The company that terminates the employment relationship of the employee on the grounds of Force Majeur or coercive circumstances. The purpose of this study was to determine the legal review of Termination of Employment Due to COVID-19 for Workers in Banten Province. The method used in this study is a normative legal research method, with a statute approach and a conceptual approach. Legal material is analyzed by induction and interpretation syllogism. In terms of administrative services, these are services that produce various forms of official documents needed by the community. The problem in this research is that the performance of employees at the sub district office is not optimal in providing administrative services to the community at the Karang Baru Sub district office, Selaparang District, Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The aim of this research is to determine the performance of sub-district office employees who are not yet optimal in providing administrative services to the community in Karang Baru sub-district. This research uses a qualitative approach and data collection methods using interviews, observation and documentation. Digital products are products with a non-physical form or usually in electronic form which are usually traded online via internet media. Creative product that have become digital products today are books in the form of e-books. The practice of storing, distributing and utilizing digital product on the internet has become so easy and conducted without paying attention to the copyright protection of the creators. The purpose of research in this journal was to analyze copyright protection against e-book piracy in terms of the Copyright Law and described legal remedies that can be taken for violations of e-book piracy. The type of research used by the author was a type of normative legal research with statutory and conceptual approaches. The legal materials used consist of primary legal materials, namely laws and regulations, judge's decisions, treatises on making laws and secondary legal materials obtained from relevant books, journals, literature, documents and archives through literature research. The results of this study stated that a form of copyright law protection is given because not everyone can create a work that is worthy or that can be enjoyed by humans to the fullest, only certain people can employ their brain's thinking power to then put it into a work so as to produce a useful creation. The implementation of the nawa cita program in the Belu-Atambua border area is 179.99 km of state roads, 44 bridges and street lights. Approximately 5 (five) years of the construction of the Eastern Sector Red Belt Road has been completed, there are several positive opportunities for the community, especially Sisi Village and Nualain Village as users. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were 49 respondents, this study used a saturated sampling technique where all populations were sampled.  The analytical tool used is path analysis with the help of the SPSS 29 program. This ARKAS application has been implemented in the Probolinggo City Education and Culture office and is used to improve service quality. To increase educational resources needed for school development and RKAS can also function for the government as a monitoring and evaluation tool for school development. This research aims to determine the implementation of accountability reports regarding school financing every year in Probolinggo City. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews. Researchers conducted interviews with 5 employees who understood ARKAS and several parents at elementary schools in Probolinggo City. Salah satu negara dengan yang industri garmen dan tenaga kerja murah dalam jumlah yang banyak membuat negara ini menjadi salah satu eksportir garmen readymade terbesar kedua di dunia setelah China. Meskipun demikian, fast fashion menyebabkan konsekuensi lingkungan yang parah di Bangladesh. Produksi tekstil menghasilkan 1,2 miliar ton emisi gas rumah kaca setiap tahun dan mengkonsumsi banyak air. Namun Bangladesh sudah menjadi salah satu tempat yang paling rentan terhadap kerusakan lingkungan yang berbahaya di dunia karena adanya industri fast fashion ini, selain itu dengan padatnya penduduk dan dikelilingi oleh sistem sungai akan mengancam pertanian dan kesehatan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran Greenpeace sebagai organisasi Internasional yang bergerak di bidang lingkungan dalam menyikapi permasalahan ini serta upaya-upaya yang telah dilakukannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan data sekunder, seperti buku-buku mengenai teori-teori organisasi internasional, lingkungan hidup, dan buku-buku lain sejenis yang berhubungan dengan peran organisasi internasional. Hasil penelitian sebagai organisasi non pemerintah internasional yang memiliki fokus pada isu-isu lingkungan, Greenpeace mencoba menciptakan norma internasional baru yaitu penghapusan bahan kimia berbahaya selama pembuatan pakaian.
