This article aims to find out alternative strategies for developing children's talents and creativity through digital media. This research is library research. Data collection is done by documentation technique. The sources of research data were obtained from articles, journals related to the problem being studied which were obtained from internet sites. The results of this study are alternative strategies in developing children's talents and creativity using smartphones during a pandemic can be done with expressions of love for the Qur'an, exploration of the yard, creating art at home, and creating caring. A bilingual education program is an attempt to introduce children to a second language, especially English, which is implemented in education and training. The purpose of this study is to: (1) explore in depth the management implemented in the Global English Class Learning Community at the primary school age. (2) describes the implementation of bilingual education for elementary school children. (3) description of the results of the implementation of bilingual education among preschool children. This type of research is qualitative with an ethnographic approach, which is a method of deciphering and interpreting the system of emerging cultural or social groups. The subjects of this study were primary school children and teachers of the Global English Class Learning Community. The results of the study show that bilingual education in the Global English Class Learning Community has a positive effect on primary school children. The concept is used in different models, such as group learning, peer learning, field trips, mother tongue learning. Regarding the method of learning the Qur'an, there are several methods that can be used, including the Sorogan method. This method is a method of learning the Qur'an that has existed for a long time and is still being applied to this digital era. This study aims to determine the implementation of the sorogan method in Mandala Ketawang Karay Ganding Sumenep. The research method used in this research is the Field Qualitative Research method, which examines the object of research in detail and concretely. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation of activities. And the analysis technique used in this research is data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the sorogan method applied in several mosques in Mandala hamlet can produce good output. In addition, some of these Mushallas can develop the sorogan method into an interesting learning model, such as the creative Al-Miftah Mushalla with the use of an accusing tool, the El-Quds Mushalla with alluding to the arguments of tajwid as a tool to reprimand children's readings that are wrong, and Al-Karomah Mushalla with brother-sister relationships between teachers and students and the creation of playtime on the sidelines of learning. Because the children in Mandala Ketawang Karay Ganding Sumenep are considered successful in learning to read the Qur’an through the sorogan method, this research is important. However, Al-Hamid Islamic Boarding School Jakarta is one of the Islamic boarding schools that continues to carry out face-to-face learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This article aims to describe the implementation of face-to-face learning in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, the impact of face-to-face learning in the midst of a pandemic and face-to-face learning activities in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic at the Al-Hamid Islamic Boarding School, East Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative approach through qualitative descriptive methods with descriptive analysis of the data obtained through observation and interviews, the data sources were obtained from the principal, teachers, head of the boarding school, ustadz Al-Hamid Islamic boarding school. Face-to-face Learning in the Middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic at Al-Hamid Islamic Boarding School was carried out by changing classes and reducing the duration of learning so that it had an impact on adding activities outside the classroom, but parents benefited because their children still received learning safely. Research that tries to analyze the needs of basic age children in the context of survival, comfort, and well-being of life. Where the needs of basic age children in the learning system are very different from the needs of adults, especially when learning is carried out online. The research method uses a qualitative method of literature review. The results of the analysis show that the needs of basic age children include six aspects, namely physiological needs, the need for security, the need for love and attention, the need for rewards for achievements, the need for means for self-actualization, and the need for a sense of success. Therefore, online-based learning in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic must pay attention to meeting the needs of children in terms of the ability to think and move, which is still very limited. This is the obligation of external parties. Islamic  Relegion Education plays an important role for students because basically the purpose of  Islamic Relegion Education is to increase the faith of studen, and undrestanding of studen so that they become faithfull and devoted people and have noble character in their lives, society, nation and country even tought the situation is still a covid pandemic-19. The purpose of this study is to determine the problem of students and the efforts of parent od students in overcroming problems that occur in students in the learning procces online or PJJ.    This research uses qualitative field research methods in which a researcer goes directly to the field observing and data collection techniques used, namely by observation and interviews with students and parent of students in order to find out the problems of online learning experinced by students. In a pandemic situation that requires online learning for students, of course, they experience problems such as what happened in Totosan, Batang Batang District. As for the problems that are often faced, namely learning is less than optimal and confusive, lac of understanding of PAI material by student and parents of students, lack of cellphone availability and poor network connection and busy parents of students when online learning begins. Untuk itu, beberapa lembaga pendidikan memutuskan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran secara daring. Namun, tidak semua lembaga pendidikan bersepakat untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran daring. Diantara lembaga pesantren yang melaksanakan pembelajaran tatap muka selama masa pandemi Covid 19 adalah Madrasah Aliyah Nurulhuda Pakandangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran tatap muka di tengah Pandemi Covid 19, mendeskripsikan dampak dari pembelajaran tatap muka di tengah pandemi Covid 19 serta mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat kegiatan pembelajaran tatap muka di tengah pandemi Covid 19 di Madrasah Aliyah Nurulhuda Pakandangan Barat Bluto Tahun 2020.Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif degan jenis studi kasus. Sumber data penelitian adalah sumber data primer (Kepala Sekolah, guru dan siswa Madrasah Aliyah Nurulhuda) dan sumber data sekunder (dokumentasi dari Madrasah Aliyah Nurulhuda). Tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sementara analisis data terdiri dari tiga analisis yang berinteraksi yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Tatap Muka di Tengah Pandemi Covid 19 di Madrasah Aliyah Nurulhuda dengan mengurangi durasi dan bobot  serta peraturan penataan kelas. Dampak dari pembelajaran tatap muka tersebut ditambahnya aktifitas guru di luar kelas. Dampak terhadap orang tua diuntungkan karena anaknya tetap menerima pembelajaran.
