Nurgiansah","doi":"10.15575/al-aulad.v7i1.32437","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15575/al-aulad.v7i1.32437","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) in enhancing constitutional awareness among students at the elementary school/madrasah ibtidaiyah level, and to elucidate effective teaching methods to achieve this goal. The research methodology employed is literature review method, analyzing various relevant literature pertaining to the research topic. The important findings of this research are that cooperative learning models such as Numbered Heads Together and Think Pair Share can be used to improve students' understanding and learning outcomes in Civics. In addition, interactive learning models such as Role Playing, Broken Triangle, Square and Heart, and digital citizenship can also increase constitutional awareness among students. Teachers play a significant role in implementing Civics and cultivating constitutional awareness in each student, with the purpose of making Civics implementation in elementary schools/madrasah ibtidaiyah an effort to shape individuals in Indonesia who possess strong personalities and a sense of responsibility towards their country. The fact is that student's understanding of concepts at Aisyiyah Innovative Elementary School and Modern Sakti MI is still need improvement. The reason is that teaching materials and teaching strategies don't support students' conceptual understanding. The objectives of this study are, (1) to describe the design of a realistic mathematics-based e-module (RME) with project assignments, and (2) to describe the effect of a realistic mathematics-based e-module (RME). Assist project assignments in improving students' conceptual understanding. This study uses 7 steps Borg &Gall development model adopted by Sugiyono, which are potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision; product trials, and usage trials. The results of the percentage assessment of the questionnaire included material experts 90%, linguists 86.67%, media experts 84.5%, teachers 80%, and students 83.6%. The results of the t-test of the post-test value of the experimental class and the control class showed a sig-2-tailed value of 0. 000 < 0.05. This research uses a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design. The population of this research is all fifth grade students from one of the elementary schools in Bandung Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research population was 22 experimental class students and 24 control class students. Data collection through descriptive tests in the form of pretest and posttest. The test instrument in this research was developed by applying expert judgment. Data analyzed using the t test shows that the t value = 9.003 and the sig value. (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05 then 𝐻0 is rejected. This means that there is a difference in the average increase in cognitive learning outcomes for class V students in science subjects using the SETS approach and the conventional approach. The average N-Gain value of the control class is 0.079 with medium criteria. Meanwhile, the experimental class is 0.530 with medium criteria. So it can be concluded that this research uses cognitive learning outcomes. In this phase, there are many behavioral deviations committed by a person, so that religious education, especially Islam, is needed to overcome these various deviations. The Martapura Class I Special Development Institutions for Children is an institution that focuses on providing guidence to adolescents who are concidered problematic according to lawsuits so that one day they can recover and obtain religious provisions to be brought into society. The aim of this research is to find out the pattern of fostering the Islamic religion for juvenile convicts at the institution, including the development of worship, faith and morals. This research is a type of field research with a qualitative descriptive method. The research subjects here are the mentors and three youths assisted at the institutions, while the object of research is the pattern of Islamic religious development for juvenile convicts. The data collection techniques that the authors use are interviews, documentation, and observation which are the processed through reduction, presentation, data verification and conclusion. Based on the data found, the pattern of fostering Islam for juvenile convicts at the Children’s Special Development Institution is worship coaching that focuses on learning the Koran, creed, prayer, dhikr, tahlilan. Development of aqidah that focused on learning the pillars of faith and monotheism.
