The optimal control of lighting is usually done by a skillful photographer or lighting technician in a commercial studio, but the effect of such skillful lighting can be extracted from the features of shading pattern on professional images. The target of our research is to develop a robotized LED lighting system for automatically controlling its positions and orientations to supply expected optical effects. This article focuses on a method of estimating the lighting condition from a sample image, by which a similar shading style is obtained for the facial image taken under our robotic lighting.","PeriodicalId":367414,"journal":{"name":"2016 International Conference On Advanced Informatics: Concepts, Theory And Application (ICAICTA)","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121363853","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Like other supervised learning, performance of multilabel classification is limited when there are small labeled data and it leads to the difficulty of capturing semantic relationship. The previous research of multilabel classification for Indonesian news article focused on implementing multilabel classification using lexical feature that employed bag of words and TF-IDF term weighting, and there is no work yet that uses semantic features. The purpose of this paper is to present an implementation of multilabel classification using semantic feature based on Word2vec. Word2vec is an unsupervised task that is capable of utilizing unlabeled data to convert a word into its vector representation that can also find the semantic relationship between words by counting their distance. The experiment shows that the result using this semantic feature improves the previous result that used traditional bag of words and TF-IDF method. It escalates the testing F-measure value from 76.73% to 80.17%.","PeriodicalId":367414,"journal":{"name":"2016 International Conference On Advanced Informatics: Concepts, Theory And Application (ICAICTA)","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116962373","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is thus expected that inhibition of the RT activity prevents the increase of HIV. Many types of diarylpyrimidines were synthesized as the inhibitors to RT. Among them, TMC125 and TMC278 were found to play important roles in inhibiting RT activity. In the present study, we picked up some TMC278 derivatives as ligands and investigated the specific interactions between RT and the ligands at atomic and electronic levels, using ab initio fragment molecular orbital (FMO) calculations. First, the derivatives were docked into the ligand-binding pocket of RT using a protein-ligand docking program, and the docked structures were fully optimized in water by a classical molecular mechanics method. Finally, using ab initio FMO calculations, the specific interactions between each amino acid residue of RT and the derivatives were revealed at an electronic level. Based on the FMO results, we proposed some novel inhibitors to RT and demonstrated that one of them binds strongly to RT.","PeriodicalId":367414,"journal":{"name":"2016 International Conference On Advanced Informatics: Concepts, Theory And Application (ICAICTA)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117038209","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A preliminary study was done to explore the state of OSS implementation among government agencies since the launch of the Malaysian Public Sector OSS Master Plan on July 16, 2004. Semi-structured face-to-face interviews using open-ended questions were conducted with IT managers and IT officers in the Northern Region of Peninsular Malaysia. The preliminary study aimed at investigating the usage of OSS and proprietary software, the level of OSS utilisation, the level of OSS knowledge and training of ICT and non-ICT staff, software development and acquisition model, internal OSS manpower capabilities and skills, the user's perception of the advantages of OSS, the user's perception of the risks of OSS, and the problems or barriers in OSS implementation. The results of interviews show that there are many problems or barriers in OSS implementation, e.g. lack of internal OSS expertise, lack of OSS policy, and lack of top management support. Therefore, this study will test the hypotheses on the success factors to OSS implementation in the public sector and to propose a framework for successful OSS implementation in the Malaysian Public Sector. A quantitative approach using survey method via questionnaire will be performed to answer the research question where simple random sampling will be used. The target respondents are the IT managers and IT officers among the sampling frame of 192 public sector agencies in Malaysia that have successfully implemented at least three OSS solution areas.","PeriodicalId":367414,"journal":{"name":"2016 International Conference On Advanced Informatics: Concepts, Theory And Application (ICAICTA)","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125926032","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, this server always has a possibility to experience a failure. In our previous study, we involve virtual machine technologies to address the failure that occurs on the server. However, this method only covers the recovery of the server from the perspective of the server itself. Our proposed method is to use the concept of software-defined networking to overcome the failure by involving network devices (e.g., switches). The experiment result shows that the concept of SDN is able to maintain the resilience of the server by interrupting the suspicious traffic.","PeriodicalId":367414,"journal":{"name":"2016 International Conference On Advanced Informatics: Concepts, Theory And Application (ICAICTA)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129444313","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
