does not contain elements of maisir, usury and gharar in every transaction. Management of PT. BPRS Hikmah Wakilah is in line with its vision and mission of providing services to the community, namely the shuttle system. So that customers who are small and medium entrepreneurs do not have to leave their place of business to deposit payments to the BPRS. Application of Islamic Good Corperate Governance at PT.
