The arrangement of parties who can file bills in the suspension of debt payment process still causes several problems in its implementation. This occurs in the suspension of debt payment process against debtors in syndicated loans which still creates uncertainty in its implementation because the suspension of debt payment Law does not specifically regulate it but only provides an explanation, so it is important to raise the issue regarding the party authorized to file claims against debtors in credit. Syndication. Meanwhile, the method used in this research is normative juridical research by examining library materials, namely the Civil Code and the suspension of debt payment Law. The suspension of debt payment Law has definitively determined the parties who can file claims, but to file claims in syndicated loans still creates dualism that arises due to the distinctive characteristics of syndicated loans, namely that there are agents who act as attorneys for syndicated participants to represent their interests. In principle, there is only one creditor in a syndicated credit agreement, namely a credit syndicate represented by an agent. Subsequently, there was the Carbon Emission Case in the Netherlands, which required Shell to reduce their carbon emissions by 45% by 2030 from the carbon emissions generated in 2019. Both events were deeply concerning and directly effected the citizens of the respective countries. In the first case, the spill of approximately 5,000 barrels or 210,000 gallons (795,000 liters) of crude oil spread extensively due to ocean currents where the contaminated area ended up covering 9,933 square kilometers of ocean (77 x 129km). This oil spill, which was a result of British Petroleum's negligence, lead to legal action taken against the company for violations of international environmental laws, due to environmental pollution. In the second case, Shell, was deemed to have contributed significantly to climate change in the Netherlands. The company was responsible for twice the amount of greenhouse gas emissions than the Netherlands. The research method employed in this journal uses a normative juridical research approach, focusing on legal norms within the decisions for Case MDL No. 2179 and the Verdict issued by the Haugue District Court. It highlights the tension between the state's guarantee of individual land ownership and the government's responsibility to pursue infrastructure development, which may sometimes require sacrificing individual interests. The importance of public interest, as defined by the social function of land, is emphasized alongside individual economic interests. The role of the Telaga Bertong Village government in addressing land acquisition issues is described, specifically mentioning the provision of 24-hour services through social media. The research methodology used is qualitative descriptive, employing data collection techniques such as depth interviews and observations, as well as snowball sampling design. Data analysis follows Miles and Huberman's model, involving data reduction, presentation, and interpretation. The research findings indicate the involvement of community groups (Kaling, RT) in land clearance, with supporting factors including cooperative actions between the community and the government. However, challenges include the absence of compensation and reluctance from some individuals to contribute their land. The government's role in addressing these obstacles involves socialization, inventorying, and negotiations. The researcher suggests increasing the number of research subjects and ensuring the involvement of non-formal community groups in land clearance, backed by legally binding Land Clearance Team decrees. In the life of the community there are some men who have sexual orientation with fellow men, not to women as the opposite sex. The purpose of this study is to determine the judge's legal basis in annulling a marriage with a husband who is a same-sex lover (homosexual) in decision number 176/Pdt.G/2019/PA.YK. The type of research used is normative legal research, with research data in the form of secondary data consisting of primary and secondary legal materials. In addition, interviews were also conducted with judges who decided this case at the Yogyakarta Religious Court to complement secondary data. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the legal basis for the judge's consideration in annulling the marriage between a woman and her same-sex lover husband in case number: 176/Pdt.G/2019/PA.Yk, is the provisions of Article 72 paragraph (2) KHI along with the explanation of Article 72 paragraph (2) KHI concerning fraud as a reason for annulling marriage. The population in this exploration is Mataram city residents aged > 18 years who have purchased Nike brand sports shoes as before, and chose to buy their own Nike shoes. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. This research uses the realization of Original Regional Income revenue for the DKI Jakarta Province during 2012-2022, using multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that there is. There is an influence of hotel tax revenue on the level of economic growth, there is an influence of motor vehicle tax revenue on the level of economic growth and there is an influence of hotel tax revenue and motor vehicle tax together (simultaneously) on the level of economic growth in DKI Jakarta Province. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to further research.
