Thus, a case study was conducted in 2017 in a private college in Belo Horizonte - MG. Among the main findings, it was verified that the majority of the students seek this course to be able to make a public contest and to enter the public career due to the stability, financial and labor advantages that the sector offers. For the other students who are already civil servants, what they wanted was to improve their performances as a public manager. Another result that deserves to be highlighted was the proactive role of classroom tutoring, clarifying students' doubts and stimulating interactivity in the use of technological resources used in AVA. Thus, in view of the concern with this modality of education, it is necessary to guarantee the continuous formation of all the subjects involved in this process. In view of this, based on the reflections, it was defined as the objective of this article, to reflect on the continuous training of tutors, since the activity of tutoring requires the professional, collaborative mediation of knowledge in virtual learning environments. In order to meet the proposal, the bibliographic study was anchored in authors such as Alarcao (1998), Costa-Hubes (2008), Esteves and Rodrigues (1993), Magalhaes (2004), Demo (1998), among others, the discussions and justify them. From the researches, it is evident that the continuous training is a necessary practice for tutoring, since it subsidizes the professional to mediate the learning process of the student, in a critical and collaborative way, through the online support. \u0000Keywords: Tutor. O novo modelo proporciona aulas ao vivo e gravadas ministradas por professores especializados – os docentes formadores – de cada disciplina e distribuidas a todos os polos, mantendo usual o atendimento de docentes tutores presenciais e a distância, entre outras mudancas pontuais em termos de avaliacao. Nesse sentido, o objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar a percepcao do alunado dos cursos de graduacao EaD Unimontes quanto a implantacao desta nova metodologia de ensino com base em aulas ao vivo. Trata-se de um estudo quantitativo e de levantamento. O estudo contou com a participacao do corpo discente dos 9 cursos de graduacao a distância (Educacao Fisica, Pedagogia, Ciencias da Religiao, Ciencias Sociais, Letras Ingles, Letras Espanhol, Letras Portugues, Geografia e Historia) da Unimontes oferecidos pela Universidade Aberta do Brasil (UAB). A amostra compreendeu 828 discentes que responderam a um questionario alocado no Ambiente Virtual de Aprendizagem institucional, com o qual responderam a 20 questoes acerca do modelo de ensino, sua viabilidade e experiencia geral com o processo. Its objectives were to demonstrate the framework of publications that focus on the use of digital simulations in physics teaching practices; to highlight the methodological possibilities explored by teachers and researchers in Physics Teaching in pedagogical practice mediated by digital simulations. To do this, we took as a database the Portuguese language journals, evaluated with A1 and A2 qualifications in Capes WebQualis, which focused on the dissemination of studies in the field of Science / Physics Teaching. Eleven (11) periodicals were selected. Each of the current issues and special editions of these journals, published between 1998 and 2017, was then checked. The search for each of these journal units consisted of identifying studies that focused on the use of digital simulations in Physics teaching . In order to identify such studies, the titles of the works were first consulted and their abstracts were then consulted. As a result of this research movement, 25 articles were drawn from which we found that the most sought after practices among researchers are those that can develop a student's cognitive / investigative sense that arouses the curiosity of this student that motivates him to want to know more. Scaramuzza, Melina Klaus","doi":"10.29327/3860.11.19-4","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.29327/3860.11.19-4","url":null,"abstract":"The following paper aimed to analyze the contributions of a training course on Inclusive Education in Distance Education offered to higher education tutors and to understand their perceptions regarding the work carried out with the target public of special education in pedagogical mediation. Considering the current legislation and discussions on the democratization of education, Special Education is a transversal modality of education that permeates all levels, modalities and stages of the schooling process. Therefore, the conditions of access, permanence and academic success must be guaranteed. Regarding higher education, there has been a significant increase in students with special educational needs. Many are the contributions of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) to the academic success of these students, thus distance education may be seen as a tool to provide access to a degree in higher education. In this context, during a training course, the perceptions of tutors who work with pedagogical mediation in a private university were analyzed based on the qualitative approach. Nine tutors who participated in the training course participated in the study. The results showed that tutors understand the importance of a work based on adaptations and strategies, aiming to provide access to knowledge to students. Participants also pointed out that the approach must be focused on the social barriers imposed to the public of Special Education to study in higher education. Serra","doi":"10.29327/3860.11.19-3","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.29327/3860.11.19-3","url":null,"abstract":"This article aims to identify the Critical Success Factors (CSF) of learning management of undergraduate distance courses of a Higher Education Institution in Brazil, in this case, the Federal University of Ceara - Virtual FUC, in the vision of its main actors and subjects, that is, academic managers, students and teachers / tutors. It addresses as theoretical foundation conceptual aspects about learning management, it also presents the DE scenario in Brazil and public education policies, emphasizing the program of the Open University of Brazil (OUB). It is characterized as a descriptive research, with a qualitative approach, using an online questionnaire as a research tool. The sample consisted of 4 course managers, 20 tutors and 50 students from the poles (Fortaleza, Caucaia, Russas and Quixada) enrolled in the last semesters courses, making a total of 74 respondents. Eleven Critical Success Factors and the availability of a support library with course support material was considered the most relevant factor for the success of learning management. In view of the importance of these components for the development of critical thinking and the research vocation that should reside in the teacher, in this research, we will describe, through an experience report, how the Interdisciplinary Seminars II and IV dedicated to the Literature. As specific objectives, we will present its prediction in the Pedagogical Project; we will indicate how these curricular components are presented to undergraduates; and we will reflect on his contribution to the training of ODL trainee. The methodology used will be descriptive-interpretative qualitative, in which, from the study of the Pedagogical Project and the presentation of the discipline in the virtual learning environment - Moodle Platform - we will present the operation of the Interdisciplinary Seminar II and IV component, as well as using the contextual and structural description for the experience report. Rangel","doi":"10.29327/3860.11.19-2","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.29327/3860.11.19-2","url":null,"abstract":"The reflections presented here are derived from a theoretical research whose investigative theme is the right to quality education (articulated to the right to learning) and its modes of implementation in different contexts. In this text we make a cut in the Pedagogical Project for Distance Education (EaD) of a Community Higher Education Institution, understanding that quality education presupposes the existence of an educational ideology, which is made explicit through this document. The document analysis through the content analysis technique, had the following questions based on: a) What are the fundamentals, principles and concepts that guide the Educational Project for distance education, in order to offer quality education ? b) The development of skills, through the teaching and learning processes, is contemplated in the Pedagogical Project? If so, what are the didactic-pedagogical perspectives suggested to effect the development of competences? The results point to the institutional alignment in documentary terms, in relation to the fundamentals, principles and conceptions. Orth, Claudia Escalante Medeiros","doi":"10.29327/23860.14.25-3","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.29327/23860.14.25-3","url":null,"abstract":"The present article discusses the actions taken by pedagogical coordinators during the Covid-19 pandemic with the purpose of promoting the digital literacy of teachers in the state education system in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, in order to ensure the constitutional right to education. Theoretically, it is based on the studies developed by Delors (1999, 2005), Dourado (2011), Gatti, Barreto and André (2009), Azzi (2012), Vasconcelos (2011), Lück (2000), Freire (1987), Silva (2018), in addition to dialoguing with the current educational legislation. Methodologically, this study is based on action research, since the actions developed aimed at transforming the educational reality, which needed to adapt to remote education. As for the results, the importance of action research is highlighted, since the pedagogical coordinators conquered the empathy of teachers and students in remote education. It is noteworthy that the Covid-19 pandemic caused teachers and education systems to review their pedagogical strategies, with the objective of ensuring more active teaching and learning processes in schools.
