Fault work order data is a time series with non-linear characteristics, which is influenced by meteorological factors and has a high feature dimension. In this paper, an improved LSTN t network is used to build a fault work order prediction model with multi-form outputs, and a residual connection strategy is introduced to address the gradient disappearance problem of the model in practical application scenarios. At the same time, an attention mechanism is introduced to improve the learning ability of the model for critical information. The experimental results prove that the RMSE and MAE of the proposed model are 12.266 and 8.087, and the AUC is 0.932, which is better than other machine learning and deep learning algorithms. The fault work order prediction algorithm in this paper can meet the application requirements in terms of prediction accuracy and speed.","PeriodicalId":363603,"journal":{"name":"2023 5th International Conference on Electronic Engineering and Informatics (EEI)","volume":"9 4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126093217","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research uses computers and other scientific instruments, such as analyzing experimental data and comparing them with each other. The aim is to enable people to use high-quality laser guides in the future without any problems or defects. This paper compares the guideway straightness detection algorithm with the GPS measurement results through exper-iments. The results show that in the comparison of the average value of positive and negative direction data, the average value of the algorithm before and after reaches 9.04 “and 8.96” respec-tively, which is only -2.16% and -1.75% error compared with the GPS measurement results. Secondly, for the EV charging guidance method considering charging tariff and the optimal scheduling strategy of charging stations on EV charging behavior, this paper adopts Reinforcement Learning (RL) method. Therefore, it is necessary to devise effective and low-complexity algorithms for resource management in multi-cell networks. This paper investigated the joint optimization problem of user association and resource optimization to improve the sum rate in multi-cell non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) networks. The problem is decomposed into three sub-problems. To address the coupling problem between user association and channel allocation, an iterative based method is employed. Firstly, the user association problem is addressed by proposed sum rate maximization matching (SRMM) algorithm. Then, the channel allocation problem is resolved by developed hypergraph coloring (HC) algorithm. After achieving convergence by iteratively solving the coupling problems, the power allocation problem is converted into an easily solved convex problem. Numerical results clarify that the proposed algorithm presents superior performance compared to both orthogonal multiple access (OMA) algorithm and signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio maximization user association (SINRM-VA) algorithm.","PeriodicalId":363603,"journal":{"name":"2023 5th International Conference on Electronic Engineering and Informatics (EEI)","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115512904","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, energy efficiency of multi-unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) enabled power transmission and distribution system is studied. The UAVs are dispatched as a data relay to forward data to cloud server center on the satellite to aid communication from the power transmission and distribution devices (PDs). The multi-UAV and multi-device of the transmission and distribution scenario of the system are considered. Moreover, by optimizing multi-device scheduling and association, combined with UAV flight trajectory to maximize system energy efficiency for all ground devices are investigated. As the problem is a mixed integer non-convex problem, we use block coordinate descent to decompose the problem into two solvable sub-problems, device association and UAV trajectory, and solve them optimally alternatively. The RF local oscillator signal (LOS) used in NYFR introduces modulation related to the Nyquist-zone (NZ) on the received signal so that signal information can be separated and recovered from the sparse wideband RF environment. As a consequence, NYFR can enable broadband surveillance via one low-speed analog-to-digital converter (ADC) in theory. The synchronous NYFR breaks through the disadvantage of NYFR being susceptible to noise and unable to extract initial phase. An NZ and chirp rate estimation algorithm for linear frequency modulation (LFM) signals considering two-time delay instantaneous autocorrelation is proposed in this paper. The simulation results show that when the signal to noise ratio (SNR) is greater than -8dB, the parameter estimation accuracy of the algorithm reaches near 100%.","PeriodicalId":363603,"journal":{"name":"2023 5th International Conference on Electronic Engineering and Informatics (EEI)","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128742815","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
