Teachers and students are two important elements in realizing quality education. Education is important to improve human quality in accordance with the changes and developments of the times. Education is a window to the world that opens people's thoughts and thought patterns in a more advanced direction and will later compete in the world of work. Quality education is very important to support human development which is based on good learning methods and depends on the learning process at school, so that every student is able to achieve learning goals. One of the important things to achieve this learning is motivation. Learning motivation is an urge that arises from within the student to learn in order to achieve the goals that have been set. Besides that, the teacher's efforts in learning are an important factor in learning success, especially regarding interpersonal communication that teachers have between students. Therefore, this is very important for further research. This research aims to determine the relationship between teacher and student interpersonal communication on student learning motivation. The independent variable in this research is interpersonal communication and the dependent variable is learning motivation. The subjects in this research were students of SMA PGRI 4 Padang City. Validity and reliability testing in this research used the Cronbach's Alpha technique. Companies generally employ employees according to their respective capacities. Being an employee requires someone to adapt in the workplace, because they are sometimes placed in various divisions that require cooperation and good relationships with other people. However, workplace bullying also often occurs by co-workers or other seniors, so this is an important thing that must also be paid attention to, because it can hinder many things, including the performance of employees who experience this. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-esteem and workplace bullying among PT. Cahaya Murni Andalas Padang. The independent variable in this study is self-esteem while the dependent variable is workplace bullying. The measuring tools used in this study are the self-esteem scale and the workplace bullying scale. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study were 108 employees of PT. Cahaya Murni Andalas Padang. Test the validity and reliability in this study using Alpha Cronbach technique. The results of the validity coefficient on the self-esteem scale move from rix=0.327 to rix=0.783 with a reliability coefficient value of α=0.914 while the results of the validity coefficient on the workplace bullying scale move from rix=0.393 to rix =0.782 with a reliability coefficient value of α=0.927. Based on data analysis, a correlation value of -0.663 was obtained with a significance level of 0.000, which means that the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is a strong and significant relationship between self-esteem and workplace bullying among PT. The increasing demand related to information technology automation since the Covid-19 pandemic has been followed by increasing job demands for employees in the information technology industry. In line with increasing job demands, the phenomenon of burnout and turnover intention is faced by company X. High job demands can cause fatigue and can influence employees to leave the organization or company. There is a relationship between job demands and turnover intention, but this relationship is not strong (weak) so a burnout mediator role is needed. The purpose of this research is to look at the role of burnout as a mediator in the relationship between job demands and turnover intention. Turnover intention is a deliberate action with full awareness to leave the organization. Job demands are the physical, psychological, social and organizational aspects related to work that are needed to support both physical and psychological demands that are associated with physical and psychological harm. Burnout is a symptom of emotional exhaustion and a negative view (cynicism) of what one does. The number of samples in this study was 71 people. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with convenience sampling. Measuring the variable of turnover intention uses a measuring tool, measuring burnout using the burnout assessment tool, measuring job demands using the job demands-resources questionnaire. The results of this research are that there is a relationship between job demands and burnout. Human life coexists with other humans, so social interaction cannot be avoided. As humans, we must be sensitive and respectful of each other. One of the social interaction capitals is the ability to empathize. Empathy can be defined as when an individual can feel what others feel, and this can be explained from a neuroscience perspective. The mirror neuron is one of the small parts of the brain that has the primary function as a mirror within the individual, in other words it is the center of the process where empathy occurs. The purpose of this study is to investigate the function of mirror neurons that are closely related to human empathy processes and the damage or dysfunction that occurs in it. Through literature studies, it is known that the mirror neurons are located in some parts of brain structures; in the premotor area and the lower parietal cortex. Mirror neurons generally project events around the individuals so the emotions and such behaviors are felt by the individuals. The lack of empathy experienced by some individuals with psychopathy as well as difficulty in understanding situations or responding to social cues in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) can be due to the dysfunction in mirror neurons. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in Bank Nagari Employees, Padang head office. The independent variable in this study is organizational climate and the dependent variable is organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The measurement tools used in this study are the organizational climate scale and the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) scale. The sampling technique is probability sampling. The sample in this study is based on the table from Issac and Michael with an error rate of 10%. So that the number of samples in this study were 130 people. The test results show that the validity coefficient on organizational climate moves from 0.403 to 0.849, while the reliability coefficient is 0.955, and the validity coefficient on Organizational Citizenship Behavior moves from 0.303 to 0.887, while the reliability coefficient is 0.941. Based on data analysis, a correlation value of 0.777 was obtained with a significance level of 0.000, which means that the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between organizational climate and organizational citizenship Behavior of employees who work at Bank Nagari Padang Head Office. Penelitian ini memiliki dua variabel yaitu keadilan prosedural dan organizational citizenship behavior. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMK Swasta yang ada di 25 sekolah di Kota Padang berjumlah 404 orang sedangkan sampel penelitian adalah delapan sekolah yang terdiri atas 208 orang yang guru dengan karakteristik yaitu guru yang bekerja di atas 1 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik cluster sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier dengan bantuan IBM SPSS 23.0. Berdasarkan analisis data didapatkan nilai t sebesar 4.572 dengan taraf signifikan p=0,000 (p<0,01), yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang sangat siginifikan antara keadilan prosedural terhadap OCB guru SMK Swasta Kota Padang. Sumbangan variabel keadilan prosedural terhadap OCB sebesar 9,33%, yang artinya 9,33% OCB dipengaruhi keadilan prosedural dan sisanya 90,67% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Hasil kategorisasi skor keadilan prosedural, sebanyak 8 responden dengan persentase 3,8% berada dalam kategori rendah, 126 responden dengan persentase 60,6% berada dalam kategori sedang dan 74 partisipan dengan persentase 35,6% berada dalam kategori tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan sebagian besar guru SMK swasta kota Padang memiliki keadilan prosedural dalam kategori sedang. Early adulthood, the age period from late teens to late 20s, comes with various developmental tasks: selecting life partners, fulfilling social roles, achieving emotional independence, and establishing a household. Improving individual well-being is one way to address mental health and enhance subjective well-being, which includes life satisfaction, positive emotions, and reducing negative emotions. Self-compassion and religiosity are factors influencing subjective well-being during emerging adulthood. The research used a quantitative correlational method with self-compassion and religiosity as independent variables, and subjective well-being as the dependent variable. The findings indicate that self-compassion and religiosity together contribute 32,7% to subjective well-being in emerging adulthood. Self-compassion plays a larger role (32,2%) compared to religiosity (0,5%). These results of these research, highlight the importance of self-compassion and religiosity in improving individual subjective well-being. Enhancing these factors can help individuals face challenges, improve emotional resilience, and adopt healthier lifestyles, resulting in positive benefits for subjective well-being during emerging adulthood. Giving attention to adolescent mental health and developing self-compassion and religiosity during emerging adulthood are crucial to enhancing individual subjective well-being and overall well-being in Indonesian society. One of the vulnerability factors for depression is the presence of stressful life events. According to the Humanistic view, a person can experience depression when they cannot fill their existence with meaning. Gestalt counseling is a counseling method that is often used in the humanistic approach because it has the main goal of achieving awareness centered on \"here\" and \"now\". One of the intervention methods in gestalt counseling is the empty chair technique. In this technique two chairs are placed in the middle of the room and the client sits while playing the role of top dog and under dog alternately. The subject in this study was a 44-year-old woman who experienced mild depressive episode disorder.  Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and psychological tests consisting of cognitive tests (WAIS), personality (Graphic), SSCT (Sack's Sentence Completion Test) and Back Depression Inventory (BDI). This research uses a quantitative approach with an experimental method using a single case pre test and post test design. Researchers used the empty chair technique to reduce depression in the subject. The intervention results show that the empty chair technique can be used as an intervention for patients with mild depressive episode disorder. This is evidenced by a positive change related to depressive symptoms in the subject. Hal tersebut dapat dicapai apabila individu dapat berinteraksi secara baik dan dapat berperilaku asertif. Perilaku asertif merupakan tindakan yang dilakukan individu untuk menyampaikan informasi secara jujur dan sopan. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh kepercayaan diri terhadap perilaku asertif pada mahasiswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuantittaif dengan metode asosiatif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa/i yang berusia 18-21 tahun sebanyak 51 orang yang berasal dari Prodi Psikologi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora, Universitas Muhammadiyah Mahakarya Aceh. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah skala kepercayaan diri dan skala perilaku asertif. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepercayaan diri memberikan pengaruh sebesar 78,3% terhadap perilaku asertif mahasiswa di prodi Psikologi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora, Universitas Muhammadiyah Mahakarya Aceh. Hal tersebut menunjukkan mahasiswa yang memiliki kepercayaan diri dengan cara berperilaku asertif yaitu, yakin pada kemampuan diri sendiri, memiliki sikap optimis, memandang segala hal secara objektif, bertanggung jawab terhadap keputusan yang diambil serta memiliki pemikiran yang rasional dan realistis. Market traffic has increased rapidly because purchasing decisions through online transactions are seen as providing convenience, one of which is using live shopping TikTok. Purchasing is an activity of buying products in the form of goods and services by customers through a complex thought process. The customer will assess and choose the best option. The purpose of the study was to determine whether there is a role for psychological factors and intensity using social media on purchasing decisions in live shopping TikTok. This research uses quantitative research methods. The subjects of this research were 85 housewives in Lubuk Begalung District Padang City selected using a random sampling technique. The data collection methods used are the intensity scale of psychological factors, scale of intensity using social media, and scale of purchasing decisions. Research data analyzed with multiple linear regression by the SPSS 26.0 for Windows. The results showed that: (1) psychological factors and Intensity using social media together on Purchasing decisions in live shopping TikTok with F value = 47,900, R2 = 0,734, dan p = 0,000; (2) there was significant impact of psychological factors on purchasing decisions in live shopping TikTok with beta coefficient = 0,206, t = 2,463and p value = 0,016; and (3) there was significant impact of intensity using social media on Purchasing decisions in live shopping TikTok with beta coefficient = 0,526, t = 6,968 and p value = 0,000.
