摘要

本文研究了析出物对incoly 825合金高温变形稳定性的影响。在950℃下析出cr23c6碳化物,在1000℃以上未检出。析出物主要由c23c6碳化物组成。菌株速率敏感性在0.01/s时最高,在10/s时最低。在950℃以下,应变速率敏感性急剧下降。在850℃~ 1150℃范围内,不存在塑性失稳区。结果表明,在850℃、10s-1应变条件下,Ziegler参数最小值为0.06;Ziegler参数值在1050℃、0.01s-1应变下最大,为0.43。在950℃以下,由于析出,具有较高的耐高温变形能力。
