However, its performance suffers severely from temperature and voltage variations. This paper presents a temperature and voltage-insensitive ring oscillator that is realized by incorporating negative feedback using a switched-capacitive resistor and near-zero temperature coefficient composite resistors. Implemented using a 0.18um CMOS process, the proposed design exhibits a frequency variation of 0.92% over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and a variation of 2.8% with supply voltage ranging from 1.2V to 2.1V. The results demonstrate the practicality of the proposed design for temperature and voltage-insensitive applications.","PeriodicalId":363603,"journal":{"name":"2023 5th International Conference on Electronic Engineering and Informatics (EEI)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130358466","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the problem of peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) is unavoidable because the TDCS basis function, when generated, requires an inverse fast Fourier transform (IFFT). A compromise between the suppression degree of PAPR and the bit error rate (BER) loss is achieved by traditional methods. In this study, a method of approximate projection onto complex sets (APOCS) was proposed to effectively suppress the PAPR of the TDCS system by setting the clip level and iteration times, without introducing the BER loss. On this basis, a peak reduction technique of phase cancellation (PRPC) is further proposed. Simulation results show that the APOCS can be suppressed by over 6 dB through over 10 iterations, and PRPC can obtain a performance close to constant envelopes with certain bit error rate loss.","PeriodicalId":363603,"journal":{"name":"2023 5th International Conference on Electronic Engineering and Informatics (EEI)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131647769","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the bidirectional DC-DC converter is commonly used in battery formation equipment due to the large hysteresis of the traditional single voltage loop and the increasingly complex model of the controlled object. At the same time, the system parameters change from time to time. It is difficult for the conventional PID controller to adapt to its changes and cannot obtain the best control effect. Therefore, this design uses fuzzy PI double closed-loop control to solve the problems of traditional linear PID control for nonlinear systems that are difficult to model and lack experience in manual adjustment. After simulation, it is verified that the fuzzy PI has good robustness, anti-interference ability, and fast response speed, and the output is stable under the lithium battery formation and grading system.","PeriodicalId":363603,"journal":{"name":"2023 5th International Conference on Electronic Engineering and Informatics (EEI)","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133036066","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to verify the effect of the improved algorithm on JSP solution optimization comparing to the standard one, systematic studies are carried out by analyzing the typical cases of FT06, FT10, and FT20. The results show that the particle swarm optimization algorithm with oscillation regulation mutation can achieve more than 50% improvement in optimization efficiency, and can effectively constrain the risk of falling into the local optimal trap. In addition, compared with the standard particle swarm algorithm, the improved algorithm also has significant advantages in maintaining the optimization stability for solving the job shop scheduling problem.","PeriodicalId":363603,"journal":{"name":"2023 5th International Conference on Electronic Engineering and Informatics (EEI)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130266084","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

According to the on-resistance, the size of the power mosfet is designed, and the layout area of the power mosfet is obtained. On the basis of studying various routing methods, the cross-fingered routing method is proposed to enhance the current carrying capacity of the underlying metal. This approach requires the model to possess internal reasoning ability and incorporate external knowledge to enhance its generalization performance. Knowledge graphs are commonly employed to integrate various types of knowledge, such as image knowledge, text knowledge, and basic common sense, into visual language question answering models, significantly enhancing their interpretability. However, introducing knowledge into these models often involves retrieval and pre-training methods, which can introduce noise due to the local correlation among knowledge sources and the existence of modality gaps, thereby affecting the model's performance. To mitigate this issue, this paper proposes a multimodal knowledge extraction approach based on distributed representation learning. The approach models inexpressible multimodal facts using explicit triples, considering the semantic gap between visual and textual modalities. Cross-modal representations are obtained through an attention mechanism, resulting in knowledge triplets comprising visual features, cross-modal representations, and text features. By incorporating these knowledge triplets into the visual language question answering model, the task is transformed into pattern matching using knowledge triples. The proposed approach comprehensively considers multiple factors, is not restricted to specific forms of knowledge, and can effectively incorporate a substantial amount of knowledge. Experimental results demonstrate its superiority, with a performance improvement of 0.5% on the OKVQA dataset compared to the baseline model, highlighting its strong generalization ability.","PeriodicalId":363603,"journal":{"name":"2023 5th International Conference on Electronic Engineering and Informatics (EEI)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115018500","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we present an extension of the Q-RAM resource management framework for RPAR. Our method includes task modeling, objective function building and constraints analysis, which are integrated as an optimized resource management method called Q-RRAM. This method combines Q-RAM with optimized utility functions for RPAR on each time step. More task types are considered to meet the practical application of radar.
