Metode penelitian yaitu kuantitatif dengan pemilihan subjek dengan teknik accidental sampling. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 242 orang dengan karakteristik remaja akhir berusia 18-21 tahun yang memiliki akun jejaring sosial dan aktif menggunakannya. Skala yang digunakan terdiri dari Interpersonal Orientation Scale dan Social Network Time Use Scale (SONTUS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan positif signifikan antara kebutuhan afiliasi dengan intensitas penggunaan situs jejaring sosial pada remaja akhir. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi kebutuhan afiliasi remaja akhir, maka semakin tinggi pula intensitas penggunaan situs jejaring sosialnya. Perlu adanya upaya mengembangkan kegiatan yang dapat mewadahi interaksi sosial remaja agar kebutuhan afiliasi remaja tidak hanya terpenuhi melalui situs jejaring sosial, namun juga interaksi di dunia nyata. Kata Kunci: Intensitas Penggunaan Situs Jejaring Sosial, Kebutuhan Afiliasi, Remaja Akhir  AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the need for affiliation and the intensity of social networking site use in late adolescents. The research method is quantitative with the selection of subjects with accidental sampling techniques. Participants in this study were 242 people with characteristics of late adolescents aged 18-21 years who had social network accounts and actively used them. The scale used consists of interpersonal orientation scale and social network time use scale (SONTUS). The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between and the intensity of social networking site use in late adolescents. There results indicate that the higher the need for late teen affiliates, the higher intensity of use of social networking sites. Instrumen yang digunakan Skala Sikap terhadap pelajaran Sosiologi dari teori Charles Osgood. Subjek penelitian adalah Siswa SMA dan mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran – Universitas Jambi dengan N=455. Pada uji deskriptif, skala sikap terhadap Sosiologi memiliki nilai rata-rata tertinggi dari pelajaran Sosial Humaniora yang lain. Pada uji korelasi, skala sikap terhadap Sosiologi memiliki korelasi positif sedang dengan Geograpi, Sejarah dan Ekonomi. Ia menghasilkan korelasi positif sangat rendah dengan Minat Psikis-Tes Minat Indonesia dan korelasi negatif sangat rendah dengan Tes Potensi Akademik. Ada perbedaan sikap terhadap Sosiologi berdasarkan peminatan SMA, program studi dan kepribadian serta tidak ada perbedaan berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Untuk keperluan diagnosis, skala dapat didukung oleh validitas yang baik. Untuk keperluan prognosis, skala perlu diuji dengan variabel prestasi belajar. Kata Kunci : Validitas, Korelasi, Uji Beda, Signifikansi, Kelompok AbstractThe article aims to provide an understanding of the empirical validity of evidence through Statistics data with test of descriptive, relationships and differences. The instrument was used the Scale of Attitudes towards Sociology from Charles Osgood's theory. Research subjects were high school students and students of the Faculty of Medicine - Jambi University with N = 455. Sociology had the highest score than other social science scales. There was a moderate positive correlation with Geography, History and Economics scale. There was a higly positive correlation with Psyche Interest and  a highly negative with Academic Cognitive Test. There was a difference score attitude toward Sociology based on high school majoring, university program, personality and no correlation with gender. For the diagnosis purpose, it contained good validity evidence. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat learning agility dengan analisis karyawan milenial di masa pandemi COVID-19. Subjek penelitian adalah 30 karyawan generasi milenial.Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan ciri berusia 22-41 tahun dan sudah bekerja minimal 3 bulan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala yang disusun berdasarkan 5 aspek learning agility yang terdiri dari innovating, performing, reflecting, risking, dan defending. Teknik analisa data deskriptif menggunakan perbandingan mean hipotetik dan mean empirik serta uji perbedaan dengan anova satu jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan learning agility karyawan generasi milenial berada pada kategori tinggi. Skor rata-rata karyawan dengan rentang usia 27 tahun dan periode lama bekerja 4 bulan dan 23 bulan merupakan skor paling tinggi. Uji perbedaan ditemukan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan learning agility berdasarkan usia dan lama bekerja. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dan ilmu pengetahuan mengenai tingkatan learning agility. Kata Kunci: Karyawan Milenial, Learning Agility, Pandemi COVID-19 AbstractLearning agility has become a necessity during the COVID-19 pandemic for millennial employees and in this digital era millennial employees are required to have learning agility. The purpose of this research is to look at learning agility with the analysis of millennial employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research subjects were 30 millennial generation employees. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with characteristics aged 22-41 years and had worked for at least 3 months. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research method. Data collection in this study was carried out using a scale based on 5 aspects of learning agility consisting of innovating, performing, reflecting, risking, and defending. The descriptive data analysis technique uses a comparison of the hypothetical mean and the empirical mean and the difference test with one-way ANOVA. The results of the study show that the learning agility of millennial generation employees is in the high category. The average score of employees with an age range of 27 years and a long working period of 4 months and 23 months is the highest score. The difference test found that there was no significant difference in learning agility based on age and length of work. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas intervensi team building dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan interpersonal antar anggota kelompok. Penelitian ini merupakan studi eksperimen sederhana satu kelompok studi sebelum dan sesudah tes (pre-experimental one group pre post study). Intervesi team building yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini berupa intervensi dalam jaringan (virtual). Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 13 mahasiswa baru. Subjek diberikan pengukuran melalui skala kepercayaan interpersonal sebelum dan setelah selesai intervensi dilakukan. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa intervensi yang dilakukan memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepercayaan interpersonal anggota kelompok. Terdapat peningkatan kepercayaan interpersonal anggota kelompok setelah diberi intervensi. Meskipun diberikan secara virtual, perubahan yang signifikan ini dapat disebabkan oleh pengalaman virtual memberikan hal yang lebih berkesan sehingga membuat mahasiswa lebih engaged dengan kelompoknya. Studi pre-experimental ini dapat dijadikan landasan untuk melihat pengaruh intervensi team building terhadap kepercayaan interpersonal melalui studi eksperimen murni. Mengingat perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat, berdasarkan hasil studi ini juga dapat dikembangkan berbagai intervensi psikologis lainnya yang berbasis internet (virtual). Kata Kunci: Intervensi, Kepercayaan Interpersonal, Team Building Metode Daring   AbstractOnline lectures due to the Covid-19 pandemic led to findings of conflict and distrust experienced by new students at one of the faculties in Aceh. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of team building interventions in increasing interpersonal trust among group members. This study was a simple experimental study of one study group (pre-experimental one group pre post study). The team building intervention was a network intervention (virtual). The subjects consisted of 13 new students. Subjects were given measurements through the interpersonal trust scale before and after the intervention was completed. The measurement results showed that the intervention has an influence on the interpersonal trust of group members. There is an increase in interpersonal trust of group members after being given the intervention. Even though it was delivered virtually, this significant change could be caused by the virtual experience providing a more memorable thing that made students more engaged with their group. This pre-experimental study can be used as a reference to evaluate the effect of team building intervention on interpersonal trust by conducting a pure experimental study. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis statistic non-paramestris dengan teknik korelasional.  Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan probability sampling dengan teknik systematic random sampling. Populasi penilitian adalah seluruh narapidana Rutan Kelas II B Salatiga yang berjumlah 150 orang dengan jumlah sampel yang ditentukan sebesar 105 orang (Laki-laki = 88 ; perempuan = 17). Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Aggression Questionnaire (α = 0.78) dan Perceived Stress Scale-10 (α = 0.72). Dari hasil analisis korelasional dengan uji spearman, diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara stres dengan perilaku agresif pada narapidana di Rutan Kelas II B Salatiga. Rutan perlu melakukan penanganan guna mengurangi tingkat agresif narapidana melalui kegiatan-kegiatan positif yang dapat menyalurkan stress para narapidana. Kata Kunci: Agresif, Narapidana, Stres AbstractThe aims of this study was to determine whether there is a positive relationship between stress and aggressive behavior in inmates at Class II B Detention Center Salatiga. This study used quantitative methods and non-paramedical statistical analysis with correlational techniques. Data collection method using probability sampling with systematic random sampling technique. The research population was all inmates of the Salatiga Class II B Detention Center, totaling 150 people with a sample size of 105 people (male = 88; female = 17). The measuring tools used in this study were the Aggression Questionnaire (α = 0.78) and the Perceived Stress Scale-10 (α = 0.72). From the results of the correlational analysis with the Spearman test, the value of p = 0.000 was obtained. These results indicate that there is a positive relationship between stress and aggressive behavior in inmates at the Class II B Detention Center in Salatiga. This research provides a mindfulness meditation training to the experimental group and the control group did not receive treatment. Respondents of each experimental group and control group were 50 respondents who had a low score of emotional regulation and a high score of aggressiveness. The emotional regulation of the respondents in this study was measured using a scale of emotion regulation. Answering the hypothesis, there is an effect of mindfulness meditation on emotion regulation, data analysis was carried out using the Independent Sample T-test technique, and the results showed that there were differences in the emotional regulation scores of the group receiving mindfulness meditation (M=18.2, SD=1.25) and the emotional regulation score of the group receiving mindfulness meditation. did not get mindfulness meditation (M=10.4, SD= .57; t (48)= 5.004, p = .001). Mindfulness meditation training has an effect on increasing the emotional regulation of students with aggressive behavior, so mindfulness meditation can be an alternative to improve emotion regulation. Keywords: Aggressive Behavior, College Student, Emotion Regulation, Mindfulness Meditation Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pelatihan meditasi mindfulness terhadap regulasi emosi mahasiswa dengan perilaku agresif. Penelitian ini memberikan pelatihan meditasi mindfulness kepada kelompok eksperimen sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak mendapatkan perlakuan. Responden masing-masing kelompok eksperimen dan kelompokkontrokadalah 50 orang responden yang mempunyai skorregulasiemosirendah dan skor agresivitas tinggi. Regulasi emosi Responden penelitian ini diukur dengan menggunakan skala regulasi emosi. Menjawab hipotesis, ada pengaruh meditasi mindfulness terhadap regulasi emosi, dilakukan analisis data menggunakan teknik Independent Sample T-test, dan diperoleh hasil ada perbedaan skor regulasi emosi kelompok yang memperoleh meditasi mindfulness (M=18.2, SD=1.25) dan skor regulasi emosi kolompok yang tidak mendapatkan meditasi mindfulness (M=10.4, SD=.57; t (48)= 5.004, p = .001). Emotion regulation needs to be done to eliminate negative emotions and replace them with positive emotions. This study aims to determine the relationship between emotion regulation and forgiveness in adolescent victims of cyberbullying. Participants in this study were 201 cyberbullying victims aged 11-22 years old. The method used is a survey through a questionnaire, using the Emotion Regulation Scale and Transgression-related Interpersonal Motivations Inventory (TRIM-18). Data analysis was done through Spearman Rank correlation test. The results of the study indicates that there is a relationship between emotion regulation and forgiveness in adolescent victims of cyberbullying. Keywords: Adolescence, Emotion Regulation, Cyberbullying, Forgiveness  Forgiveness berkaitan dengan kemampuan mengendalikan diri dan emosi negatif berupa kebencian maupun keinginan untuk melakukan balas dendam pada pihak yang telah menyakiti. Regulasi emosi perlu dilakukan untuk menghilangkan emosi negatif dan menggantinya dengan emosi positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara regulasi emosi dengan forgiveness pada remaja korban cyberbullying. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 201 remaja korban cyberbullying yang berusia 11-22 tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey melalui kuesioner, menggunakan Skala Regulasi Emosi dan Transgression-related Interpersonal Motivations Inventory (TRIM-18). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi Spearman Rank. This study aims to determine the level of intensity of using Instagram social media, the level of self-confidence, and the relationship between the intensity of the use of social media with the confidence of freshman college studentd majoring in management at UIN Malang Class of 2021.The sample were 73 freshman who have an Instagram account and access it at least one hour per day.  The scale used to collect data is the intensity scale of Instagram social media use and the self-confidence scale. The data analysed by correlational test to determine the relationship between the intensity of social media use and self-confidence. The results of this study found that the intensity of using Instagram social media was not related to self-confidence. It means that the high and low intensity of using Instagram social media has no effect on the high and low level of student self-confidence. Keywords: College Freshman Students,  Instagram Usage Intensity, Self Confidence  Mahasiswa baru cenderung memiliki cara berpikir yang positif dan percaya diri terhadap kemampuannya dalam memanfaatkan media sosial Instagram. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat intensitas penggunaan media sosial Instagram, tingkat kepercayaan diri, serta hubungan antara intensitas penggunaan media sosial dengan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa baru jurusan manajemen UIN Malang Angkatan 2021. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 73 mahasiswa baru yang memiliki akun instagram dan mengaksesnya minimal satu jam per hari. Skala yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yakni skala intensitas penggunaan media sosial Instagram dan skala kepercayaan diri. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasional untuk mengetahui hubungan antara intensitas penggunaan media sosial dan kepercayaan diri. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa intensitas penggunaan media sosial instagram tidak berhubungan dengan kepercayaan diri. Motivation learning is an internal or external drive for individuals to change their behavior, which is learning to achieve the planned goals. Increasing students' learning motivation, can be influenced by external factors, one of them is family factors, attention from parents, and a peaceful home atmosphere that will support children's learning enthusiasm. The family factor that is intended to increase children's learning motivation is support from parents. The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between parental support and learning motivation in students who are preparing for the joint selection path for state universities (SBMPTN). This research involved 121 participants of 12th grade high school students in Surabaya who will continue to state universities through the SBMPTN path. The sampling used was purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data retrieval used a scale of parental support and learning motivation compiled by the researcher. This research used Kendall's Tau-B non-parametric statistics. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between parental support and learning motivation in students preparing for joint selection to enter state universities (r (119) = .384, p = .000). The higher the parental support, the higher the learning motivation, and vice versa, the lower the parental support, the lower the learning motivation. Based on this, parental support for children’s learning motivation is very influential, because with parental support it can make children motivated and serious in their learning activities. Keywords: High School Students, Learning Motivation, Parental Support Motivasi belajar merupakan dorongan internal ataupun eksternal pada diri individu untuk melakukan perubahan tingkah laku yaitu belajar agar mencapai tujuan yang telah direncanakan. Dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada diri siswa dapat dipengaruhi dari faktor eksternal salah satunya adalah faktor keluarga, perhatian dari orang tua, serta suasana rumah yang tentram akan menunjang semangat belajar anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara dukungan orang tua dengan motivasi belajar pada siswa yang mempersiapkan seleksi bersama masuk perguruan tinggi negeri (SBMPTN). Penelitian ini melibatkan 121 partisipan siswa SMA kelas 12 di Surabaya yang akan melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi negeri melalui jalur SBMPTN. To be able to carry out their duties, nurses must have resilience and religiosity to be able to survive, behave and act following the teachings of their religion. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between religiosity and resilience in nurses in Timika Papua during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational design. Participants in the study was 34 nurses, obtained using the purposive sampling technique. The scale used consists of a religiosity scale and a resilience scale. The results showed a significant positive relationship between religiosity and resilience in nurses in Timika Papua. Nurses in Timika Papua can increase good resilience in dealing with COVID-19 patients because they have a high value of religiosity in their lives. Keywords: COVID-19, Nurses, Religiosity, Resilience Pandemi COVID-19 dapat berdampak negatif bagi perawat dan dapat memunculkan masalah psikologis saat memberikan pelayanan terhadap pasien COVID-19, karena perawat yang paling sering berkontak dengan pasien COVID-19. Untuk dapat menjalankan tugasnya, perawat harus memiliki resiliensi dan religiositas agar mampu bertahan, bertingkah laku dan bersikap sesuai dengan ajaran agama yang dianutnya. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara religiositas dengan resiliensi pada perawat di Timika Papua di masa pandemi COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Partisipan dalam penelitian berjumlah 34 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Skala yang digunakan terdiri dari skala religiositas dan skala resiliensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara religiositas dengan resiliensi pada perawat di Timika Papua.
