Trabecular and psammomatoid types are the two distinctive variants found.The psammomatoid is a rare variant, affecting paranasal sinuses and orbits. It'saetiology remains unknown and it is characterized by substitution of normal bone by mineralized fibrous tissue. These lesions are usually asymptomatic, well defined clinically and radiologically amenable for enucleation. It is often confused with malignant condition because of its clinical behaviour. CT-scans and preoperative biopsy play an important role. It is distinguished from other fibro-osseous lesions primarily by its age of onset, clinical presentation and aggressive behavior. It is a well-demarcated lesion that differentiates it from fibrous dysplasia. The treatment of choice is a surgical resection.In specific locations, it poses a great treatment challenge so that early diagnosis and multidisciplinary treatment are crucial to improve the prognosis and delay clinical sequelae. Long term follow-up is necessary, considering the high recurrence nature of this tumour. Reported here is a case of a massive juvenile ossifying fibroma of the maxilla in a 26 years old female. A titanium mesh was used to reconstruct the facial contour and orbital floor after surgical resection of involved maxilla, achieving a satisfactory facial appearance.","PeriodicalId":365321,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of All Research Education & Scientific Methods","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124993781","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Hairy Ape can be regarded as one of the most representative plays in this regard as it presents powerfully the journey of a soul from innocence to experience, from a world of harmony to that of spiritual crisis. This article will focus on the different dimensions of the disintegration besetting the materialistic society of modern America. Besides analysing Yank’s illusory experience of harmony with the world around him, it will map out the gradual process of awareness which brings to him a clear view of the world as a heap of broken images. The spiritual and psychological crisis generated by the stark view of real human conditions will be examined in some detail. The playwright’s depiction of this experience, with both its aspects of dark nihilism as well as a struggle to search for some flickering ray of hope, will constitute an important part of this discussion.","PeriodicalId":365321,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of All Research Education & Scientific Methods","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116030649","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

If you compare your parent’s life to those of today’s generation, it’s clear that they had a less emotional and psychological effect. Why? You already know the answer, i.e., social media. According to the survey, 27 percent of teenagers who used social media extensively showed high psychological tension. While teens who used social media less often showed only 17 percent of psychological stress. Most students start using social media to communicate. But the more time they spend on social media, the more possibility of them getting addicted. Instead of opening books, they are likely to use social media, leading to psychological effects such as depression and anxiety, isolation, lack of confidence, self-harm, failure to recognize their worth. So, the present study is aimed at finding the psychological impact of social media on high school students in relating to their demographical variable like gender, class, locality, type of school, medium, religion, category, parent’s income, parents occupation, parents education and type of family. The Investigator prepared standardized personal data sheet and collected data by interview method. They have selected 3 governments, 3 government aided and 3 private high schools of kurnool district, Andhra Pradesh. The sample size is 630. Percentage analysis, Mean, Standard deviation and t – test statistical techniques are used for Analysis and Interpretation. Further findings indicate that social media influence psychologically on high school students. The researcher collected the data by interview method. It is observed that social media influence psychologically on high school students. The psychological impact of social media is high on girls compare to the boys. urban area high school students' psychologically influenced by social media in comparison to rural area high school students. Pharmaceutical co-crystals are nonionic supramolecular complexes and can be used to altered physiochemical properties such as solubility, stability and bioavailability in pharmaceutical development without affecting chemical composition of API. Piroxicam is a Non-selective COX inhibitors (traditional NSAIDs) used to reduce the pain, inflammation, and stiffness caused by rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Piroxicam belongs to class II drug in BCS classification i.e. low solubility and high permeability. The major problem of this class drug is its low solubility in biological fluids, which results into poor bioavailability after oral administration. The purpose of this study was to prepare pharmaceutical co-crystals of Piroxicam to enhance solubility and dissolution rate by using co-crystallization technique. The co-former used in this study is Para-Aminobenzoic acid, Acetamide and Thiourea. The Optimized co-crystal was characterized by DSC, FTIR, XRPD, SEM and other pharmaceutical properties like solubility and melting point were also evaluated.","PeriodicalId":365321,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of All Research Education & Scientific Methods","volume":"117 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114899638","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Assessment of Carbon emissions at initial stages for a high performance commercial building is overlooked and the building life cycle has not found an eminent place in the country mandatory norms. An early LCA can be instrumental in taking key decisions in design and material choice to lower building Carbon emissions. This paper aims at comprehensively evaluating and analyzing a fully glazed Certified high performance Office building in Gurgaon, Haryana. Process based Life Cycle Assessment of Building Envelope and Structure for Embodied energy and Carbon emissions is done by applying recently published Indian Database. The Building is modelled using Autodesk Revit Architecture for Bill of quantities extraction. Thereafter, LCA is done in tabular format as per Global standards for two cases, Base case with conventional material and As-built case with used material. Major reductions in emissions are due to Building Envelope material and not Structure. Concrete and Steel are major contributors. Fly Ash block and Gypsum plaster play major role in carbon emission reduction whereas double glazing, Aluminum and ACP contribute towards increasing emissions. Analysis done at early stages can be beneficial in exploring more design optimized techniques that are less Carbon intensive.","PeriodicalId":365321,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of All Research Education & Scientific Methods","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129076621","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Even though there is no cure, initial stage identification of ASD can help improve the patient’s life expectancy Conventional diagnosis of ASD is commonly performed through observation of behaviors and interview of a patient with medical experts by following standard procedures. In any case, these finding strategies are time-consuming. By integrating Machine Learning with neuroscience, a conclusion strategy might potentially be laid out to identify ASD subjects from typical development (TD) subjects. In this study, our main aim is to detect significant features that are associated with speech of ASD subjects by apply machine learning models on a cross-linguistic corpus (English and Danish. These mechanisms can help in earlier diagnosis The speech features from recordings are analyzed by various machine learning algorithms (like “Support Vector Machines (SVM), Random Forest Classifier (RFC), Logistic Regression (LR), XGBoost”) to build a classification model that classifies ASD and TD. In this process we achieved 97% accuracy with XGBoost in classifying ASD and TD. The model recognizes the important features in the order quasi-open-quotient (QoQ), jitter, pitch, duration, Dominant frequency (F2, F1, and F3), creak probability. Additionally, the findings support the use of voice and speech analysis as cutting-edge diagnostic tools for autism in young preverbal children.","PeriodicalId":365321,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of All Research Education & Scientific Methods","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130545956","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
