It is limited to making such knowledge available and does not propose any AVA model, it only provides subsidies for the development of new VLEs that prioritize beyond cognitive development, interpersonal relationships, as a conducive medium for meaningful learning. It uses bibliographic resources from diverse sources: theoretical, legal and documentary; basing its assumptions on several authors who have carried out important research in different fields of knowledge, such as psychology, history of learning, distance education; as well as the legal basis in force. There are different pre-concepts related to the EAD. The majority of people with pre-concepts is precisely because of ignorance of the characteristics of this modality. Among these pre-concepts is the myth of the loneliness of the students of the EAD. Com isso, buscou-se analisar os estilos de aprendizagem de pos-graduandos em Educacao a Distância em relacao ao material didatico e atividades do curso. A pesquisa descritivo-exploratoria usou a abordagem quanti-qualitativa e ocorreu entre janeiro-fevereiro de 2019. A coleta de dados foi pelo questionario VARK online. A comunicacao pesquisador-participante deu-se via e-mail e/ou WhatsApp. Os dados dos 72 participantes foram inseridos na planilha Excel e analisados por algoritmos. Posteriormente, as informacoes foram submetidas a estatistica descritiva e a tecnica de analise de conteudo aplicada sobre o material didatico e atividades. O perfil predominante na pesquisa foi genero feminino 52(72,20%), participantes dos polos de Iguatu 24(33,30%) e Russas 22(30,60%), graduacao principal em Letras 16(22,22%), Pedagogia 10(13,89%) e formacao media de 7 anos, 41(56,94%) concluindo a primeira especializacao. Dos 11 estilos de aprendizagem encontrados, o mais prevalente foi VARK Type One 33(45,83%), V mild e K mild 8(11,11%), cada. As respostas tomadas diante das questoes tiveram tendencia a ler/escrever e sinestesia enquanto alunos e variaram se professor. O material de didatico pareceu de acordo com os estilos de aprendizagem dos participantes. As atividades propostas estavam mais ligadas a leitura/escritura, havendo a necessidade de avalacoes contendo recursos audiovisuais. This work aimed at investigating how the Virtual University Institute (UFC Virtual), connected to the Federal University of Ceara in partnership with The Open University of Brazil (UAB), enables licentiate degree students to learn how to speak English. The corpus of this research is the English Language – Oral Production and Oral Comprehension course, offered during the third term of the undergraduate program, between March and May 2018. In this qualitative study, we develop a participant observation, accessing the website Solar, a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), in order to analyze which resources were available for students to chat between them and with their tutor. We verify which type of interactions were offered in the platform: synchronous (communication in real time); asynchronous (learning opportunities that can be accessed at any time); or multi-synchronous (combining the two forms of delivery). We exam, as well, the scripts provided during the speaking tasks, aiming at identifying if the students would practice authentic conversations, or if they would repeat previous formulated phrases. The results show that the learners did not have opportunities to communicate in real time at a distance English learning environment from Solar, nor to receive corrections or synchronic feedback from the tutor. Uma das formas de minimizar a perda de alunos e por meio do trabalho tutoral uma vez que o tutor e o profissional que atua junto aos alunos de modo a poder incentivar a participacao e aprendizagem dependendo da sua forma de atuacao. O objetivo do presente artigo e apresentar um trabalho de pesquisa-acao no qual um tutor que inicialmente trabalha em curso de Administracao de modo behaviorista e, apos uma reuniao sobre as dificuldades dos alunos, o tutor decide em conjunto com os alunos, atender as reivindicacoes e passa a trabalhar de modo historico social vygotskyano incentivando a interatividade, a afetividade e as trocas sociais por meio do trabalho forense. ABSTRACT Distance educacion (DE) is an educational modality in wich there is a big school loss of students. A way to minimize the loss of students is by means of the tutoral job as the tutor is the professional that works direct with students in a way to incentive interaction and learning depending on the way he acts. The objective of this article is to present an action -research in witch the tutor previouslly was working in an Business Administration course in a behaviorist way and, after the claiming of the students the tutor decided together with the students to pay attention to the claimming and he began to work in a vygotskyian mode in an historic social way incentivating the interactivity, affectivity and social changes by means of a forensic work. There was a successfull work with students and the learning occurred in all involved actors. KEYWORDS: Interactivity; Tutoring; Tutor actuation; Distance education; Forum. RESUMEN La Educacion a Distancia (EAD) es una modalidad educativa en la que existe una gran evasion escolar. Una de las formas de minimizar la perdida de alumnos es por medio del trabajo tutoral una vez que el tutor es el profesional que actua junto a los alumnos para poder incentivar la participacion y el aprendizaje dependiendo de su forma de actuacion. El objetivo del presente articulo es presentar un trabajo de investigacion-accion en el cual un tutor que inicialmente trabaja en curso de Administracion de modo conductista y, despues de una reunion sobre las dificultades de los alumnos, el tutor decide en conjunto con los alumnos, atender las reivindicaciones y pasa a trabajar de modo historico social vygotskyano incentivando la interactividad, la afectividad y los intercambios sociales a traves del trabajo forense. Hubo el exito con la clase y el aprendizaje de todos los involucrados. Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar a modalidade de ensino a distância como estrategia de democratizacao do ensino superior no Brasil. Trata-se de uma revisao bibliografica, a qual utiliza procedimentos exploratorios-descritivos. In this scenario, it includes the upper courses that have been offered by the Virtual University of the State of Sao Paulo - UNIVESP. This study had as objective to analyze the causes of evasion in superior courses offered in the distance modality. In order to do so, 100 students evaded these courses completed, so online, social profile, behavior and attitudes of the student in relation to distance learning courses are covered in the questionnaire. The results indicate that a significant portion of the escaped performed other tasks concurrent with the course; even expose that escaped the good part of the interviewees presented difficulties of iteration with the platforms used in the learning process, as well as mapping of the social profile of these individuals. O uso de experimentos como forma de obtencao de dados para responder suposicoes ou crescas vem se tornando um fato conhecido na comunidade academica, pela questao de colocar em pratica os estudos sobre um determinado assunto. A pesquisa se baseia no ensino do tema de Engenharia de Software Experimental, onde foram observados os resultados de grupos de estudantes participantes, se utilizando de questionarios para a obtencao dos resultados. Atraves destes tambem e possivel compreender o perfil do academico presente na modalidade a qual os participantes estao envolvidos. A pesquisa tem como foco a avaliacao dos academicos, mediante aos conteudos aplicados aos participantes, nao sendo aplicado a profissionais que estao fora do âmbito da graduacao, as atividades propostas foram aplicadas em uma Instituicao de Ensino Superior, que conta com mais de 25 anos de existencia, esta conta com o ensino na modalidade presencial e a distância. Sometimes, protagonism will be in the technologist, sometimes in the teacher and sometimes in the student. However, this scientific article emphasizes the ability to perceive that the Distance Education modality is shaping the profile of these agents and Education. For the presentation of this process, we used as a base a literature review methodology, where we applied some Communication Theories, especially the ideas of McLuhan (1969, 1972), Keen (2012) and Pariser (2013), with the educators concerns such as Mill (2010) and Santaella (2013), in a confluence suggested here as conditional on the success of Distance Education and society's design and, consequently, the profile of the teacher and the student. Therefore, this article aims to discuss links between the areas that support the technical and theoretical knowledge of Distance Education, Communication and Education, outlining the decent of contemporaneity with both skills and abilities, or their needs.
