This research is a type of qualitative research that is descriptive. Data was collected through interviews and various documentations. Sources of data in this study were class teachers, principals, guardians of students and students. The validity of the data in this study used source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the various creativity carried out by teachers in managing online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic is not optimal, because in the application of online learning, parents still do not accompany their children to the maximum, so they still need special supervision by teachers and school principals towards people. parents to make it easier for teachers to provide material as well as practice in carrying out this online learning process. Abstract
