The biquadratic circuit enables low-pass, bandpass, high-pass, band-stop and all-pass responses by the selections and additions of the input and output currents without any component matching constraints. Moreover the circuit parameters ω0 and Q can be set orthogonally adjusting the circuit passive components, Achievement example is given together with simulation responses by PSPICE.","PeriodicalId":359822,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Symposium on Intelligent Signal Processing and Communication Systems (ISPACS)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122187661","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

When a prism with 6 prism diopters and the base upward was placed in front of the left eye of the subject to look at the front of the compound vision card at 45 cm, it was observed that the Howell vision card was separated into two vision cards. After confirming the relative position of the point of the upper and lower vision cards, the subject move the paddle on the measuring device to make the paddle overlap the point of the upper vision card, judge the left and right directions of the point and read number of the horizontal base line, and then measure the line of sight deviation of the near horizontal heterophoria. In this study, 5 subjects with normal vision were tested with von Graefe, Howell and This innovative device for near distance horizontal esotropia. The test results showed that 85% of the subjects were exotropia, and the difference of the three measurements was within one prism diopter (±1Δ). It is proved that the reliability of the measuring device is excellent.","PeriodicalId":359822,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Symposium on Intelligent Signal Processing and Communication Systems (ISPACS)","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125181717","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is because that GRU can obtain acceptable prediction accuracy with lower execution costs. However, the accuracy of the GRU still depends on the interaction between the backpropagation (BP) and the activation function and the optimizer that it will lead to a chance of overfitting because the weights of neurons are too concentrated on certain features. This study uses differential evolution (DE) to fine tune the weights in GRU. The simulation results show that using of our proposed method can obtain higher accuracy rate than the original GRU through the global search of DE.","PeriodicalId":359822,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Symposium on Intelligent Signal Processing and Communication Systems (ISPACS)","volume":"54 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125045016","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This algorithm makes it possible to replace the low pass filters and charge pumps used in conventional PLLs with a Time-to-digital converter with small area, while reducing lock time. The full system was implemented using 0.18µm CMOS technology and simulated with HSPICE using the extracted layout RC parasitics. The circuit uses a 0.6V supply for operation in the subthreshold region. Results show that the Filter-less AD-PLL is able to lock within 23 cycles of a 1MHz reference signal while consuming less than 26µW for all configurations of a Programmable Frequency Divider in the feedback path.","PeriodicalId":359822,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Symposium on Intelligent Signal Processing and Communication Systems (ISPACS)","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127407011","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the construction cost that is the total cost of the UAVs and WCVs is a major requirement for the users but not considered in previous studies. Therefore, when the limited construction cost is considered, our problem is to find a scheduling algorithm to use both of UAVs and WCVs to minimize the total sleep time of sensors. In this paper, a heuristic algorithm is proposed, and the simulation is conducted to show its performance.","PeriodicalId":359822,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Symposium on Intelligent Signal Processing and Communication Systems (ISPACS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129094220","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Many parameters influence the entire performance in CNN-LSTM. However, there are few studies to consider optimizing the combination of parameters. To obtain the best combination of parameters effectively, this paper used a uniform experimental design (UED) to execute the experiment design. This paper collected current data from a machine tool feed system, including lubricated and unlubricated feed shafts. This paper used a uniform layout of U10(1010) to search the parameter combination of CNN-LSTM. From the experimental results, the combination obtained by UED can get the best performance for CNN-LSTM.","PeriodicalId":359822,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Symposium on Intelligent Signal Processing and Communication Systems (ISPACS)","volume":"115 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117128796","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We developed an image quality predictor by using convolution neural networks (CNN) in this paper to address this issue. This predictor consists of a distortion classifier and five scorers for predicting the quality of images with different distortions. Different from related work, the proposed predictor uses the Laplacian filter in data preprocessing to increase the gradient variances caused by different distortions and replaces the flatten layer with the global average pooling layer in CNN for reducing the amount of data computation. Our experimental results have shown that the proposed predictor can provide higher prediction accuracy and spend less time on image quality assessment than related work.","PeriodicalId":359822,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Symposium on Intelligent Signal Processing and Communication Systems (ISPACS)","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128742506","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
