In this effort, the activity aims to raise awareness about the importance of pelvic floor muscle exercises to reduce urinary frequency and the risk of urinary incontinence in the elderly. The implementation of this activity focuses on the area of the Healthy Elderly Integrated Service Post (Posyandu Lansia Sehat), with the goal of directly involving the elderly in maintaining their health quality. Community service projects employ a participatory approach through lectures, debates, demonstrations, and direct re-demonstrations to expand older people's understanding of pelvic floor exercises. One method for analyzing and assessing the degree of knowledge among older people is questionnaires. Conclusion community service activities carried out in the Jelidro community regarding pelvic floor exercise to reduce urinary frequency in older people can be understood by the percentage of 74% of questionnaire results. This condition threatens to make families in Bojong Pandan Village experience difficulties in meeting their basic needs through food. Budikdamber innovation is a solution to maintain family food security stability. However, the community still needs to gain knowledge and skills regarding Budikdamber, so there is a need for synergy between the village government and universities through community service activities. This service aims to increase the participant's knowledge and skills regarding Budikdamber. Implementation methods to support the achievement of the goals of this service include surveys, preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results obtained from this community service activity were an increase in the participants' knowledge of 47.47%, and all participants could practice the tutorial activities for making Budikdamber. Emerging as a solution to this challenge, Mendeley Reference has the potential to change the way writers manage references in the context of higher education. This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to provide a more comprehensive understanding to students, especially those in the 7th semester of the PGSD major at the Teaching and Education Faculty of Buton Muslim University, regarding the benefits of using the Mendeley application in writing scientific assignments. This PKM is carried out through three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The evaluation results showed that most participants had a good understanding, but some required further training. The positive impact of the training can be seen in the academic and professional development of the participants. Therefore, as a follow-up, practical exercises will be intensified, increased structured discussions between participants and presenters, and gathering input from participants for future improvements. The initiative unfolded in several stages, which included: (1) emphasizing the importance of mapping areas susceptible to landslides; (2) consolidating data through satellite image analysis and GIS; (3) developing GIS-based maps that depict landslide-prone areas; and (4) circulating these maps among the local community and governing bodies. In conclusion, this study demonstrates that a participatory approach, combined with advanced technologies such as GIS, can play a pivotal role in disaster mitigation. Early identification of landslide risks and appropriate mitigation strategies using GIS and community education can significantly enhance community preparedness and resilience to landslides. Consuming healthy snacks can provide numerous health benefits to students. Healthy snacks made from natural ingredients without harmful additives can provide adequate nutritional intake, improve energy levels, and enhance concentration during the study. The educational goal was to enhance the understanding of food additives and healthy snacks among the students of SMK 2 Muhammadiyah Jakarta. The implementation method of community engagement includes identifying issues related to unhealthy food, conducting a pre-test to assess initial knowledge, providing education and training to students, conducting a post-test to measure knowledge improvement, and evaluating and analysing data to enhance future programs. The pre-test was conducted before the activities to measure the knowledge, behaviour, or skills of the students regarding healthy food and food additives. The post-test was conducted after the completion of activities to measure the increase in students’ knowledge, behaviour, or skills after receiving education and training. One of the learning methods that are effective now is the direct learning method (Synchronous Learning) and the indirect method (Unsynchronous Learning). Perambanan Social Vocational High School 1 has developed the learning system but has yet to maximize learning media development. Therefore, there is a need for training and workshops to increase teachers' knowledge to solve the problems encountered related to making learning media. The service is carried out through several stages: identifying activities, planning and implementing activities, follow-up and evaluation, and preparing reports. The results of the service show that participants not only have the ability to develop learning media but also have a deeper understanding of the benefits of technology in learning. The teachers involved are expected to strengthen their abilities in developing creative and relevant learning content according to the needs of students. The workshop activity aims to identify and explore the potential of candidate teacher mover through Junior High School (SMPN) 1 Selong workshop activities. The devotional method is evaluation and collaboration between practical teacher and candidate teacher mover. The assistance results showed that the workshop activities at SMPN 1 Selong effectively explored the potential of teacher mover. During these activities, the candidate teacher mover is challenged to work in groups, lead discussions, and manage projects individually so that this activity develops leadership skills, teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving. In addition, through these workshop activities, students also better-understood education and the role of a teacher. They can observe how teachers facilitate the learning process, face a problem in teaching, and interact with students. Through this activity, the candidate teacher mover can develop leadership skills and practical knowledge needed in the teacher profession.
