The research method used is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects of this research are tourism object managers, accommodation managers (hotels/inns), transportation managers, cultural observers, culinary providers, and tourism policymakers, namely the Tourism Office of Central Aceh Regency. The study results show that tourism development in Central Aceh Regency continues to increase yearly, marked by the increasing interest of domestic and foreign tourists who visit Central Aceh Regency. Tourism development in Central Aceh is also marked by the growing economic business carried out by tourism actors. The understanding of tourism actors in Central Aceh on halal tourism is not yet comprehensive. Some tourism actors do not understand the 2014 Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Regulation and the 2016 MUI Fatwa concerning the implementation of Halal Tourism. However, tourism actors in Central Aceh have so far implemented Sharia-based tourism services. It follows regional policies in Aceh Province regarding the application of Islamic Sharia. Barriers to understanding tourism actors in Central Aceh to halal tourism include the absence of Qanun on halal tourism in Central Aceh. There is no halal certification body in Central Aceh Regency yet. Lack of Gayo cultural literacy in society. The Eastern Salient of Java is located in the far eastern part of East Java, known as 'Pendalungan'. This article departs from the history of Pendalungan, whose cultural identity is unclear. Therefore, this article will briefly explain the migration of ethnic Javanese-Madurese to East Java, the interpretation of Pendalungan, and the results of the analysis of the cultural trajectory of Pendalungan in the Eastern Salient of Java. In writing this article, researchers combined historical methods with cultural approaches and accumulated theoretical concepts. The main finding in this research is that the Pendalungan culture is one of the keys to building the local identity of a particular area, in this case, the Eastern Salient of Java. The Pendalungan culture, due to the ethnic acculturation version of the Eastern Salient of Java Region, is not located in a theological doctrine theory. The cultural and religious dimensions of the Eastern Salient of Java Pendalungan culture lie precisely in the aspects of identity and the formality of forms that develop and shape the face of culture following the direction of purpose and substance in each particular regional locality. None other than these developments are aligned with the cultural and religious realities of the people in the Eastern Salient of the Java Region. This initiative was motivated by the high percentage of students whose costs were borne by the foundation and the council of dayah teachers who were not yet financially independent and did not have specific skills to support the economy. This study aims to describe the business unit model developed based on a pesantrenpreneur, strategies for developing an interest in becoming an entrepreneur, and any obstacles experienced by the Ummul Ayman Islamic boarding school in applying entrepreneurship. The method used is a case study by collecting data through in-depth interviews, which are analyzed using a qualitative approach. The study found four clusters: agriculture, fisheries and animal husbandry, cooperatives, and printing. Meanwhile, the strategy for developing interest is carried out through entrepreneurship education for students starting in junior high school through a training program created at the Islamic boarding school itself. Then, the students are included in programs and seminars in the form of FGDs and TOTs organized by various parties. The recruitment of Islamic boarding school teachers is also one of the strategies for producing students who are interested in entrepreneurship. However, little research still exists on its positive impact on teachers in disadvantaged or rural areas. This research examines the benefits received by English teachers in rural areas in eastern Indonesia. This qualitative case study research examines teachers from Central Sulawesi and East Nusa Tenggara as PPG Tadulako University 2022 alums. Data was collected using in-depth interviews and supported by documentation data and observations during the PPG period. The thematic analysis results show that teacher participation in PPG impacts increasing pedagogical knowledge and skills, increasing teacher awareness, and changing teaching practices, ultimately impacting student motivation in learning. The data was collected using a survey design from a questionnaire given to 51 English Education Department students at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. The questionnaire included five Likert-scale-based choices regarding the student's learning needs about the role of SAC. The investigation delves into various aspects, including the collection of books provided by the SAC, its accessibility, and the extent to which it addresses students' needs both inside and outside the classrooms. The study examines students' perceptions of the SAC's facilities in enhancing their learning, the circulation service, and the function of SAC. Findings from this study contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the SAC's significance in supporting English Education Department students. Its widespread use by students raises questions about its impact on their learning outcomes. This study aims to determine social media use among class XI students at Adventist High School Unklab Airmadidi, analyze their academic performance in English, and investigate the correlation between these variables. This research used a descriptive-quantitative approach involving 91 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data collection used a questionnaire adapted from Gupta and Bashir (2008) and translated into Indonesian. A pilot study validated the instrument, showing high consistency (Cronbach Alpha = 0.907). The results show a significant positive correlation between social media use and students' academic performance in English. These findings challenge the hypothesis that there is no significant relationship between social media use and academic achievement, thereby triggering resistance. It highlights the potential of social media as a valuable tool for English language learning, emphasizing the development of students' critical skills. In an educational context, integrating social media into teaching can support interactions between teachers and students, enhancing students' learning experiences. Language mastery often poses challenges because each language has different elements. Proficiency in a foreign language such as English involves mastering four language skills, including writing essays. This study presents research results regarding Indonesian syntactic interference in English essays. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The analysis begins by reviewing all available data from respondents, and the steps are 1) Collecting exam data, 2) Identifying errors due to syntactic interference, 3) Classifying errors according to indicators of syntactic interference, and 4) Explaining student errors in English essays. This research was conducted to develop visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning models based on local wisdom to improve prospective English teachers' skills in the literature field. This research aims to present the results of the VAK learning model based on local wisdom to improve prospective English teachers' literature skills through writing literary works, especially fairy tales. The research method used to develop a VAK learning model based on local wisdom is research and development, with the 4RD model development process. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and instruments. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the validity assessment show that the average score achieved was 92/100 points. The percentage of teachers responding to the application of teaching materials was 93.7%. With the results achieved, the development of this learning model is very reasonable and applicable. The results of activities implementing the VAK learning model based on students' local intelligence in writing literary works reached an average of 89.8%. Several significant drawbacks for students learning English speaking skills affect their motivation and performance. Students lose confidence in producing vocabulary and structure in their speaking. This research uses quantitative methods. Correlation coefficient and P-value are applied to measure the effect of each variable. Student motivation and performance findings are well related to learning English speaking skills based on a statistically significant positive correlation between speaking teaching and student motivation r = 0.64 with vital statistical significance (p<0.01). Also, a statistically significant positive correlation exists between teaching English speaking and student performance; r = 0.78, with vital statistical significance (p<0.01). In addition, a positive correlation between teaching English speaking and student motivation is statistically significant. r = 0.43, with a high level of statistical significance (p<0.01). The main findings show a correlation between speaking skills, student motivation, and corresponding student performance. For further studies, it could investigate critical variables such as teaching spoken English to students. This research aims to develop an integrated Islamic enrichment book on transition elements in inorganic chemistry courses. The research was done using the Four Steps Teaching Material Development (4STMD) method, which consists of four steps: the selection step, the structuring step, the characterization step, and the didactic reduction step. At the selection stage, the main source of teaching materials was a book by Sugiyarto, K.H., and Suyanti, Retno, D. (2010), titled Inorganic Metal Chemistry. While at the structuring step, concept maps, macrostructures, and multiple representations of the transition elements were found. In the characterization step, it was found that the concept has a straightforward character with an 85.8% understanding percentage, so the didactic reduction is unnecessary in this study. Teaching material has a percentage of 78% in the feasibility test; the details are 81% on aspects of language, 75% on presentation of the book, 75% on aspects of performance, and 83% on aspects of graphics. It can be concluded that the teaching materials developed are unfit for use. So, in this study, the didactic reduction is not necessary. It can be concluded that the teaching materials developed are fit for use.
