The results of the research found that the provision of humeneration is very helpful for employees in meeting their needs. Remuneration for civil servants is an objective solution in overcoming the low income of civil servants because one of the criteria for granting it is based on work performance. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods by observing a number of financial ratios including the independence ratio, activity ratio, effectiveness ratio of Regional Original Income (PAD), growth ratio, and ratio efficient use of the budget. The results of the research show that the independence ratio is already participatory with the level of regional capability in the medium category. The activity ratio, based on the activity ratio, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government prioritizes operating expenditure over capital expenditure. The effectiveness ratio of Regional Original Income (PAD), the financial performance of DKI Jakarta is included in the category effective, which shows that the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government is effective in realizing the source of Regional Original Income (PAD), the growth ratio, from the growth ratio analysis it can be seen that the financial management performance of DKI Jakarta is in the good category, and the efficiency ratio for budget use in 2017 performance was in the efficient category. In 2018-2019 financial performance was inefficient, and in 2020 and 2021 showed less efficient performance. This research method uses qualitative data and is described descriptively in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. Data collection techniques through direct observation and interviews with research subjects. The results showed that the level of education with indicators of structural training and leadership experience is dependent (has a strong relationship). This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with secondary data obtained from local government financial reports via the official website of the Jakarta Information and Documentation Service. The data analysis technique used is the effectiveness analysis method with the effectiveness ratio and contribution analysis method. The results of this study show that there is effectiveness in the realization of motor vehicle tax with a very good level of effectiveness with an average of 100.81% and motor vehicle transfer fee tax with an average of 102.16% and motor vehicle fuel tax with an average of an average of 103.89% has a very good effectiveness level with a percentage that fluctuates from year to year. The background of this research is based on curiosity about the impact of the Papuan KKB on state sovereignty. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the existence of the Papuan KKB affects the sovereignty of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia and how steps can be taken to resolve this problem. The research method used is a quantitative approach, where data is collected using questionnaires that are distributed to resource persons and then the results are analyzed through questionnaire diagrams. This study aims to provide a clear and objective picture of the current situation and how it impacts the country's sovereignty. The results showed that the phenomenon of the Papuan KKB had an impact that threatened the sovereignty of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. These findings demonstrate the importance of taking this issue seriously and strategically by the Indonesian government. Purposive sampling is the method used in determining the sample, with a total of 138 companies. Logistic regression was used in analyzing the data through SPSS 23.0. The focus is on assessing the impact of these programs on employees' in-role performance. A survey was conducted among supervisory and executive staff, with a total of 5,877 employees, resulting in 1,112 respondents. The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS. Correlation analysis was used to determine the correlation between demographic variables, independent variables, and dependent variables, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis was employed to test hypotheses. The results of the data analysis indicate that work-life balance policies do not have a positive and significant effect on employee in-role performance, suggesting that the applied work-life balance policies are not effective. The purpose of this study is to investigate the interaction between religion and sociology, with a focus on conflict and social change, and how hadith views these matters. In addition, the research will also explore the impact of religious conflict in society and the role of religion in the social changes that take place. (Paringan). Presumably, all human beings want happiness and live in harmony. Apart from the Tri Hita Karana concept, currently the Sad Kerthi concept is being popular among Balinese people. The concept of Sad Kerthi is very interesting to study. Especially if the study is carried out in the Subak system. It's interesting because Subak is an ancestral heritage that still exists today in modern society. A study of Sad Kerthi on Subak will show the extent to which Subak is able to implement Sad Kerthi. On the other hand, it is also true how big the influence of the Sad Kerthi concept is in efforts to stabilize Subak. So the study carried out will show Subak's resilience which is backed up with local wisdom. Thus, the formulation of the problem in this research is how the Tri Tri Hita Karana and Sad Kerthi are regulated in the awig-awig Subak Anggabaya, and how is the implementation of the Tri Hita Karana and Sad Kerthi regulated in the awig-awig Subak Anggabaya. The type of research in this scientific writing is empirical legal research, namely research using field data as the main data source, such as the results of interviews and observations. The approach that the author uses in this research is a legal sociology approach. The legal sociology approach is an approach that analyzes how reactions and interactions occur when the norm system works in society with data sources, namely primary and secondary data. The arrangement of Tri Hita Karana in awig-awig Subak Anggabaya is reflected in the elements of Tri Hita Karana, namely the parhyangan aspect, the pawongan aspect and the palemahan aspect. The provisions of the articles in the awig-awig Subak Anggabaya regulate these three aspects. Meanwhile, the Sad Kerthi arrangements consisting of atma kerthi, ocean kerthi, wana kerthi, dhanu kerthi, jana kerthi, jagat kerthi are not fully regulated. This study is often called the sociology of hadith. The sociology of hadith involves the study of social relationships, social structures, and social dynamics that influence the collection, transmission, and interpretation of hadith. The research method used is a literature study approach by collecting and analyzing various relevant sources including books, articles, and related research. The research involved exploring the sociological aspects of the hadith tradition such as the social factors that influence the transmission of hadith, the role of social groups in the interpretation of hadith, and the social dynamics in the establishment of hadith authority. The results show that the sociology of hadith plays an important role in understanding the complex social relationships involved in the transmission and understanding of hadith. Factors such as social, cultural, political and economic contexts play a role in influencing the interpretation and reception of hadith by the people. In addition, social groups such as scholars, lay people and religious institutions also play a significant role in shaping the authority of the hadith and determining its influence in society. This study also reveals the importance of the sociological study of hadith in the context of social change and the development of modern society. Social change, globalization and the challenges of the times affect how hadith are understood, accepted and applied in daily life.
