It is a kind of feed forward neural network which contains convolution computation and has deep structure. Also it is one of the representative algorithms of deep learning. Because the convolution neural network has a special calculation mode, the general processor is not high in the implementation efficiency of the convolution neural network and can not meet the performance requirements. In order to solve this problem, we implement convolution neural network on FPGA and optimize convolution operation to improve computing parallelism, data throughput and energy efficiency of traditional processors. Finally, we implemented the convolution neural network of the Lenet-5 model on the ZYBOZ7 FPGA board and compared it with traditional processor. We realized the fast recognition of a picture at the frequency of 100M Hz with DMA control. The data throughput of FPGA is more than four times higher than that of general processor., and the power consumption is 1.8W, which is much lower than that of general processor.","PeriodicalId":367267,"journal":{"name":"2019 3rd International Conference on Circuits, System and Simulation (ICCSS)","volume":"109 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129562733","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But there are some problems in the present stored-value card platform: 1. The service agreement of stored-value card is not clear enough; 2. The refund process of users is inconvenient; 3. The transfer of stored-value can not be realized among users; 4. The security of accounts is not guaranteed. Smart contracts are computer contracts written in code, which are enforced directly by computers. This paper proposes a stored-value card platform in which the service contracts are expressed with smart contracts. The smart contract is executed on the blockchain. Blockchain technology, in which accounts are decentralized and data is resistant to modification, is applied to improving reliability in the consumption process. The platform is built on the private blockchains of Ethereum, which is designed for small merchants. ECDSA (Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithms) is used to asymmetrically encrypt accounts. Some functions, such as stored-value issuance, stored-value consumption, commodity purchase, are designed in this system.","PeriodicalId":367267,"journal":{"name":"2019 3rd International Conference on Circuits, System and Simulation (ICCSS)","volume":"47 3","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114022771","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the design process of speed controller, in order to eliminate the contradiction between large motor starting current and fast speed response, the speed error was introduced into the constant velocity term of the traditional exponential reaching law, the motion process was related to the speed of the system, which effectively solved the above problems. At the same time, the integral state variable was used to improve the control precision of the motor speed. The results of modeling and simulation in Matlab software show that the improved variable speed reaching law can better the dynamic performance of the motor speed control system.","PeriodicalId":367267,"journal":{"name":"2019 3rd International Conference on Circuits, System and Simulation (ICCSS)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115859745","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, too much light emission from the devices may cause glare or the perception of visual discomfort. This paper explored the effect of white luminance on visual perception using subjective rating, electrocardiogram and eye movement tracking. Using univariate ANOVA method, the results show that higher luminance can improve the display quality but ruin the perception of viewing preference. And the optimum luminance 130 cd/m2is recommended for better viewing experience and less visual discomfort.","PeriodicalId":367267,"journal":{"name":"2019 3rd International Conference on Circuits, System and Simulation (ICCSS)","volume":"225 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116250037","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The current RTI positioning methods mainly determine a target position by searching the maximum brightness pixel in a RTI map. However, due to the existence of environmental noises and interference, the brightness of the pseudo-target is often greater than that of the real target, resulting in a misjudgment of the target and even a great positioning error. In this paper, an enhanced RTI (E-RTI) positioning method that combines target shape features with the target brightness feature is proposed for overcoming this problem. This method can effectively reduce the negative influence of pseudo-targets and environmental noises by using the target shape prior information. The experimental results show that the positioning accuracy of this method is better than the existing RTI method.","PeriodicalId":367267,"journal":{"name":"2019 3rd International Conference on Circuits, System and Simulation (ICCSS)","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123533915","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The construction of the solar photovoltaic (PV) plants has brought modelling issues. The accurate and efficient full system model is crucial for performance evaluation. Most of the existing theoretical studies focus on partial modelling and there are not many studies focus on full system modelling. The main aim of this paper is to provide a realistic mathematical modelling for the major system components for precise performance assessment. Firstly, the system is tested under different solar irradiance levels and constant ambient temperature for the constant load. Secondly, the system is tested at low irradiance level and maintaining a constant ambient temperature for different loads. The results of the system models under the different testing conditions precisely draw the system behavior based on the mathematical expression. The proposed models accurately disclosure the system behavior under different working conditions. The results also have provided a realistic and efficient system performance evaluation. Comparing the results of the system behaviour under different working conditions with and without battery storage, using battery storage has shown better system power reliability.","PeriodicalId":367267,"journal":{"name":"2019 3rd International Conference on Circuits, System and Simulation (ICCSS)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131258263","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
