This study is carried out with descriptive research which is collected with documentary technique and used a documentary sheet as the instrument. The finding indicates about the idea of femininity aspect that describes in the oppression faced by Chinese women. This oppression derives into three forms of oppression; emotional oppression, physical oppression, and sexual oppression. The Chinese women try to obey the particular custom judge by the culture to construct the femininity aspect, but secretly they tru to find a way to minimize their secluded life through Nu Shu (secret writing) and having a baby boy. Metode penelitian ini adalah semi eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 8 Takengon tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling dan terpilih siswa kelas XI Mipa-1 dengan jumlah 21 siswa dan kelas XI Mipa-2 dengan jumlah 20 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji gain ternormalisasi. Sebagai kawasan wisata unggulan yang selalu dikunjungi baik wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara, maka pengelolaan kawasan wisata yang ada di sekitar danau juga harus ditingkatkan. Adanya pelibatan masyarakat dalam membangun kawasan wisata sangat diperlukan. Hal ini agar tercipta keterpaduan dan kerjasama antara masyarakat dan pemerintah daerah dalam membangun dan mengembangkan kawasan wisata yang ada di sekitar Danau Lut Tawar. Sebagai daerah yang memiliki lanscape perbukitan dan dikelilingi oleh hutan, maka pembangunan kawasan wisata yang ada juga harus memperhatikan potensi bencana yang setiap saat selalu mengancam. This research was a Research and Development study that included the steps of needs analysis, course grid design, product development, product validation, product revision, try-out, and study of the final product. This research developed ten units of extensive reading material. The extensive reading material was developed according to the needs analysis data. The need of semester 2 students of Yogyakarta University of Technology is to improve their reading skills. The appropriate extensive reading material are describe the language skills clearly, look nice, give a lot practice, give feedback and let the learners know how to complete the tasks, give examples and tell the learners how to learn best. The needs-related appropriate extensive reading material in terms of their components are: the goal of learning reading is to improve the students’ reading skills; the input presents interesting pictures and vocabulary list; the procedure presents interesting and enjoyable activities; the learners’ role is as the active reader; the teacher’s role is the feedback giver; and the setting is individual work. Rumusan Masalah dalam penelitian ini sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimana persepsi guru PAI tersertifikasi terhadap absensi finger print di Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah?; (2) Bagaimana kinerja guru PAI tersertifikasi di Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah?; dan Apakah absensi finger print berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru PAI tersertifikasi di Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah?. Adapun hipotesis dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Ho : absensi finger print tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru tersertifikasi di Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah; dan (2) Ha : absensi finger print berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru tersertifikasi di Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif bersifat korelasional. Namely, in the level of morphology, it shows that the texts develop from limited into varieduse of derivational and inflectional morphemes. This is in line with clause level of analysis in which we find its significant progress from simple clause to clause complex. Furthermore, the analysis of written language in term ofgrammatical function is one of Systematic Functional Grammar (SFG) contribution in language education. It can be a tool used by teachersand educators in assessingstudents’ language competences, especially in regard with students’ syntactic control over language. It can be expected to be an application of assessment that can provide a fundamental overview on how the assessed texts progress and develop. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah Asuransi Syariah di Indonesia yang berjumlah 13 dengan menggunakan data dan statistik yang di publikasikan oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Perusahaan asuransi syariah dapat menginvestasikan dana dalam bentuk investasi apa saja selama investasi itu tidak mengandung salah satu unsur gharar (penipuan), maysir (perjudian), riba, zhulm (penganiyaan), risywah (suap), barang haram dan maksiat. Selain itu, terdapat batasan investasi bagi asuransi syariah sebagaimana Keputusan Menteri Keuangan (KMK) Republik Indonesia No. 424/KMK.06/2003 tentang Kesehatan Keuangan Perusahaan Asuransi dan Perusahaan Reasuransi. Portofolio asuransi syariah di Indonesia sebagian besar dana di investasikan pada Pasar Modal yakni sebesar 79,13%. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor harus diwujudkan dalam kemampuan penyusunan dan pelaksanaan program supervisi serta memanfaatkan hasilnya. Aspek-aspek yang akan disupervisi kepala sekolah atau supervisor adalah tentang kelengkapan perangkat pembelajaran diantaranya pengembangan silabus, program tahunan, program semester, KKM, RPP, administrasi yang dibutuhkan di kelas, cara mengajar atau penyampaian materi di kelas. Teknik supervisi yang digunakan oleh kepala sekolah SMP Negeri 2 Mesjid Raya Kabupaten Aceh Besar dalam pelaksanaan superviai adalah teknik supervisi individu dan juga teknik supervisi kelompok. Hambatan-hambatan dalam pelaksanaan supervisi oleh kepala sekolah meliputi: pelaksanaan supervisi tidak sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya karena sering terjadi betrokan dengan jadwal lainnya, pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepala sekolah dalam supervisi masih terbatas, masih terdapatnya guru yang belum memahami supervisi.
