Abstract

This article aims to determine the creativity of teachers in managing the learning process so that students remain active even though students study from home during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is a type of qualitative research that is descriptive. Data was collected through interviews and various documentations. Sources of data in this study were class teachers, principals, guardians of students and students. The validity of the data in this study used source triangulation and technique triangulation.
