The outdoor deployment can be appallingly affected by the precipitous change in the environmental conditions. The effect can vary accordingly with a single hop and a multi hop sensor network. In this paper, we analyze the impact of propagation factors such as shadowing, fading, foliage and rainfall on the link quality, received signal strength and packet reception rate. Then using a packet oriented simulation tool, Qualnet 5.0.2 a simulation framework was created to analyze the aftermath of the aforementioned propagation factors' separate as well as integrated effect on the signal quality. It is impossible to fulfil the demand of the wireless communication system due to limitations in channel capacity on single input single output (SISO) systems. Multiple input multiple output (MIMO) system has become a famous research field for the next generation wireless communication system in order to overcome this problem. Since polarization diversity is effective to avoid the fading loss caused by multipath effects, therefore, polarization diversity becomes one of the most important techniques that can be used to enhance MIMO system performances. It can be utilized to improve the communications channel capacity and utilize the frequency spectrum with frequency reuse technique. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the utility consumption among Malaysian electricity users. This study is designed to find out the different attitude and awareness toward energy consumption among staffs and students and also to identify respondents' environmental concern ranking. The sample size of this study are staffs (teaching and administrative) and students of Faculty of Engineering in one of the Malaysian university situated at south of Peninsular Malaysia, and the evaluation based on the suggested framework. The significant different were found when researcher multiple awareness with micro and macro environment concern. Self-efficacy is the highest ranking in environmental concern rated by the respondent. Algorithms to interpret gesture are in the form of software, hardware or combination of both. The main goal of gesture recognition system is to enable humans to communicate with machine. This paper present the development of wireless Bluetooth hand gesture recognition system using six 3-axis accelerometers embedded in a glove and a database system in a computer. This system can recognize any sampled data saved in the database while promoting maximum portability and mobility to the user via wireless Bluetooth technology. Three vibrant levels as perceived as Medium, Loud but Comfortable and Very Loud were examined. In 6 subjects, the results showed that the amplitude of N1 waves have reduced significantly when stimulated by Medium sound as compared to Loud but Comfortable and Very Loud stimulation. Insignificant reduction of N1 amplitude was increased as the tones vibrant changed from Loud but Comfortable to Very Loud stimulation. In particular, the Very Loud stimulation evoked constant amplitude of N1 throughout stimulation in most of the subjects. This shows that a high vibrant of tones project high focus ability. The observation of photoresponse are measured against gate voltage with a drain current effect at room temperature. It can save paper, speed up communications, save time and increase productivity of work. It is important because there is much valuable information in the form of documents such as books, letters, minutes of meeting, rules and regulations memo that support the programme accreditation process. However, the current practice is still using the traditional file system. This is very challenging for document search process, particularly during the audit process. The major purpose of this paper is to indicate that electronic document management technology can truly support in managing document evidences. This scenario leads towards the development of an integrated document management for academic quality assurance system (iDMQA). iDMQA is certainly useful in reducing the duplication of document evidences that occurs with the current system. Even though PKC was proposed as a strong security credential in the past decade, in many situations, passphrase was used instead. The adoption of PKC had not been widespread and it was regarded as an impractical solution. This paper covers the recent development of PKC in some major countries. Due to the promotion from governments and international organizations, we found the deployment of PKC has been expanded over the past few years. The use of PKC is generally applied to generate electronic signatures in electronic commerce applications. However, cross-border use of electronic signatures introduces a set of legal and technical issues that is a hurdle for the use of PKC in electronic commerce applications. In this paper, we identify these issues and study various PKI interoperability models. Usually, this programs only involve the employees within the organization. Some organizations also consider security awareness for some parties outside the organization like providers, vendors, and contractors. This paper add consumers as variable to be considered in information security awareness program as there are also some threats for organization through them. Information security awareness will be measured from user's knowledge and behavior of five information security focus areas in telecommunication, especially related with smartphone users as one segment of telecommunication provider. In other researches, information security measurement from outside an organization is focused in Internet use by end-user. In telecommunication industry, information security threats for consumers not only from Internet, but also by phone call or texting. This research used CFA for data analysis method. The result showed that the indicators of knowledge dimension is not good enough to measure dimensions of knowledge where most of them are not significant. Meanwhile, behavior dimension gave different result with high significant value for measuring security awareness level.
