The condition of children who are slow to learn has a high enough risk to stay in class. Therefore, the factor of parental involvement in student learning is important for slow learner children's education. The purpose of this research is to give description on how the parental involvement in SDN X. This is a descriptive research with 42 people as population. As a measurement we use Self Assessment of School / Program Parent Involvement Practices Based on Joyce Epstein’s Six Type of Involvement. The result of this research show that 69,05% has a low parental involvement and learning at home aspect has the lowest percentage about 59,52%. Based on these results, it is necessary to increase the involvement of parents with slow learner children, especially in repeating material at home so that the learning achievement of slow learner students can be achieved optimally. Keywords: Inclusive Education, Slow Learner, Parental involvement. Slow learner merupakan salah satu karakteristik siswa yang perlu mendapatkan penanganan khusus di sekolah inklusi. Kondisi anak yang lambat belajar mempunyai resiko cukup tinggi untuk tinggal kelas. Oleh karenanya faktor keterlibatan orang tua dalam pembelajaran siswa menjadi penting bagi pendidikan anak slow learner. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambaran mengenai parental involvement pada orang tua dengan anak slow learner pada SDN X. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan populasi sebanyak 42 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa kuesioner Self Assessment of School / Program Parent Involvement Practices berdasarkan teori Joyce Epstein (2001). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa parental involvement di SDN X termasuk rendah dengan persentase sebesar 69,05% dan aspek yang memiliki persentase tertinggi adalah aspek learning at home dengan persentase sebesar 59,52%. Berdasarkan hasil ini maka perlu adanya upaya peningkatan keterlibatan orang tua dengan anak slow learner khususnya dalam pengulangan materi di rumah agar prestasi belajar siswa slow learner dapat tercapai optimal. This present study examines the relationship between affiliation needs and prosocial behavior in adolescents. This research uses quantitative methods with a correlational design. Accidental sampling technique was used for sampling. The participants in this study were 100 adolescents aged 12-22 years in Pekanbaru, Riau. The scale of affiliation needs adapted from Minanti (2017) and prosocial behavior adapted from Anzala (2018) were used as data collection methods. The data analysis in this study used Pearson product moment correlation and was assisted by the SPSS 16.0 for windows program. The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between the need for affiliation and prosocial behavior in adolescents in Pekanbaru City. Thus, it can be concluded that the need for affiliation associated with prosocial behavior. Keywords: Need of Affiliation, Prosocial Behavior, Adolescents Perilaku prososial ialah tindakan yang diberikan secara tulus untuk membantu seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebutuhan afiliasi dengan perilaku prososial pada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Teknik accidental sampling digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 remaja berusia 12-22 tahun yang berada di Kota Pekanbaru, Riau. Skala kebutuhan afiliasi yang diadaptasi dari Minanti (2017) dan perilaku prososial yang diadaptasi dari Anzala (2018) digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi Pearson product moment dan dibantu oleh program SPSS 16.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kebutuhan afiliasi dan perilaku prososial pada remaja di Kota Pekanbaru. Dengan demikian, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kebutuhan afiliasi berkaitan dengan perilaku prososial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kebutuhan afiliasi dan perilaku prososial pada remaja di Kota Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the relationship between social and non-social support and learning motivation among UKMPPD’s participant students. This research is an analytical study with a cross sectional design. The research sample consisted of 170 UKMPPD participants for the November 2019 period at Malahayati University. Data collected using a social support scale, non-social support scale & learning motivation scale. Data were analyzed using Spearman's Rank. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between social and non-social support and learning motivation among UKMPPD participants for the November 2019 period at Malahayati University. This result in hight demand on workers so that it ultimately lead to work stress.This study aimed to determine the relationship between workload and work stress on nurses in the inpatient room at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital Lampung. This research is an analytical research with a cross-sectional approach, Data collection techniques in this study using work stress scale and workload scale. The sample of this study were 33 nurses administered in the Inpatient Room of Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital Lampung. Data analysis in this study using product moment correlation analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis, there is a positive significant relationship between workload and work stress in the implementing nurse in the inpatient room. Hal ini menghasilkan tuntutan yang besar pada pekerja sehingga pada akhirnya dapat menimbulkan stres kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara beban kerja dengan stress kerja pada perawat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 33 perawat pelaksana ruang rawat Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin Lampung. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala stres kerja dan skala beban kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perawat Pelaksana di Ruang Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin Bandar Lampung. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikasn antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja pada perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap.. The research objective was to reveal the quarter-life crisis phenomenon in freshmen graduates. Research participants were 115 graduate students for the 2019 and 2020 periods from the Catholic University of Musi Charitas. The analysis technique used is statistical description analysis, data collection using a quarter-life crisis scale which is given online using WhatsApp Group. Based on the research results, it was found that 86% of students experienced a quarter-life crisis. Based on the results of interviews, the anxiety experienced by students was related to careers which were considered difficult to find suitable jobs and feelings of being trapped with jobs because of financial needs. This research is a preliminary study to analyze the quarter-life crisis. It is hoped that this research can be continued to look at various other variables that are thought to have contributed to the quarter-life crisis. Keywords: quarter-life crisis, anxiety, college graduates Quarter-life crisis adalah fenomena kecemasan di usia 20 tahun keatas yang merupakan transisi masa remaja akhir menuju masa dewasa muda. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengungkap fenomena quarter-life crisis pada mahasiswa baru lulus. Partisipan penelitian adalah 115 mahasiswa lulusan periode 2019 dan 2020 dari Universitas Katolik Musi Charitas. Teknik Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskripsi statistika, pengumpulan data menggunakan skala quarter-life crisis yang diberikan secara daring menggunakan whatsapp group. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan ada 86% mahasiswa yang mengalami quarter-life crisis. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, kecemasan yang dialami mahasiswa berhubungan dengan karir yang dianggap sulit untuk mencari pekerjaan yang sesuai dan perasaan terjebak dengan pekerjaan karena kebutuhan finansial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian awal untuk menganalisa quarter-life crisis, harapannya penelitian ini dapat diteruskan untuk melihat berbagai variabel lain yang diduga berkontribusi terhadap quarter-life crisis. This research is focused on senior high school students, where they have a bigger responsibility, that is, they will soon enter university level. This research is a qualitative research involving 50 male (n = 7) and female (n = 43) student informants who attend high school (n = 40), and MA (n = 10) in Tanah Datar District. Informants are asked to fill in open and closed questions related to research topics through an online form (google form). The results of the study found that the triggers for academic stress in Tanah Datar was difficulty in doing assignments, not understanding learning materials, and unstable internet networks and insufficient internet quotas. The efforts made to overcome the existing obstacles are asking for help / asking teachers and friends, and trying to find solutions to any problems that arise. Keyword: Stress, Online Learning, High School Students. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali permasalahan-permasalahan yang dialami oleh siswa selama pembelajaran daring hingga menimbulkan stress. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada siswa-siswi Sekolah Menengah Atas, dimana mereka memiliki tanggungjawab yang lebih besar yaitu mereka akan segera memasuki jenjang perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan melibatkan 50 informan siswa Laki-Laki (n=7) dan perempuan (n=43) yang bersekolah di SMA (n=40), dan MA (n=10) di Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Informan diminta untuk mengisi pertanyaan terbuka dan tertutup terkait topik penelitian melalui formulir daring (google form). Hasil penelitian menemukan faktor pemicu stres akademik di Kabupaten Tanah Datar ialah karena kesulitan dalam mengerjakan tugas, tidak memahami materi pembelajaran, jaringan internet yang tidak stabil dan kuota internet yang tidak mencukupi. Adapun upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala yang ada ialah meminta bantuan / bertanya kepada guru dan teman, serta berusaha mencari solusi dari setiap masalah yang muncul. At present, social interaction can not only be done in the real world but can also be done in the virtual world, through social media such as Instagram. This study aimed to determine the relationship between the intensity of Instagram social media usage and self-esteem. This research is a quantitative study with a correlational design. The sample in this study were 205 undergraduate students of Malahayati University, aged between 17 to 25 years. The data in this study were obtained using an Instagram social media intensity usage questionnaire and a self-esteem scale. The results of data analysis using Spearman's rho show that there is a significant positive relationship between intensity of Instagram social media usage and self-esteem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara intensitas penggunaan media sosial instagram dengan harga diri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 205 mahasiswa S1 Universitas Malahayati, berusia antara 17 sampai 25 tahun. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner intensitas penggunaan media sosial instagram dan skala harga diri. Hasil analisis data menggunakan Spearman’s rho menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara intensitas penggunaan media sosial instagram dengan harga diri. The result shows 5 factors affecting work-life balance in farmer women that is time factors, loyalty factors, economic and family factors, salary factors and attitude factors. For further research, it is expected to study more deeply about work-life balance among female agricultural laborer and then link it with other psychological constructs. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan teknik pengambilan datanya menggunakan wawancara. Respondennya seorang ibu yang merupakan orang tua tunggal dan bekerja sebagai buruh tani. Hasil penelitian menemukan 5 faktor yang mempengaruhi work-life balance pada wanita buruh tani yaitu: faktor waktu, faktor loyalitas, faktor ekonomi dan keluarga, faktor gaji dan faktor sikap. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan untuk membahas lebih mendalam mengenai work-life balance pada wanita buruh tani lalu mengaitkan dengan konstruk psikologi lainnya. Three characteristics are needed and determine the quality of a counselor, namely: (1) congruence (authentic), (2) unconditional positive regard (acceptance), and (3) empathy (empathy). This study aims to describe the characteristics of counselors based on gender groups. The research sample consisted of 68 prospective counselor students who were divided into gender groups. The measuring instrument uses a counselor characteristic test developed using controversial statements with alternative Likert scale answers. The results of the study found that there were significant differences in the characteristics of counselors among students of the guidance and counseling study program based on differences in gender groups. There is a significant difference between the need to develop educational programs and effective counselor training for male and female students. The development of congruence characteristics is more needed for male students, while female students on the characteristics of unconditional positive regard. A larger sample size is needed to increase heterogeneity, and additional interviews are conducted individually to deepen the discussion. Key words: counselor characteristics, gender, measurement of emphaty, psychological instrument. Konselor yang berkualitas akan menentukan keberhasilan proses konseling. Tiga karakteristik yang diperlukan dan menentukan kualitas konselor, yaitu: (1) congruence (otentik), (2) unconditional positive regard (penerimaan), dan (3) empathy (empati). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran karakteristik konselor berdasarkan kelompok gender. Sampel penelitian merupakan 68 mahasiswa calon konselor yang dibagi berdasarkan kelompok gender. Alat ukur menggunakan tes karakteristik konselor yang dikembangkan dengan menggunakan pernyataan kontroversial dengan alternatif jawaban skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menemukan ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam karakteristik konselor pada mahasiswa program studi bimbingan dan konseling berdasarkan perbedaan kelompok gender. Ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kebutuhan pengembangan program pendidikan dan pelatihan konselor yang efektif bagi mahasiswa laki-laki dan perempuan. Pengembangan karakteristik congruence lebih dibutuhkan untuk mahasiswa laki-laki, sementara mahasiswa perempuan pada karakteristik unconditional positive regard. Jumlah sampel yang lebih besar diperlukan untuk meningkatkan heterogenitas, dan melakukan wawancara tambahan secara individual untuk memperdalam diskusi. Smoking behavior is a form of juvenile delinquency related to self-control abilities. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-control and smoking behavior in high school students. The study was conducted on 205 students of SMA Negeri 1 Trimurjo, Central Lampung Regency. The research data were obtained through self-control questionnaires and smoking behavior. Data analysis used Pearson correlation test. The results showed that high school students had moderate self-control and smoking behavior. There is a significant relationship between self-control and smoking behavior in high school students, with low correlation strength and negative correlation direction, which means the higher self-control, the lower one's smoking behavior. The results of this study can be a reference for the school in developing self-control intervention programs to reduce smoking behavior among high school students. Keywords: Self-Control, Smoking Behavior, High School Students Perilaku merokok banyak muncul di kalangan remaja. Perilaku merokok merupakan bentuk kenakalan remaja yang berhubungan dengan kemampuan pengendalian diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kontrol diri dengan perilaku merokok pada siswa SMA. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 205 siswa SMA Negeri 1 Trimurjo Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner kontrol diri dan perilaku merokok. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan siswa SMA memiliki control diri dan perilaku merokok tingkat sedang. Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara kontrol diri dan perilaku merokok pada siswa SMA, dengan kekuatan korelasi rendah dan arah korelasi negatif yaitu semakin tinggi kontrol diri maka semakin rendah perilaku merokok seseorang. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi pihak sekolah dalam mengembangkan program intervensi control diri untuk. mengurangi perilaku merokok siswa SMA.
