However energy consumption is still one of the most critical limitations in mobile applications. SDR needs an advanced selection scheme to choose the most optimized waveform to transmit, especially in term of energy efficiency. This paper proposes to adapt a threshold technique to improve the performance of the selection algorithm.","PeriodicalId":360207,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Electronics, Information and Communications (ICEIC)","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-10-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115366791","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The GHE utilizes a set of geometrical invariant features Minutiae Vicinity Decomposition (MVD); GHE globally embeds the MVD neighborhood structure into a Hamming space via solving a graph-based optimization problem. As a result, a secure binary template is created. Pertaining to the non-invertibility, the resultant binary template is analyzed from two aspects: strong analysis and weak analysis. The result of analysis shows that the GHE template can be strongly protected from inversion.","PeriodicalId":360207,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Electronics, Information and Communications (ICEIC)","volume":"544 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-10-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116228665","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
