There was carried out systematization of existing approaches to estimation of thermal losses of heat networks with identification of positive and negative features, the logical scheme of thermal interference process implementation at movement of high-temperature heat carrier in heat supply line of heat network is justified. Maps of the location of stationary, local route and highway route observation posts were compiled. The article reveals and substantiates the essence of the platform approach to the digital transformation of the university. Reasonable approaches to digital transformation make it possible to implement a strategy that synchronizes the development of the university as an educational and research environment, and its technological component. The platform approach consists in the formation of digital platforms in subject areas with specific tasks. Loads from the force effect of wind waves are decisive when choosing the types and design features of offshore structures designed taking into account the natural and climatic conditions of each specific construction area. For this reason, the lack of accurate methods for calculating wave loads on offshore hydraulic structures does not allow ensuring their reliability during design and operation. The purpose of the presented experimental studies is to clarify and make additions to the section SP 38.13330.2018 [1] «Wave elements in a fenced water area», dedicated to determining the values ​​of the wave reflection coefficient for structures of through hydraulic structures, when exposed to the calculated wind waves. This topic in the regulatory document [1] is not considered broadly and extensively enough. The following methods were desk research of the market. As a result, the current situation of the «gray belt» of St. Petersburg was described. The market attractiveness of different types of redevelopment of industrial territories (business centers, shopping malls and hotels) was analyzed. The potential of the self-storage market in St. Petersburg was studied and the demands of the market players for the location of objects were determined. It is proved that most industrial areas have a high attractiveness for self-storage.
