The independent variables analyzed were Third-Party Funds (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), CASA ratio, BI rates, and inflation. While the dependent variable in this study is bank credit distribution. This research was conducted by taking secondary data through the publication of Bank Indonesia (www.bi.go.id), the Financial Services Authority (www.ojk.go.id), and Bureau Van Dijk (www.orbis.bvdinfo.com). The population in this study are banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). A sampling of this study was conducted using the purposive sampling method, which amounted to 15 banks with the largest assets in Indonesia in 2018. The research period used is based on annual banking reports, 2011-2018. This research is a quantitative study using the FEM (Fixed Effect Model) method. The results of this research indicate that the variable of Third-Party Funds, Capital Adequacy Ratios, CASA ratio, and Inflation is significantly effective towards the distribution of credit banking partially. On the other hand, the variable BI rate is not significantly effective to the distribution of credit banking. In this study, data were collected by using questonnaire to 400 respondents, which aims is used, include validity test, reliability test, classic assumptions test (normality, heteroscedasticity and multicolinearity), multiple linear regression analysis, goodness of fitest (F test, t test, the coefficient of determination). Bank BTPN Tbk. Pekanbaru Branch. This research study is quantitative research. The population of this research study was 71 employees at PT. Bank BTPN Tbk. Pekanbaru Branch. In collecting the data, this research study used Questionnaire. The instrumentof testing for validity used Guttman's formula while test instrument for reliability used Alpha formula from Cronbach. The test showed that it was valid and reliable. Hypothesis testing used normality, linearity, multicollinearity, path analysis, F-test, and T-test formulas. From the results of the research study it was found that: 1) there was an effect of managerial ability on job satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.234; 2) there was the influence of career planning on job satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.237; 3) there was an influence of managerial ability on employee performance with a path coefficient of 0.339; 4) there was an influence of career planning on employee performance with a path coefficient of 0.222; 5) there was an effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with a path coefficient of 0.208. From this research study, it was also found that there were 3 factors which influenced employee performance. It is the way a person thinks about situations, and it ultimately determines a person's behavior. In the workplace, employees can have either a positive or negative attitude about specific work tasks, products or services, co-workers or management, or the company as a whole. Positive attitudes among employees make workdays more enjoyable. Tasks are performed to a higher standard and without complaint. Current study is based on the effect of attitude on employee performance. This study includes the attitude related factors (behaviors of employees and leaders, job satisfaction, job commitment, motivation and training) to investigate their impact on employee performance. This study utilized descriptive method of research. An instrument was developed by the researcher with 8 statements to measure the perceived level of satisfaction, involvement, and performance and then distributed among the respondents with the five- point Likert scale. Result shows that all attitude related factors positively affect the employee performance. Motivation and job commitment has highly significant impact of performance of employees. As a result, organizations should value their experienced personnel and devise effective retention policy by giving competitive salary, experienced base pay and experienced based promotion. This has become rather endemic with virtually all the states making up the sub-region involved. Although the spate of conflicts has reduced somewhat over the years, especially with the interventionist policy of ECOWAS, however, the conflicts have presented us with domestic, regional as well as international dimensions. While it is crucial to understand the impact which these different trajectories have on the nature, dimensions, direction and dynamics of conflicts in West Africa, it is critical also to understand the role played by natural resources in both escalating and resolving conflicts in this area. While we are aware that, as at anywhere else in the world, these conflicts in the sub-region may be multidimensional and complex in nature, they nevertheless stem from socioeconomic, psychological, and political conditions internal to the respective nations. However, the paper argues that while the internal dimension can always be resolved among contenders, it become probably and takes longer time because of the external dimension which globalization has introduced. Investments, transactions, and other financial services got a surprising shock as the effects of the pandemic. However, as time goes by, the pandemic starts to re-normalize turning into a new normal. Even, some countries in the Asia Pacific commencing a new-normal life, like, China, South Korea, and Singapore. Despite the good news, it seems the grassroots is not fully recovered from the shock. Therefore we argue that the positive outlook may not give a lot of positive senses and confidence, hence skepticism in the economy persists, especially in economic growth, despite some aspects, such as international banks or financial institutions in Asia set an optimist target. In this study, using annual series ranging from 1990-2019 and under the framework of a Panel ARDL, we investigated the link between natural resources endowment and the performance of the manufacturing sector in natural resource-rich SSA countries. Findings of our study show that in the short-run, natural resources endowment has an insignificant positive link with the manufacturing sector performance. However, in the long-run, the contribution of natural resources to the performance of the manufacturing sector becomes negative. In the technology era, the development of the intellectual capital concept suitable for MSME is needed due to the current competitive and disruptive business area. This study was conducted in 378 MSMEs in the hostel and culinary sector in Pekanbaru city. The data analysis technique in this study was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) assisted by AMOS. The result of this study showed that human capital influenced the financial performance and non-financial performance of MSME in the hostel and culinary sector in Pekanbaru City, while technology capital did not influence the non-financial performance of MSME in the hostel and culinary sector in Pekanbaru city. Customer capital influenced the financial and non-financial performances of MSME in the hostel and culinary sector in Pekanbaru city. Social capital influenced the financial and non-financial performances of MSME in the hostel and culinary sector in Pekanbaru city.
