Abstract

Self-Storage can be one of the new and profitable options for redevelopment of the «gray belt» of St. Petersburg. The purpose of the study was to estimate the current situation with the “gray belt” of St. Petersburg and the demands of the self-storage market. The following methods were desk research of the market. As a result, the current situation of the «gray belt» of St. Petersburg was described.
