Adanya masalah kesehatan mental pada individu pada usia ini disebabkan oleh dinamika perubahan yang dirasakan oleh individu pada tahap ini, sehingga meningkatkan perceived stress pada individu. Perubahan yang dialami oleh individu usia ini menimbulkan adanya masalah pada kesehatan mental, namun mereka seringkali mendapatkan kendala finansial dan layanan kesehatan jiwa yang terbatas untuk mendapatkan bantuan professional sehingga banyak dari mereka yang tidak dapat tertangani. Salah satu yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan ini adalah dengan adanya peer counseling. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat manfaat dari pelatihan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan konseling pada individu usia emerging adulthood atau pada mahasiswa agar mereka bisa membantu rekan-rekannya yang terindikasi memiliki masalah kesehatan mental. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi-experimental, di mana terdapat manipulasi yang diberikan kepada partisipan penelitian berupa pelatihan keterampilan sebagai konselor sebaya. Modul pelatihan terdiri dari 6 sesi pelatihan yang melatih keterampilan dasar konseling (active listening, attending behaviour, bentuk pertanyaan dalam konseling, melakukan refleksi, dan ringkasan) yang dilakukan selama 3 hari. Penelitian ini melibatkan 5 orang mahasiswa yang menjadi partisipan penelitian. Dilakukan pengukuran terhadap keterampilan partisipan sebelum (pre-test) dan sesudah (post-test) dilakukan pelatihan menggunakan The Counseling Skills and Competencies Tool. Uji statistk dilakukan menggunakan paired sample t-test untuk membandingkan skor pre-test dan post-test. Remaja SMA khususnya memiliki kecenderungan menggunakan smartphone secara berlebihan dan tak terkendali sehingga dapat mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari (problematic smartphone use). Penggunaan smartphone yang berlebihan ini merupakan salah satu konsekuensi negatif yang muncul dari prokrastinasi akademik di era digital. Prokrastinasi akademik merupakan kecenderungan remaja untuk menunda dalam mengerjakan tugas akademik, dan dapat berpengaruh terhadap pencapaian prestasi akademik. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji fenomena tersebut dengan mengeskplorasi keterkaitan antara prokrastinasi akademik dengan penggunaan smartphone pada remaja SMA. Dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling method, penelitian ini menggunakan 265 remaja Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) yang berusia 17 hingga 19 tahun. Pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengna skala Smartphone Addiction Scale-Short Version (α=0,803), dan skala Prokrastinasi Akademik (α=0,631). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif non eksperimental. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan google form yang akan disebarkan pada remaja SMA melalui media sosial seperti whatsapp dan instagram. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara prokrastinasi akademik dengan problematic smartphone use, yang berarti semakin tinggi tingkat prokrastinasi akademik maka semakin tinggi tingkat problematic smartphone use dan semakin rendah tingkat prokrastinasi akademik, maka semakin rendah tingkat problematic smartphone use (r=0,406, P<0,05). The Oxford Happiness Questionnaire (OHQ) is a widely used tool to assess happiness, but its validity and reliability in different cultural contexts, such as Indonesia, are yet to be determined. This research aimed to analyze the item responses of the Indonesian version of the OHQ using the Generalized Partial Credit Model (GPCM). Participants were Indonesian citizens aged between 18-40 years old, and the data were collected through an online survey. The GPCM analysis revealed that three items in the Indonesian version of the OHQ have low discriminant value. This may be due to unclear statements or insufficient information to accurately measure happiness. Despite this, the overall conclusion is that the Indonesian version of the OHQ is suitable for use as a test tool to measure overall happiness perceived by people in Indonesia. This information can be valuable for policymakers and researchers to better understand happiness levels in the country and develop strategies to improve overall well-being. In conclusion, this study provides valuable insights into the validity and reliability of the Indonesian version of the OHQ, contributing to ongoing efforts to measure happiness in diverse cultural contexts. Perceraian orang tua memiliki dampak terhadap keadaan psikologis anak. Sehingga,  dibutuhkan pendekatan teraupetik yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, salah satunya dengan intervensi kelompok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen. Metode intervensi yang digunakan adalah Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) yang dilakukan secara daring selama kurang lebih enam minggu dengan total 5 sesi. Partisipan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang dengan kriteria individu minimal berusia 18 tahun yang memiliki orang tua yang sudah bercerai, bersedia mengikuti rangkaian intervensi, dan menyatakan perceraian sebagai salah satu sumber stress. Pre-test, post-test, dan follow-up dilakukan untuk mengukur distress dengan kuesioner General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12), mindfulness dengan kuesioner The Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ), dan kesepian dengan kuesioner UCLA Loneliness Scale Versi 3 secara daring. Selain melihat perubahan skor pada pre-test, post-test, dan follow-up, analisis statistik lanjut juga dilakukan menggunakan uji friedman dan uji repeated measures ANOVA. Data kualitatif diambil melalui observasi serta diskusi selama proses intervensi berlangsung. Hasil intervensi kelompok menunjukkan terjadi perubahan skor rata-rata pre-test, post-test, dan follow-up pada tingkat distress, mindfulness, dan kesepian. Pemberian intervensi signifikan dalam penurunan distress dan meningkatkan mindfulness pada dimensi non-judging of inner experience. Namun, tidak menunjukkan perubahan yang signifikan dalam menurunkan kesepian serta meningkatkan mindfulness pada dimensi observing, describing, acting with awareness, dan non-reactivity to inner experience. Cyberbullying can have negative impact on the physical and mental health of its victims and therefore protective factors are needed from the negative impacts that arise. In this case, researchers want to know the relationship between cyberbullying and forgiveness in teenagers. This research uses a systematic literature review method by searching for articles with the help of Publish or Perish software based on keywords determined by the researcher. Based on these keywords, researchers found more than 600 articles that were published in 2018-2023 and then 16 articles that were closely related to this research were used. The research results show that cyberbullying is related to forgiveness because based on several studies it was found that forgiveness is a protective factor from the negative impact of cyberbullying. Adolescents who practice forgiveness will preventing victims from taking revenge against perpetrators and preventing victims from becoming perpetrators of cyberbullying, have fewer negative influences, have higher life satisfaction, mental health, happiness, psychological well-being and subjective well-being, and process anger appropriately. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran penting empati sebagai penghubung krusial dalam dinamika yang melibatkan komunikasi keluarga dan distress psikologis pada anak perempuan dewasa, terutama dalam konteks relasi mereka dengan ibu. Sebanyak 202 individu terlibat dalam proses penelitian ini. Pengukuran aspek-aspek yang relevan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Skala Komunikasi Keluarga (FCS) untuk menilai tingkat kepuasan komunikasi dalam keluarga, Skala Empati Dasar (BES) untuk mengukur tingkat empati, dan Kuesioner Kesehatan Umum-12 (GHQ-12) versi Indonesia untuk menilai gejala distress psikologis yang dirasakan oleh partisipan. Hasil dari analisis regresi linier mengindikasikan bahwa komunikasi keluarga memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam memprediksi tekanan psikologis (c = -0.5592, p < 0.000). Selain itu, temuan utama mendapati pengaruh tidak langsung dari variabel komunikasi keluarga pada distress psikologis melalui empati sebagai mediator. Dari analisis ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa empati memainkan peran penting dalam memediasi hubungan antara komunikasi dalam keluarga dengan tingkat distress psikologis yang dialami. Temuan ini mendorong kesimpulan bahwa tingkat kepuasan terhadap komunikasi dalam keluarga terutama dengan ibu, dapat menjadi kunci bagi tingkat empati pada anak perempuan dewasa. Dengan demikian, individu dapat memperoleh keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk mengelola stresor sehari-hari dengan lebih efektif. The corona virus first started to enter Indonesia in the city of Depok, West Java and continued to spread throughout other areas of Indonesia. This virus has a big impact on various aspects of human life, because residents are required to stay at home and do everything at home so as not to become infected with the Covid virus. As a result of the Covid-19 case, the Indonesian government has made various efforts to break the chain of spread of Covid-19, one of which is the policies recommended by the government for companies to implement, namely the implementation of employees working from home or working from office while still implementing the health protocols that have been previously arranged. It is hoped that working employees will continue to do good work for the company, even though there will be anxiety about working in the midst of a pandemic. Researchers used anxiety as a moderator by dividing high anxiety and low anxiety. It is hoped that the condition of employees with high or low levels of anxiety will play a role in the influence of perceptions of organizational support on work performance. The number of samples is 100 people. The data collection technique is a quantitative research method. The results of this research are perceptions of participating organizations' support for work among employees with low levels of anxiety. After going through the pandemic, the term new normal emerged. The new normal brings new challenges for companies, especially in the way companies try to retain and attract new employees to work. This situation has an impact on the company, namely that it is difficult to attract and retain employees. One of the things that employees and job seekers need to consider today is workplace well-being. The well-being that employees feel at work plays a role in work engagement. Employees who are committed to their work become more innovative and are willing to put in more effort in carrying out their duties, which is expected to have an impact on performance. To have good performance, one indicator that needs to be considered is the work engagement of employees. Low levels of work engagement can have an impact on reducing employee performance, productivity and motivation. This research aims to determine the role of workplace well-being on performance with work engagement as a mediator for employees at PT X. This research is quantitative research using a questionnaire. The total number of participants was 68 participants and the data was tested using the process macro regression test. For measurement in this study, the workplace well-being questionnaire, individual work performance questionnaire and Utrecht work engagement scale were used.
