Combined with the application environment of information management software, the compression interface based on 7z open source library is designed to ensure the usability and reliability of the software. The standardized data import template based on spreadsheet and database information backup interface based on xml is designed to improve the efficiency of data entry and ensure the stability of software. Using C/S architecture of software design ideas, that realizes efficient management of the scientific and technological information.
