This signal is in the form of information stating the condition of the Company. This information provides information about what management has done to realize the wishes of the owners of the Company. The data analysis technique used to answer the problem formulation and test the hypothesis above is the Panel Data Analysis technique. Panel data is a combination of time series data and cross-section data. The results showed that Total Assets Turn Over had a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while Sales Growth, Earning Per Share, Return On Equity, and Debt to Equity had no positive and significant effect on stock prices. In uncertainty due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, the Company is required to be more effective and efficient in using its Total Assets to earn income or maintain the viability of the Company. Therefore, information on Total Assets and Revenues obtained by the Company during the Covid-19 Pandemic concerns investors.","PeriodicalId":359464,"journal":{"name":"International journal of business, economics & management","volume":"53 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121832851","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research is associative quantitative research conducted in Denpasar City. Data consists of 150 samples, collected by distributing questionnaires containing open and closed questions and statements that have been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software as an analytical tool. The results of this study indicate that the perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on the intention to reuse and the perceived risk has a negative and significant effect on the intention to reuse. Trust has a positive influence on the intention to reuse and can mediate the relationship between perceived ease of use and perceived risk on the intention to reuse the QRIS BPD Bali payment method in Denpasar City.","PeriodicalId":359464,"journal":{"name":"International journal of business, economics & management","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131022901","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire. The population in this study is the Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah of Tabanan Regency with a sample of Echelon III and Echelon IV officials involved in budgeting. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 199 respondents. The analysis technique in this study is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using SPSS version 25 program. The results of the regression analysis state that the perception of superior reputation weakens the relationship between budgetary participation and budgetary slack. This means that the higher the level of perception of subordinates on the reputation of their superiors, the tendency for budgetary slack to occur will be lower. The results of the regression analysis also state that the honesty of subordinates weakens the relationship between budgetary participation and budgetary slack. This means that the higher the level of honesty of subordinates, the tendency for budgetary slack to occur will be lower. It discusses the management of science and technology-based marketing innovations that need to be encouraged. This study discusses the role of human resource management and its advantages in the technology sector to support the development of small business marketing so that people's businesses can continue to be sustainable and support the increase in the country's foreign exchange. This study also analyzes the data on the drivers of MSMEs based on technology innovation that we collect from various scientific reports and technology studies from various application contexts in the field. We collect data electronically from several scientific publications in the form of books and other literature, which we analyze with a phenomenological approach to get valid findings. We propose a technology-laden HR management model for business people, especially the marketing of small business products in Indonesia, transitioning from traditional marketing to innovative strategies that can be continuously supported. The results of this analysis will later assist in studying marketing innovation updates for small business products and services in future HR studies and training.","PeriodicalId":359464,"journal":{"name":"International journal of business, economics & management","volume":"141 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132794249","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Likewise, running a tourism-supporting MSME business in Indonesia has challenges and opportunities. This study aims to obtain scientific evidence and discuss it to answer the challenges and opportunities MSME drivers face when adopting digital-based marketing in their business in the tourism sector. Through a study of many literature sources that we obtained electronically, several publications, both books, and scientific articles, we finally got the results of this research. As for the analysis process, we use techniques such as coding, analyzing and evaluating the data thoroughly, and extracting conclusions that can answer this problem with high validity. Based on the study's results and data discussion, we can say that MSME managers still face challenges in adopting digital applications in their tourism sector business. The main challenge is handling technology and promotional efforts with the ability to master foreign languages ??and competitive marketing strategies. Meanwhile, the opportunity is that with the application of this technology, MSME actors can get innovative, creative, and profitable services so that the Indonesian tourism industry can be more easily developed.","PeriodicalId":359464,"journal":{"name":"International journal of business, economics & management","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126919721","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
