Cr 23 C 6 carbide was precipitated under 950 ℃ , but was not detected over 1,000 ℃ . Most of the precipitation consist of Cr 23 C 6 carbide. Strain-rate sensitivity was the highest in 0.01/s and the lowest in 10/s. Strain-rate sensitivity was decreased sharply below 950 ℃ . In the temperature between 850 ℃ ~1,150 ℃ , plastic instable area did not exist. It showed the lowest Ziegler Parameter value of 0.06 Ziegler Parameter was the lowest as 0.06 at 850 ℃ with 10s-1 of strain. The highest Ziegler Parameter value(0.43) was found in plastic deformation at 1,050 ℃ with 0.01s-1 of strain. It tends to have an higher resistance to the high temperature deformation under 950 ℃ , due to the precipitation.","PeriodicalId":360692,"journal":{"name":"Power System Engineering","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-04-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129666823","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

US 7 M 3 solution was excellent in corrosion resistance, regardless of the steel type. The appearance of coating by US 3 M 3 and US 11 M 3 solutions were bumpy surface, and were a lot of fine defects. US 7 M 3 solution was made a sophisticated molecular cross-linking structure inside the coating, it was a slick surface. Other characteristics are exhibited the excellent property for all solutions.","PeriodicalId":360692,"journal":{"name":"Power System Engineering","volume":"118 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-04-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115755535","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, it causes degradation of catches\" freshness. Therefore, seawater ice machine on board is necessary for the fishing industry. In this study, seawater ice machine with drum type evaporator was manufactured, and the system was tested under various operating conditions having an influence on the COP and amount of ice produced. The main results are as follow : The COP of the system gets larger when the evaporation temperature and rotation speed of the drum in the evaporator increases. The most effective refrigerant is R22 and the value of the COP was 1.43 times higher than that of R404A. The amount of produced ice increases with respect to increment of the evaporation temperature, while that decreases with respect to increment of the evaporator drum rotation speed.","PeriodicalId":360692,"journal":{"name":"Power System Engineering","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-04-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124478291","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Otherwise, the static pressures acting on the blade surfaces of SSAF show different distributions around the operating point of D equivalent to the stall. Nevertheless, the effectiveness of electric actuators is significantly affected by the presence of factors such as nonlinearity, uncertain disturbance and unknown dynamics. Therefore, it makes difficult to derive an exact mathematical model of the controlled system. In this paper, a new method for easily recognizing and regenerating robot motions used in small size industries such as painting and welding parts is proposed. Instead of modeling the entire dynamic motion of the robot system, this method is based on the procedure of modeling and controller design for every arm individually. The proposed method does not require complex model and control system such that it gives easy working process to the small size industries. Based on this fact, in this research, the model and PID controller for every arm of the 3 DOF robot system are obtained separately. Some experimental results are implemented to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.","PeriodicalId":360692,"journal":{"name":"Power System Engineering","volume":"188 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-02-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126257909","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper is based on basic refrigeration cycle and three ejector refrigeration cycles and the comparison and contrasts about when 6 different refrigerants are applied to such refrigeration cycles. All cycles had a percentage increase of COP from 4 to 74% when ejector was applied, and the source of increasement was the decrease of total work done due to ejector's pressure recovery function. When R-245fa is applied to cycle (d), results showed that COP was the most superior in such cycle, R-245fa showed high volume entrainment ratio in all cycles. Future studies in refrigeration cycles will require more knowledge and experiments on ejector's appliance to refrigeration cycles and the actuation of such functions.","PeriodicalId":360692,"journal":{"name":"Power System Engineering","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-02-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129552481","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The welded parts cause a crack or demage in the flexible joint due to continuous vibration and fatigue limit. This paper is concerned with development of flexible joint with non-welded, free rotation of flange and non-packing to improve fatigue failure condition between bellows and flange. The support box and support plate that are components of press part are designed to compress fore-end of bellows only without demage of bellows. The production system of flexible joint is designed with piston attached on the compression side. The simulation is performed using Deform 3D software. As the result of simulation, the shape of compressed bellows was most proper in the compression power of 157 kg·f and any deformation has not occurred at a part besides fore-end.
