Therefore, language is an important material to learn, not only regional languages, but also foreign languages, especially for high school students in Indonesia. However, learning a foreign language can cause anxiety for students who think that foreign languages are difficult to learn. Therefore, this study aims to obtain an overview of anxiety in learning foreign languages in students of SMA Negeri X in Toraja. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri X in Toraja and 132 students participated in this study. The method used is descriptive quantitative through the Foreign Language Classroom Anxiety Scale (FLCAS) questionnaire to get a picture of students' anxiety when learning foreign languages at SMA X in Toraja. Data collection was carried out at SMA X in Toraja during October to December 2021. The results showed that the majority of students at SMA Negeri X in Toraja experienced moderate level of anxiety when learning English. The author also found that there was no difference between gender and anxiety in learning a foreign language. Based on research results, the majority   the student   High school   Neger   X   in   Toraja   experience   anxiety   level   intermediate   on   when   learn   language   English. Keywords: Anxiety, Foreign Language Learning, High School     Students Bahasa merupakan alat komunikasi yang digunakan oleh individu untuk memudahkan komunikasi serta mengekspresikasn sesuatu. Karenanya, bahasa merupakan materi yang penting untuk dipelajari, tidak hanya bahasa daerah, namun bahasa asing juga perlu dipelajari oleh individu, terutama siswa SMA di Indonesia. Namun, mempelajari bahasa asing dapat menimbulkan kecemasan bagi siswa yang menganggap bahwa bahasa asing itu sulit dipelajari. Karenanya, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai kecemasan dalam mempelajari bahasa asing pada siswa SMA Negeri X di Toraja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri X di Toraja dan sebanyak 132 orang siswa yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif melalui kuesioner Foreign Language Classroom Anxiety Scale (FLCAS)                 untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai kecemasan siswa pada saat mempelajari bahasa asing pada SMA X di Toraja. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan di SMA X di Toraja selama bulan Oktober hingga Desember 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa SMA Neger X di Toraja mengalami kecemasan tingkat menengah pada saat mempelajari bahasa Inggris. Meanwhile, several studies show that excessive use of social media can cause negative effects, one of which is on the level of psychological well-being as a result of fear of missing out. The goal of this study is to see if there is a link between fear of missing out and psychological well-being in emerging adults. The Fear of Missing Out measure and the Javanese Psychological Well-being Scale were used in this quantitative study, which included 226 participants aged 18 to 25 years old (39 males; 187 females). To see the relationship between the two variables researchers used parametric analysis using Pearson Product Moment. The findings of this study show a negative correlation value (r (224) = -.324; p< .001), implying that as the fear of missing out grows, so does psychological well-being.The implication of this study is to show the need to pay attention to the psychological well-being of individuals by managing the use of social media so that they do not have a negative impact on the level of individual psychological well-being..Keywords: Emerging Adulthood, Fear of Missing Out, Psychological  Well-Being Individu usia emerging adulthood merupakan kalangan yang mendominasi penggunaan media sosial dan internet saat ini. Sementara itu, beberapa studi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial yang berlebihan dapat menyebabkan efek negatif salah satunya terhadap tingkat psychological well-being akibat dari adanya fear of missing out. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara fear of missing out dengan psychological well-being pada individu usia emerging adulthood. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala Fear of Missing Out dan Skala Javanese Psychological Well-being ini melibatkan 226 partisipan berusia 18-25 tahun (39 laki-laki; 187 perempuan). Untuk melihat hubungan antara kedua variabel peneliti menggunakan analisis parametrik dengan menggunakan Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai korelasi negatif (r (224)= -.324; p< .001) yang artinya jika fear of missing out meningkat maka psychological well-being akan menurun. This study uses quantitative research methods with purposive sampling technique so as to obtain participants as many as 214 students consisting of 64 male participants and 150 female participants. This study uses two measuring instruments, namely the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale which is used to measure the participants' self-esteem and the UCLA Loneliness Scale Version 3 which is used to measure the loneliness of the participants. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant negative relationship between self-esteem and loneliness of X university students in Jakarta during the pandemic (r (212) = -.581, p < .01), which means that the higher the participant's self-esteem, the lower the participant's self-esteem. participants' level of loneliness, and vice versa. The results of this study are also in line with the results of previous studies where there is a negative relationship between self-esteem and loneliness. The implication of the results of this study is that this research can help explain that good self-esteem helps prevent loneliness during the pandemic and helps students to carry out lectures well without being overwhelmed by loneliness because they have to undergo lectures online. Keywords: College Students, Loneliness, Pandemic, Self-Esteem Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara self-esteem dengan kesepian pada mahasiswa universitas X di Jakarta selama masa pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling sehingga mendapatkan partisipan sebanyak 214 mahasiswa yang terdiri dari 64 partisipan laki-laki dan 150 partisipan perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua alat ukur yaitu Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale yang digunakan untuk mengukur self-esteem dan UCLA Loneliness Scale Version 3 yang digunakan untuk mengukur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ter-dapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara self-esteem dengan kesepian mahasiswa universitas X di Jakarta selama masa pandemi (r (212) = -.581, p < .01), yang berarti semakin tinggi self-esteem partisipan maka semakin rendah tingkat kesepian partisipan, begitu pula sebaliknya. Hasil penelitian ini juga sejalan dengan hasil penelitian sebelumnya dimana terdapat hubungan yang negatif antara self-esteem dengan kesepian. College student subjective well-being can be influenced by environmental factors (learning environment), demographic factors, and personality factors (self-efficacy). This research aims to find out the role of learning environments and self-efficacy on college student subjective well-being. The subjects in this study were 400 undergraduate students who studied in Bandar Lampung (151 male students and 249 female students), with a convenience sampling technique. The data collection uses the College Student Subjective Well-being Questionnaire (CSSWQ), Dundee Ready Educational Environment Measure (DREEM), and General Self-efficacy Scale (GSE). The data collected in the analysis uses multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis showed that there is a role between the learning environment and self-efficacy on the college student subjective well-being, this shows that the learning environment and self-efficacy play an important role in improving the subjective well-being of students. Therefore, the learning and self-efficacy environment needs more attention, be it from universities, parents and students themselves to improve the state of college student subjective well-being. Keywords: College Student Subjective Well-Being, Learning Environment, Self-Efficacy. College student subjective well-being adalah konsep baru yang dikembangkan oleh Renshaw tentang penilaian kualitas hidup individu pada perguruan tinggi. College student subjective well-being bisa di pengaruhi oleh faktor lingkungan (lingkungan belajar), faktor demografi dan faktor kepribadian (self-efficacy). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran lingkungan belajar dan self-efficacy terhadap college student subjective well-being. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 400 orang mahasiswa S1 yang berkuliah di Bandar Lampung (151 mahasiswa laki-laki dan 249 mahasiwa perempuan), dengan teknik sampling Convenience Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan College Student Subjective Well-being Questionnaire (CSSWQ), Dundee Ready Educational Environment Measure (DREEM) dan General Self-efficacy Scale (GSE). Data yang terkumpul di analisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa adanya peran antara lingkungan belajar dan self-efficacy terhadap college student subjective well-being, Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan belajar dan self-efficacy berperan penting dalam meningkatkan subjective well-being mahasiswa. Celebrity Worship is the worship of celebrities that goes beyond parasocial interactions where a person becomes very obsessed with one or more celebrities. Meanwhile, adult attachment is emotional between adult partners. The research subjects were early adult women found 183 people. The measuring instrument used is the Experience in Close Relationship-Revised (ECR-R) to measure the type of adult attachment and the Celebrity Attitude Scale (CAS) to measure celebrity adoration. Data analysis was carried out using Pearson's Product Moment correlation technique. The results of data analysis showed that there was a significant positive relationship between attachment anxiety-ambivalence dimensions and celebrity worship (r(181)= .324; p= .00). This result means that the higher the attachment anxiety-ambivalence, the higher the celebrity worship level and vice versa. Meanwhile, in the avoidant attachment dimension with worship celebrities, there is no significant relationship.Theoretical, practical implications and research limitations are discussed in the discussion section. Keywords: Adult Attachment, Celebrity Worship, K-drama fans Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara adult attachment style dan celebrity worship pada wanita dewasa awal penggemar drama Korea. Celebrity worship adalah pemujaan terhadap selebriti yang melebihi interaksi parasosial dimana seseorang menjadi sangat terobsesi dengan satu atau lebih selebriti. Sedangkan adult attachment adalah ikatan emosional antara pasangan romantis orang dewasa. Subjek penelitian adalah wanita dewasa awal berjumlah 183 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Experience in Close Relationship-Revised (ECR-R) untuk mengukur adult attachment style dan Celebrity Attitude Scale (CAS) untuk mengukur celebrity worship. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dimensi anxiety-ambivalent attachment dengan celebrity worship (r(181)= .324; p= .00). Hasil ini bermakna bahwa semakin tinggi anxiety-ambivalent attachment maka akan semakin tinggi pula tingkat celebrity worship dan sebaliknya. Sedangkan pada dimensi avoidant attacment dengan celebrity worship tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan. Data was collected using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS). The research design is a one group pretest-posttest design. The research analysis used is quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis with hypothesis testing using t-test analysis to determine whether there is an effect of stress management training in reducing stress in ASN. The results showed that there were differences in stress among ASN. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant difference in stress levels in the experimental group after stress management training, or it can be said that there is an effectiveness of stress management training for ASN in Metro City  therefore this research can continue to be carried out to reduce stress on ASN. Keywords: ASN, Stress, Stress Management Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan manajemen stres dalam menurunkan tingkat stres ASN kota Metro. This is due to the increasing availability of internet-based communication media that is able to accelerate individuals in accessing information from within and outside the country. This increase in the use of social media has given rise to a new phenomenon called Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), which is a feeling of fear of losing precious moments so that you want to continue to connect with others through social media. This study aims to determine differences in the level of FoMO in adolescents in terms of 4 personality types involving 50 respondents with an age classification of 12-15 years and using active social media. The measuring instruments used in this research are Fear of Missing Out Scales (FoMOS) and Eysenck Personality Inventory (EPI). The data analysis technique used is the difference test using the Kruskal-Wallis test using the SPSS version 25.0 program by proving the results of the hypothesis obtained a significant level of p = .001 (<.05), that from these results it can be interpreted that there are differences in the level of FoMO in each each Personality Type. The implication of this study is that the differences in the level of FoMO among adolescents at SMP Kristen 1 Purwokerto are strongly influenced by the differences in the nature and characteristics of each personality type. This is expected to help the guidance and counseling teacher at SMP Kristen 1 Purwokerto in handling the problems experienced by students. Keyword: Fear of Missing Out, Personality Types. Keinginan individu untuk mengakses media sosial sekarang ini sudah tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan di masa kini, tanpa terkecuali remaja. Hal ini terjadi karena semakin bertambahnya ketersediaan media komunikasi berbasis internet yang mampu mempercepat individu dalam mengakses informasi dari dalam maupun luar negeri. Peningkatan penggunaan media sosial ini memunculkan fenomena baru yang disebut Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) yakni perasaan takut akan kehilangan momen berharga sehingga ingin terus terhubung dengan orang lain melalui media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat FoMO pada remaja ditinjau dari 4 tipe kepribadian yang melibatkan 50 responden dengan klasifikasi usia 12-15 tahun dan menggunakan media sosial yang aktif. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Fear of Missing Out Scales (FoMOS) dan Eysenck Personality Inventory (EPI). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji perbedaan dengan menggunakan uji Kruskal-Wallis menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.0 dengan membuktikan hasil hipotesis diperoleh taraf signifikan sebesar p= .001 (<.05), bahwa dari hasil tersebut dapat diartikan terdapat perbedaan tingkat FoMO pada masing-masing Tipe Kepribadian. Academic resilience is an individual's ability to persist in completing his education even under challenging conditions or unpleasant situations and solve an academic problem. One of the factors that can help individuals have academic resilience is social support. In the educational environment, the teacher is one of the most important figures for building academic resilience. This study was conducted to see the relationship between lecturer’s support and academic resilience in students. This study used a quantitative approach using the Academic Resilience Scale (α=.931) and Teacher Support Scale (α=.962). A total of 177 students became respondents in this study using the accidental sampling technique. Spearman Rank correlation test found a significant relationship between academic resilience variables and perceptions of lecturers' social support (rs = .390, p < .05). This result indicates that the higher the lecturer's support perceived by students, the higher students' academic resilience. Theoretical, practical implications and research limitations are discussed in the discussion section Keywords: Academic Resilience, Perceived Teacher Support, Undergraduate Students Permasalahan yang terjadi di perkuliahan dapat membuat mahasiswa menjadi stress dan terkadang membuat mahasiswa berperilaku negatif hingga memutuskan untuk berhenti kuliah. Resiliensi Akademik merupakan kemampuan individu untuk tetap bertahan menyelesaikan pendidikannya meskipun pada kondisi yang sulit atau situasi yang tidak menyenangkan dan dapat menyelesaikan suatu permasalahan akademik. Salah satu faktor yang dapat membantu individu memiliki resiliensi akademik yaitu dukungan sosial. Dalam lingkungan pendidikan, pengajar adalah salah satu figur yang sangat penting untuk pembentukan resiliensi akademik pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara dukungan dosen dengan resiliensi akademik pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala Academic Resilience Scale (α=.931) dan Teacher Support Scale (α=.962). Sebanyak 177 mahasiswa menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Dengan menggunakan metode statistik berupa uji korelasi Spearman Rank, ditemukan bahwa adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara variable resiliensi akademik dengan persepsi terhadap dukungan sosial dosen (rs =.390, p <.05) Hasil ini mengindikasikan semakin tinggi dukungan dosen yang dirasakan mahasiswa, maka semakin tinggi pula resiliensi akademik pada mahasiswa. One of the successes of students in exams is supported by good psychological conditions, namely students have good self-efficacy. Providing self-efficacy training can help improve the self-efficacy of students who will face the UKMPPD exam. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy training on anxiety facing the CBT exam in UKMPPD participants, Faculty of Medicine, Malahayati University. This research is a quasi-experimental research with pre post control group design research which was conducted on 50 participants of UKMPPD crackers, Malahayati University, Bandar Lampung. Experiments were carried out by providing self-efficacy training to the experimental group to reduce anxiety. Data were analyzed using the Mann Whitney test. The results showed that there was a decrease in the level of anxiety in facing the UKMPPD exam between students who received self-efficacy training and those who did not receive self-efficacy training. So it is necessary to have a self-efficacy training program on a regular basis for participants who will take part in UKMPPD at Malahayati University. Keywords:  Anxiety, Self Eficacy, UKMPPD Kecemasan dalam menghadapi ujian UKMPPD dapat menjadi salah satu penyebab yang mempengaruhi performa dan berdampak pada kelulusan. Keberhasilan mahasiswa dalam ujian salah satunya didukung oleh kondisi psikis yang baik yaitu mahasiswa memiliki self efficacy yang baik. Pemberian pelatihan self efficacy dapat membantu meningkatkan self efficacy yang dimiliki mahasiswa yang akan menghadapi ujian UKMPPD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan self efficacy terhadap kecemasan menghadapi ujian CBT pada peserta UKMPPD Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Malahayati. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pre post control group design yang dilakukan kepada 50 peserta retaker UKMPPD Universitas Malahayati Bandar Lampung. Eksperimen yang dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan self efficacy kepada kelompok eksperimen untuk menurunkan kecemasan. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Mann Whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat penurunan tingkat kecemasan dalam menghadapi ujian UKMPPD antara mahasiswa yang mendapatkan pelatihan self efficacy dan yang tidak mendapatkan pelatihan self efficacy. Coping strategies are needed in dealing with student stress in doing thesis. Thus, this study aims to determine the role of coping strategies against stress in undergraduate thesis students. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach, with the research subjects being students of the general medical study program at Malahayati University, Bandar Lampung, with 173 samples using accidental sampling technique. Methods of data collection is done by using a questionnaire in the form of a stress scale and coping strategies. Based on the results of the correlation test, it was concluded that there was no relationship between coping strategies and the stress of students writing thesis, and based on descriptive statistics, the value of coping strategies was 69.9% students of the general medical study program, Malahayati University, Bandar Lampung, had coping strategies in the moderate category, and students when deal with stress more using coping strategies emotionally focused coping. And for the stress category, thesis students fall into the medium category. Keywords: Coping Strategy, Stress, Student, Thesis Stress ketika mengerjakan skripsi merupakan fenomena yang terjadi di kalangan mahasiswa Indonesia. Strategi coping di perlukan dalam menghadapi stres mahasiswa dalam mengerjakan skripsi. Dengan demikian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran strategi coping terhadap stres mahasiswa skripsi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan subyek penelitian mahasiwa Program Studi Kedokteran Umum Universitas Malahayati Bandar Lampung, dengan 173 sampel dengan teknik accidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengunakan kuesioner berbentuk skala stres dan strategi coping. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa tidak ada hubungan strategi coping dengan stres mahasiswa menulis skripsi, serta berdasarkan hasil deskriptif statistik diperoleh nilai strategi coping sebesar 69,9% mahasiswa Program Studi Kedokteran Umum Universitas Malahayati Bandar Lampung memiliki strategi coping dalam katagori sedang, serta mahasiswa ketika menghadapi stress lebih banyak menggunakan strategi coping secara emotinal focused coping.
