Improvement was performed by introducing a series-arrangement of two evaporators. Air flew through the evaporators in cross-flow. This arrangement would influence performance of the AWH system in title of COP, MHI, and specific energy consumption. The AWH was designed using vapor compression refrigeration system. Parameter measured to the system were refrigerant temperature in suction and discharge line, inlet and outlet pipe wall temperatures at evaporator and condenser, air velocity enter into evaporator, and electrical energy consumption. Instrument used in this research were refrigerant pressure-temperature gauge, K-type digital thermometer, digital fan anemometer, thermo-hygro meter, and kWh meter. Air temperature and RH data were 36,5 oC, 40%, and 19 oC, 42 % for inlet and outlet air stram at evaporator, subsequently. With air velocity 1.5 m/s, the COP of the system was 3.7. Water collected from AWH was 1.1 litres/hour with energy consumption of 1.24 kWh. PLN to always maintain the distribution of electrical energy to customers. Therefore, it is necessary to use a strategy to prevent blackouts if the transformer is being maintained, that is by maneuvering the load through the network or by using a 20 KV coupling system. The 20 KV Coupling System consists of PMT Kopel Transformer 1 and PMT Kopel Transformer 2 or often called PMT Kopel to Kopel. In this research, a Kopel to Kopel PMT simulation tool is used to transfer transformer loads during maintenance using a LY2N DPDT 12 V relay, ZMCT103C current transformer sensor, voltage sensor, tap changer and use Arduino Mega 2560 as a delivery choice change. After the experiment, the total current size of transformer 1 and transformer 2 exceeds the capacity of transformer which is 4.29 A and the voltage difference is 0.71 V (5.9 %). Therefore it is necessary to adjust the current and voltage regulation so that it becomes 2.82 A and 0.06 V (0.5 %). After that the transfer of load Transformer 2 to Transformer 1 using PMT Kopel to Kopel can be done. The load transfer is done by entering the PMT Kopel 1 and PMT Kopel 2 simultaneously and the Incoming 2 PMT is released. If overload shedding is not handled, it will cause damage to the transformer, and even cause incoming trip feeders and a very wide blackout effect. Relay overload shedding mounted on incoming feeders works to anticipate overload shedding by deliberately releasing outgoing feeders gradually to reduce the load. This study aims to provide a simulation of the conditions of incoming feeders during normal times, during overload shedding and handling of outgoing feeders deliberately released by carrying out load maneuvers to other feeders with different incoming transformers. Maneuvers are carried out to maintain the reliability of the continuity of electricity distribution. In this study one simulation tool was designed. The design of this tool uses a relay and Arduino Mega 2560 as a control center. Arduino Mega 2560 reads the current using the ZMCT 103C sensor. The simulation is based on the overload shedding event that has occurred in Purwodadi Substation. As for controlling switching equipment and monitoring current and voltage is done using HMI with VT Scada software. In the experiment, 3 incoming normal currents were 2.2 A with a load of 5 12 VAC 5W lamps. Simulated maneuvering error, the load on incoming 3 increased to 2.60 A. This situation is considered to have reached the condition of overload shedding, relay PMT C trip to reduce the load. Incoming 3 returns back to normal, namely 1.68 A. Coordination between protective equipment to improve the network reliability system so that in the event of a disturbance, the area affected by the disturbance does not spread widely. The simulation tool is made using OMRON LY2N 12V relay, ULN2803 relay driver circuit, ZMCT103C current sensor, voltage divider voltage sensor, pull down, 12V 6W lamp as a load and several resistors with different resistivity values as interference. Arduino Mega 2560 is used as the central controller for the entire circuit. After the experiment, the results obtained are when the normal network current at the recloser is 0.86 A and the current at the LBS SSO1 is 0.43. The recloser and LBS SSO1 coordination lies in zone 2 and 3 disturbances. When simulated zone 2 interference, the recloser current rises to 1.28 A, causing reclose / trip to lock out recloser. When the recloser feels a fault current in zone 3 of 1.06 A and LBS SSO1 senses a current of 0.64 A. The recloser as protective equipment will open first within 1000 ms after sensing the disturbance. When the recloser opens, the voltage on the SSO will be 0 volts and the SSO will open within 1000 ms after the current and disturbance requirements are met. Processed ginger products that can be developed are ginger oleoresin which contains components of gingerol, shogaol, zingerone, resin and essential oils. Ginger oleoresin content ranges from 3.2 - 9.5%, while the content of gingerol in oleoresin is between 14-25% and shogaol between oleoresin. 2.8-7.0%. Considering the benefits of high-antioxidant ginger which functions as an anti-inflammatory and prevents tumor growth, it is necessary to extract the ginger rhizome. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that most influence the extraction of gingerol from the ginger rhizome using a stirred extractor and relatively good conditions. Experiments were carried out with various solvents, pH and temperature. Solvents 4 liters and 8 liters, pH 4 and 6 and temperatures 60oC and 100oC. The Gingerol content is measured by a VIS spectrophotometer. The most influential factor in extraction of ginger was determined by experimental design 23. This paper evaluates the performance of Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) implemented in RoF system for mobile WiMAX network. RoF channel model includes both optical fiber with Relative Intensity Noise, shot noise, thermal noise, and chromatic dispersion, and also wireless channel with Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN). Through simulation, signal to noise ratio (SNR), channel capacity, bit rate, and bit error rate (BER) with the influence of optical fiber length and wavelength. Touch of technology is needed because of high rainfall in this area so that changes in temperature, humidity, salinity and pH are more dynamic. Then we need a control to determine the water quality in shrimp ponds to avoid crop failure. This research was conducted by means of simulations to make it easier to analyze the results before applying. Fuzzy logic control (FLC) method is used for the water quality decision making system. By utilizing 3 input variables such as temperature, salinity and pH of water and output is an index of water quality from a scale of 0-100. The Mamdani method is applied to FLC with 27 fuzzy rules. The simulation results show that a change in one of the input variables can cause water quality to drop to 70. When there are changes in the two input variables, it can reduce water quality by 25.1. Pelatihan ini mampu memberikan edukasi kepada mahasiswa di Pondok Pesantren Mahasiswa Nurul Hikmah cara menanam, merawat tanaman obat yang baik dan benar. Indonesia is a fertile country, many plants can grow, including medicinal plants, but until now it has not been utilized optimally, so there needs to be socialization and training for the community. Training on the Making of Parks and Medicinal Powder at the Islamic Boarding School of Nurul Hikmah In Tembalang Subdistrict, Semarang Municipality, is a transfer of knowledge and the application of appropriate technology to the community, especially in the Islamic Boarding School of Nurul Hikmah. Use of medicinal plants in addition to being consumed also for reforestation or decorating the home page. This training is able to provide education to students at the Islamic Boarding School Student Nurul Hikmah. The wisdom of how to plant, treat medicinal plants that are good and right. Tipe baling-baling yang di rencanakan adalah fixed pitch propeller B - 4. 40 , dengan bahan material bronze . Mainly in the Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine, work-table motion control system is used to regulate work-table movements when the machine process a workpieces on it. On standard machines, work-table movements are two axes (X-Y), which is driven by a motor and lead-screw. The discussion in this research only focus on one axis assuming that the systems on both axes are the same and independent. In this research, MATLAB is used to describe the behaviour of the system and also to design appropriate control system in continuos system using state feedback linear controller such as pole placement , tracking system, full order compensator and reduced order compensator. The goal is to obtain a fast response with a rapid rise time and settling time to a step command, while not exceeding an overshoot of 5%. The specification are than a percent overshoot equal to1%, 0,05s settling time and 0,03s rise time. The performance of each control methods are simulated and analyzed to decide the best suit control method for the systems with such criteria.
