Abstract

The article analyzes the genesis of the formation and development of the scientific school «Continuous development of human potential». The modern problems in the activity of the department as the core of the scientific school are identified. The vectors of advanced formation of the competencies of future management specialists in accordance with the new realities are outlined. A conceptual approach to the continuous improvement of the scientific and methodological process of forming and developing the human potential of specialists is proposed
