The human emotional transition between normal to panic state is due to extreme event which is beyond control. In the past, crowd behavior models for emergency evacuation being studied are aircraft emergency evacuation, emotional ant based, behavior based real time evacuation and many more which is related to the behavior and life like. They are different types of approached used to model crowd to be the same as the real world such as mathematical and heuristic approaches. Mathematical approach is accurate however in modelling human behaviour which is complex in terms of behavior (emotions), cognitive and appraisal, heuristic approach is preferred. In defining human behavior (emotions) in a real world, fuzzy logic approach is chosen to be incorporated into an intelligent agent based on emotions and stress theory. This feature makes the article in Wikipedia rapidly increased in size and can be fixed subsequently, but also makes it prone to vandalism in the forms of invalid information, deletion, ads, or meaningless content. This paper propose a framework for detecting vandalism on English Wikipedia using machine learning technique by training Cascaded Random Forest (CRF) classifier on PAN Wikipedia Vandalism Corpus 2010 (PAN-WVC-10) English dataset that has been resampled using Local Neighbourhood Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (LNSMOTE). These two techniques then compared with Random Forest (RF) for classifier and Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE) for resampling. The result of classifiers that has been tested on PAN Wikipedia Vandalism Corpus 2011 (PAN-WVC-11) English dataset showed that dataset resampled using LNSMOTE increase the true-positive rate (TPR) better than SMOTE in both classifiers. CRF on SMOTE with 200 stages and 1 tree gave the better result among others with TPR value 0.9904. Recently several studies on analysis of communication through comments and collaborative creative activities are conducted. When it becomes possible to analyze comments, these studies become possible to acquire useful information on user's behavior, involvement of users and video works. The interest of the user, an opinion, and the reaction to other users influence on comments. Moreover, the expression refelecting Web's original culture make noise removal difficult and the object to mention does not exist. Thus, useful information is hard to obtain in each study. Moreover, accurate analysis of the expression is difficult, due to unique expressions that appear in comments. This condition can affect prediction performance. The classifier needs to be re-trained using new documents containing those words in order to handle out of vocabulary condition. In this paper, we proposed an ensemble method that able to re-train a classifier in incremental fashion. That is, it does not use any previous training documents, only the new ones. Our approach also handles multilabel classification where a document can be classified into more than one label, which is a the case to Indonesian news articles we use for this paper. Result from our experiment shows that the ensemble method can cover out of vocabulary words and correctly classify a document where other classifiers which do not cover the words can not. It some conditions, it can even outperform batch-trained classifier performance. In addition to the sensors planted in diesel engine, some performance indicators of diesel engine are represented in the form of formula. The formula is defined by the expert, and it utilizes the sensors reading from diesel engine. This paper discusses the formula management in online monitoring system for diesel engine that provides online recommendation for operators. The expert inputs the main knowledge, which is the formula and the recommendation if the formula value is outside the normal range. The input process is implemented in web based application. The formula calculation is carried out in a frame expert system implemented in CLIPS. Based on the calculation result, system will give recommendation if it requires some necessary action. The evaluation in this paper shows that parsing a text based formula into formula representation in CLIPS, while reading the sensors involved in the formula, has been successfully carried out. The proposed frame representation is designed in CLIPS. It automatically creates a formula calculation from text based formula that is parsed from database. Our result has been able to reproduce almost identical increase-decrease tendencies with the correlation Rs2 of the champion group in the competition. Cytochrome P450 enzymes such as CYP130 have an intimate involvement in pathogenesis of tuberculosis. It was demonstrated that azole compounds such as econazole and clotrimazole display inhibitory potential against the latent and multidrug-resistant forms of tuberculosis. Here we investigate the specific interactions between CYP130 and econazole as well as our proposed azole ligands at atomic and electronic levels, using ab initio molecular simulations. The specific interactions between CYP130 and ligand are investigated by ab initio fragment molecular orbital calculations at an electronic level, in order to highlight which residues of CYP130 and which parts of ligand are important for the binding between CYP130 and ligand. To archive this, we first found the optimal combinations of the excitation and the emission wavelengths that accurately predict the contamination level. This optimization was conducted using the excitation-emission matrices of the contamination components wiped from hands. Then, we visualized the distribution of the contamination on hands by using the spectral imaging of the hands measured with the optimal wavelength combinations. Whereas, the performance of a multiple satellite cooperation system depends upon not only satellite performance but also the formation of the satellites. Therefore, if we can control the satellite formation, then the controlled formation could improve the performance of a multiple satellite cooperation system. In this study, we have analyzed the effectiveness of controlling the satellite formation by simulation. We used real orbit data of existing Global Positioning System (GPS) for simulation. In particular, we focused on the relationship between satellite formation and the coverage ratio of GPS.
