A model example of industrial network infrastructure is analyzed and a fuzzy gray cognitive map is constructed to analyze local relative cybersecurity risks in the event of an internal attacker without using and using CRISP 1.0 as a protective measure. Indicators of local relative risk decreased by 35%. The use of cognitive analysis in the task of assessing cybersecurity risks allows us to take into account the spread of opinions of experts, as well as the inaccuracy and incompleteness of the data collected during the audit on the state and properties of the information system. Cognitive models make it possible to formalize the mutual influence of system elements and the destabilizing effects of internal and external attackers exploiting vulnerabilities of software and hardware components, and are an important decision support tool in the process of qualitative and quantitative risk assessments.","PeriodicalId":363631,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Electrotechnical Complexes and Systems (ICOECS)","volume":"8 4","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120995528","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The structure of the system, power and, accordingly, the cost of the electrical equipment to be installed depends on the amount of electrical load. The cost of technological connection to existing electric networks is determined mainly by the power value that the consumer specifies in their application.Currently, there are two normative and technical documents regulating the calculation of loads of residential buildings: SP 256.1325800.2016 \"Electrical installations of residential and public buildings. Rules for design and installation\" and RD 34.20.185-94 \"Instructions for the design of urban electric networks\".As estimated calculations of the Association's specialists have shown, the standards specified in these normative and technical documents are significantly overstated in comparison with the real values. Over the past decade, the power consumption of household appliances, as well as the devices themselves, has changed. And in the direction of reducing electricity consumption. A modern household appliance, whether it is a refrigerator or a washing machine, is a device with a mandatory category of energy saving. And the higher the class, the more competitive the device is. In addition, led lamps are increasingly used to light streets and courtyards, and energy-saving lamps are used in apartments. The decrease in electricity consumption is affected by the increase in the cost of 1 kWh.Factors are above have an effect on reducing the actual value of the specific load. Therefore, there is a situation when the power consumption standards given in the current regulatory and technical documentation do not reflect the actual values and are overstated.Monitoring of the electrical load will allow timely adjustment of regulatory documents and will help to obtain the maximum economic effect from reducing capital expenditures in the construction of power grid infrastructure and reducing electricity losses during operation.","PeriodicalId":363631,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Electrotechnical Complexes and Systems (ICOECS)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134029647","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Counterfeit drugs have captured the global markets over the period and affecting and risking many lives in a large [7], solutions to address these have become inevitable. Studies have uncovered a lot of pharmaceutical products, medical devices and biologics have been subject to counterfeiting the entire drug supply chain which is susceptible to lots of pharmaceutical crime. The international growth of the pharmaceutical market and a rise in global drug sales leading to emergence of various forms of technology and digital health platforms has given rise to many supply chain solutions. In addition to pharmaceutical frauds, improving security and addressing vulnerabilities of the medical commodities is a priority area. This leads to the formation of many technology solutions aimed at making supply chains secure, trustable and removing counterfeit drugs from it by applying various different methods and approaches. We have determined significant influence on the characteristics of preliminary moments caused by both internal and external forces (these having both signs) which are comparable to the moment of the saturation magnetostrictive forces and are even less than the said moment. Significant refinements have been achieved concerning the dependences of the angular displacement of an inertial object on the control current during the action of the preliminary moments of forces. We have determined opportunities for production of actuators based on magnetostrictive plates with an active layer made of permendur, with a significantly higher efficiency (the current consumption is two times less) and linearity of the characteristics under the action of pre-stresses caused by internal or external moments of forces having a certain sign. We have obtained the results of the research of the characteristics during simultaneous action of the moments of internal and external forces at various ratios of the values and signs of the moments. We have also assessed the prospects of this approach for enhancement of the performance of actuators.","PeriodicalId":363631,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Electrotechnical Complexes and Systems (ICOECS)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132710218","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is known that secondary power supplies are based on power electronics elements and electromagnetic elements. Although progress in the development of power electronics elements does not stop, the development of electromagnetic elements of secondary power sources has now almost exhausted itself and is limited only by increasing the operating frequency. New technical solutions in the field of electromagnetic elements appear either very rarely, or when designers return to old practices that were undeservedly forgotten. This is also the case with parametric transformers, whose positive properties were described relatively long ago, but for a long time these devices did not find worthy use. It is only in the last decade that designers have begun to use these devices in secondary power supply systems. The article discusses the proposed design of parametric transformers with improved technical characteristics.","PeriodicalId":363631,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Electrotechnical Complexes and Systems (ICOECS)","volume":"626 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131558472","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
